Abstract
The invention discloses ink for acrylic acid 3D printing. The acrylic resin emulsion is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials, by weight, 50-70 parts of acrylic resin, 1-3 parts of a peroxide, 25-50 parts of butyl ether alcohol, 1-3 parts of a surfactant and 0.5-3 parts of a silicon-based reinforcing agent. The invention relates to special ink for acrylic acid 3D printing. The printing ink has the advantages of good fluency, no corrosion and nozzle blockage, strong adhesive force, three curing modes of curing agent curing, thermocuring, photocuring and the like, wide applicability and capability of printing various materials such as sand molds, ceramic powder, gypsum powder, various metal powder, high-temperature-resistant hard alloy powder, nylon powder and the like.

adding the acrylic resin and the peroxide into the butyl ether alcohol, adding the butyl ether alcohol into the reaction kettle, uniformly stirring, heating to 90 ℃, and reacting for 30 minutes; and cooling to 40 ℃, adding the silicon-based reinforcing agent, adding the surfactant, and stirring for 30 minutes to form the main material.
