The invention discloses a medicine board and a packaging method thereof, wherein the medicine board is formed by hot-pressing hole card paper, a medicine bubble board, tin foil paper and a medicine paper board which are sequentially stacked from bottom to top; the medicine bubble plate is provided with a plurality of bubble caps distributed in an array, and each bubble cap is used for containing all medicines to be taken by a patient; the hole card paper is provided with through holes which are in one-to-one correspondence with the bubble caps and are distributed in an array manner, and the bubble caps are inserted into the through holes; the two sides of the tin foil paper are pre-coated with hot melt adhesive, the peripheral edge of the tin foil paper is adhered and attached to the peripheral edge of the hole card paper, and the middle part of the tin foil paper is adhered and attached to the medicine bubble plate so as to seal the bubble cap; the medicine paper board is provided with virtual masking boards which correspond to the bubble caps one by one, and personalized medicine information for prompting a medicine taking person to take medicine is printed on the surface of each virtual masking board. Each blister in the medicine blister board contains all medicines required to be taken by a patient, so that the patient can take the medicines conveniently; the medicine plate has high structural strength, and is prevented from being damaged in the carrying and transferring processes.

Background
The medicine refers to chemical substances which can affect the physiological, biochemical and pathological processes of the organism and are used for preventing, diagnosing and treating diseases and planning fertility, and the medicine comprises various medicines which are beneficial to health, such as hypnotics, cold medicines, antipyretics, stomachic medicines, laxatives and the like.
In recent years, with the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry, the pharmaceutical packaging matched with the medicine is also rapidly developed, wherein, a processing person can adopt a PVC medicine board to package medicine particles, and the processing person can put the medicine particles into the PVC medicine board and then adopts tinfoil paper to package the medicine particles.
At present, a processing person mainly adopts a PVC medicine board packaging machine to package a PVC medicine board, wherein the PVC medicine board packaging machine can heat tinfoil paper in the packaging process, then the tinfoil paper is pressed on the PVC medicine board, and the packaging is completed after the pressing. However, the existing PVC medicine plate has the defects that after the heat sealing is completed, the PVC medicine plate has low structural strength and is easy to damage, and a user cannot know the medicine dosage to be taken each time in the process of taking the medicine, so that the error of the taken dosage is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention provides a tablet, each blister of which encloses the entire dose of medicament that the user should take each time.
The invention solves the technical problems by the following technical means:
a medicine plate is composed of a hole card paper, a medicine bubble plate, a tin foil paper and a medicine paper plate which are sequentially stacked from bottom to top;
the medicine bubble plate is provided with a plurality of bubble caps distributed in an array, and each bubble cap is used for containing all medicines required to be taken by each patient;
the hole paperboard is provided with through holes which are in one-to-one correspondence with the bubble caps and are distributed in an array manner, and the bubble caps are inserted into the through holes;
the two sides of the tin foil paper are pre-coated with hot melt adhesive, the peripheral edge of the tin foil paper is adhered to the peripheral edge of the hole card paper, and the middle part of the tin foil paper is adhered to the medicine bubble plate so as to seal the bubble cap;
the medicine paper board is provided with virtual masking boards which are in one-to-one correspondence with the bubble caps, and personalized medicine information used for prompting a medicine taking person to take medicine is printed on the surfaces of the virtual masking boards.
Furthermore, the medicine paperboard is provided with positioning holes corresponding to the positioning columns on the heat-sealing die.

and putting the whole body on a heat-sealing mould for hot pressing, so that one surface of the tin foil paper is subjected to heat sealing with the medicine bubble plate and the hole card paper, and the other surface of the tin foil paper is subjected to heat sealing with the medicine paper plate.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: each bubble cap in the medicine bubble board contains all medicines which are needed to be taken by a medicine taking person, personalized medicine information is printed on the virtual mask of the medicine paper board and used for prompting the medicine taking person to take medicine, and the medicine taking person can know which bubble cap to take medicine each day and each time by looking at the personalized medicine information when taking medicine, so that the medicine taking person can take medicine conveniently; after the medicine board is assembled in a hot pressing mode, the hole card paper and the medicine paper board form stable support for the medicine soaking board, the structural strength of the medicine board is effectively enhanced, and damage in the carrying and transferring processes is avoided.

As shown in fig. 1-4, the medicine board of the present invention is composed of a hole card paper 1, a medicine bubble board 2, a tin foil paper 3 and a medicine paper board 4 which are stacked in sequence from bottom to top; the medicine bubble plate 2 is provided with a plurality of bubble caps 5 distributed in an array, and each bubble cap 5 is used for containing all medicines required to be taken by each patient; the hole paperboard 1 is provided with through holes 6 which are in one-to-one correspondence with the bubble caps 5 and are also distributed in an array, and the bubble caps 5 are inserted in the through holes 6; both sides of the tin foil paper 3 are pre-coated with food-grade hot melt adhesive. In summary, each blister 5 in the medicine blister board 2 of the present invention contains all the medicines that a medicine taker needs to take, and the virtual mask 11 of the medicine paper board 4 is printed with personalized medicine information for prompting the medicine taker to take medicine, so that the medicine taker can know which blister the medicine should be taken each day and each time by looking at the personalized medicine information when taking medicine, thereby facilitating the medicine taker to take medicine; after the medicine plate is assembled in a hot pressing mode, the hole clamping paper 1 and the medicine paper plate 4 form stable support for the medicine bubble plate 2, the structural strength of the medicine plate is effectively enhanced, and damage in the carrying and transferring processes is avoided.

the medicine bubble plate (2) is provided with a plurality of bubble caps (5) distributed in an array, and each bubble cap (5) is used for containing all medicines to be taken by a patient per time;
the hole paperboard (1) is provided with through holes (6) which are in one-to-one correspondence with the bubble caps (5) and are distributed in an array manner, and the bubble caps (5) are inserted into the through holes (6);
hot melt adhesive is precoated on both sides of the tin foil paper (3), the peripheral edge of the tin foil paper (3) is adhered and attached to the peripheral edge of the hole card paper (1), and the middle part of the tin foil paper (3) is adhered and attached to the medicine bubble plate (2) so as to seal the bubble cap (5);
the medicine paper board (4) is provided with virtual masking boards (11) which correspond to the bubble caps (5) one by one, and personalized medicine information used for prompting a medicine taking person to take medicine is printed on the surface of each virtual masking board (11).

stacking the medicine paper plates (4) on the tin foil paper (3) so that each virtual mask plate (11) corresponds to each bubble cap (5) one by one;
putting the whole body on a heat-sealing mould (7) for hot pressing, so that one surface of the tin foil paper (3) is formed to be heat-sealed with the medicine bubble plate (2) and the hole card paper (1), and the other surface is formed to be heat-sealed with the medicine paper plate (4).
