A leak resistant oil and gas recovery storage tank as defined in claim 1, further comprising: the working principle is as follows: when the oil storage tank (1) is filled with oil, the oil inlet pipe (2) is connected with an external oil tank through a pipeline, a control valve (6) at the upper end of the oil inlet pipe (2) is opened, the oil enters the oil storage tank (1) from the oil inlet pipe (2), during the oil injection process, oil gas enters the recovery tank (4-3) through the connecting pipe (4-1), then the air pump (4-2) is started, the air pump (4-2) pumps the oil gas in the recovery tank (4-3) to the adsorption tank (5-1), the oil gas is conveyed to the absorption tower (5-2) after being adsorbed by the adsorption tank (5-1) for absorption, and finally the recovered liquefied oil is conveyed to the oil storage tank (1) through the oil conveying pump (5-4), so that the volatilization of the oil gas is reduced, and after the oil storage tank (1) is filled with oil, the oil is stopped, when the oil storage tank (1) is transported to a transport vehicle, when the oil storage tank is transported to a use position, a water suction pump is connected with an oil outlet pipe (3) through a pipeline, a control valve (6) on the oil outlet pipe (3) is opened, so that oil in the oil storage tank (1) is pumped out, in the oil outlet process, oil gas enters a recovery tank (4-3) through a connecting pipe (4-1), is pumped into an adsorption tank (5-1) through an air suction pump (4-2), is adsorbed by the adsorption tank (5-1), is transported into an absorption tower (5-2) for absorption, and is transported into the oil storage tank (1) through an oil transport pump (5-4) until the oil in the oil storage tank (1) is pumped out.
