Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of digital printing, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a cleaning solution for a digital printing nozzle.
Background
In recent years, digital printing technology has been rapidly developed to meet the market demands of small batch, diversified variety and rapid delivery of printing orders. The active and acid dye ink is one of the most commonly used ink varieties in the textile digital printing technology, but because the ink is influenced by the environment and the ink property in the using process, the dye is easy to separate out and gather, and meanwhile, the diameter of a nozzle of an industrial nozzle used is only dozens of micrometers, the gathered dye is easy to block the nozzle, so that the printing quality is reduced and the nozzle is damaged. Therefore, once the nozzle is blocked, it is important to clean the nozzle in time by using the cleaning solution with high purity and good effect.
The components of the cleaning solution generally contain a humectant, a cleaning agent, a surfactant, an acid-base regulator, a bactericide and deionized water, and gel is easily generated due to insufficient purity of raw materials and interaction among the components in the processes of mixing, stirring and standing, so that if the gel is not completely removed, the blocked spray head is easily damaged in the process of cleaning the spray head by using the cleaning solution. However, in the conventional preparation method of the cleaning solution, a common filter element is often used for filtering the cleaning solution, for example, in patent of invention CN 103395292B, 1 micron, 0.45 micron and 0.22 micron filter membranes are reported to be used for filtering the nozzle cleaning solution, which cannot completely remove the gel in the cleaning solution, resulting in insufficient purity of the cleaning solution and poor cleaning effect.
Therefore, it is a urgent need in the technical field of cleaning solutions to provide a method for preparing a cleaning solution with a gel removal function to ensure the purity and cleaning efficiency of the cleaning solution.

(2) and (3) filtering the mixed liquid obtained in the step (1) by using a 0.22-micron high-precision polyether sulfone filter element with a spongy sublayer large cavity structure under the pressure of 0.2-0.4 MPa to obtain the cleaning liquid for the digital printing spray head.
