Description

Composite packaging material
Technical Field
The present invention relates to composite packaging materials, and in particular to composite packaging materials for liquid beverage packaging.
Background
Liquid foods, such as milk and yoghurt, and semi-liquid foods, if juice, are usually sold in small volume consumer packaging containers. The packaging container is used to protect the food product throughout the value chain during transport and handling.
Such packaging containers are formed from a continuous web of packaging material which may be slit to form blanks or sealed longitudinally to form a tube of packaging material, and then sealed to form a shape while being filled with the contents, and finally folded into the shape of the final package at a folding station.
For liquid or semi-liquid food products, current packaging containers are made of a paper-based composite packaging material having a paper fiber core surrounded by one or more layers of barrier material, such as a polymer coating and/or a metal film, to provide a composite packaging material. The barrier material serves to protect the core material from contact with the contained product and also to protect the product from the gases and moisture surrounding the packaging container.
The existing package is usually provided with an identifiable code, and a consumer scans the identifiable code by using a mobile phone, so that the consumer can participate in the activities such as prize exchange and points set by a merchant. Typically, the identifiable code is printed completely on each individual package, and for liquid beverage packages, small volume packages are typically used, and the complete identifiable code occupies space on the surface of the product, making the design space available to the surface of the product more limited.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the part of the structure of the identifiable code is located in the visible or hidden area of the surface of each unit after it has been formed into an individual package.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the surface is obviously at the edge of the transverse or longitudinal fold of each cell.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the surface is obviously at the edge of the fold corner, or at the edge of the top fold, of the top or bottom, after forming an individual package for each unit.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the concealment position is the edge of the fold inwards folded part of the fold edge or the fold corner except for the gluing point after each unit has been formed into an individual package.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the assembled complete identifiable code is unique.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, part of the structure of the identifiable code is jet printed on each cell.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the recognizable code is a two-dimensional code.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the base layer is paper-based.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the part of the structure of the recognizable code is located on the base layer and under the waterproof layer.
The composite packaging material provided by the invention enables the recognizable codes on the surface of the single package to reduce the occupation of the surface design space, provides more abundant space and flexibility for product design, and meanwhile, the recognizable codes are spliced by adopting different modes, so that the interest of a prize exchanging link is increased.

Detailed Description
The technical means adopted by the invention to achieve the preset object are further described below by combining the drawings and the preferred embodiments of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a complete recognizable code structure formed after splicing according to the present invention. A complete and unique identification code is divided into a first part 1 of the identification code and a second part 2 of the identification code, which are printed on different units of the composite packaging material.
With further reference to fig. 2-3, fig. 2 is a perspective view of a portion of the identifiable code at the edge of a longitudinal fold in a formed package, and fig. 3 is a perspective view of two formed packages as shown in fig. 2 placed side-by-side such that the identifiable code first portion 1 and the identifiable code second portion 2 are aligned and in the same plane (at about 180 degrees), and the identifiable code first portion 1 and the identifiable code second portion 2 are joined to form a complete identifiable code that can be read. As shown in fig. 1, the first part 1 of the recognizable code and the second part 2 of the recognizable code can be recognized by a reading device even though they are at a certain distance. Therefore, when the partial structures of the identifiable codes on different individual packaging units are spliced, even if a small amount of gaps exist in the middle of the splicing of the partial structures of the identifiable codes on different individual packaging units due to the existence of folding angles on two sides of a formed package or due to factors such as paper thickness (for example, when the identifiable codes are two-dimensional codes, the distance between the two parts of the identifiable codes does not exceed the side length of one two-dimensional code pixel grid), as long as the first identifiable code part 1 and the second identifiable code part 2 are aligned and located on the same plane, the complete identifiable code formed by the first identifiable code part 1 and the second identifiable code part 2 can be identified by the identification device.
Fig. 4 and 5 are perspective views of the composite packaging material with the part of the structure of the recognizable code located at the fold corner edge and the fold edge of the formed package, respectively. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, before the partial structures of the identifiable code are spliced, the folding corners or the folding edges where the partial structures of the identifiable code are located on the formed package need to be lifted, so that the partial structures of the identifiable code are located in a state of being capable of being spliced.
Fig. 6 and 7 are schematic views showing the arrangement of a part of the recognizable code of the composite packaging material in a concealed position on the surface of the formed package. The portion of the structure identified in figure 6 is located at the edge of the inwardly folded portion of the folded edge of the blister pack; the part structure of the identifiable code in fig. 7 is located at the edge of the inward folding part of the forming package folding corner except the gluing point, and when the part structure of the identifiable code is located at the back of the folding corner in fig. 7, the gluing point 3 at the back of the folding corner needs to be avoided, so that when the folding corner is prevented from being lifted, the gluing part of the part structure of the identifiable code is damaged to influence the reading.
In order to facilitate splicing of the identifiable codes, the individual packages which can be spliced into a complete identifiable code are placed in the same package group, the number of the individual packages in each package group can be 2, 4, 6 … … 2n (n is more than or equal to 1, and n is an integer) and is different, and preferably, the identifiable code part structure 1 and the identifiable code part structure 2 which can be spliced into a complete identifiable code are arranged at the same position on the individual packages, such as both at the corner edges of the individual packages or both at the longitudinal crease edges of the individual packages. Or, preferably, the composite packaging material where the first part 1 and the second part 2 of the identifiable code which can be spliced into a complete identifiable code are arranged is printed with the same color or designed with the same pattern; or partial structures which can be spliced into a complete identifiable code are printed in the same color in a packaging group, so that the individual packages which can be spliced into the complete identifiable code can be identified more conveniently by a consumer.
In addition, when the partial structures which can be spliced to form a complete identifiable code are located at different positions on two separate packages, the outer package of the package group is preferably printed with splicing prompt information, for example, the printing positions of the first identifiable code part 1 and the second identifiable code part 2 which can be spliced to form a complete identifiable code on the separate packages are shown in a text or graphic mode, and the complete identifiable code can be spliced by referring to the splicing prompt information on the outer package after being purchased by a consumer.
The recognizable code may be a two-dimensional code or a QR code. The complete identifiable code information, the information of the first identifiable code part 1 and the second identifiable code part 2 and the printing positions of the first identifiable code part 1 and the second identifiable code part 2 on the separate packages are stored in a database of a server, if the partial structures of the two wrong identifiable codes are spliced, a recognition device scans and uploads a graph to the server, the server searches in the complete identifiable codes stored in the database, and cannot search for a consistent identifiable code, and the server sends back feedback information to the recognition device to prompt a user that the identifiable codes are wrong; when a user splices partial structures of two correct identifiable codes and then identifies the two correct identifiable codes, the server searches for the completely consistent identifiable codes in the database, and the server sends feedback information to the identifying and reading equipment to prompt the user that the identifiable codes are correct. The recognizable codes can be used for commercial activities such as prize exchange and points, and after the recognizable codes are spliced correctly, the server can send corresponding prize exchange or point information to the user.
The part structure of the identifiable code can be jet-printed on the corresponding position of each unit of the composite packaging material according to the identifiable code part structure information and the position information stored in the server in the printing stage of the production of the composite packaging material. And after the spraying printing and the pattern printing of the part of the structure of the recognizable code are finished, compounding a waterproof layer on the outermost layer of the composite packaging material.
The device for reading the recognizable code can be a code scanner, a mobile phone provided with a two-dimensional code scanning app and the like.
The invention is particularly suitable for the packaging of liquid beverages, but the invention is not limited thereto, but it is also suitable for other paper-based packaged products, such as food products, medical products.
The above-mentioned embodiments are intended to illustrate the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention in further detail, and it should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments are only exemplary embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
