技术领域
本发明涉及板材技术领域,具体为一种防火环保隔音板材。
背景技术
板材是做成标准大小的扁平矩形建筑材料板,应用于建筑行业,用来作墙壁、天花板或地板的构件。也多指锻造、轧制或铸造而成的金属板。
目前的板材防火隔音性能差,不能够满足各种环境需求,且板材在安装时没有相对连接定位机构,板材之间的安装容易出现错位,造成板材边缘密封不易,且板材与板材之间容易产生缝隙,防水性能差,不便于人们的使用。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种防火环保隔音板材,具备能够增强相邻两个板材之间连接的密封防水性能,提高了板材之间连接的连接密封性的优点,解决了目前的板材防火隔音性能差,不能够满足各种环境需求,且板材在安装时没有相对连接定位机构,板材之间的安装容易出现错位,造成板材边缘密封不易,且板材与板材之间容易产生缝隙,防水性能差,不便于人们的使用的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现能够增强相邻两个板材之间连接的密封防水性能,提高了板材之间连接的连接密封性的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防火环保隔音板材,包括板材本体,所述板材本体的左侧侧壁固定连接有多根沿同一水平方向设置的定位插柱,所述板材本体的右侧侧壁开设有与定位插柱对应的定位插槽,所述板材本体包括加强基板,所述加强基板的外侧设有第一粘接层,所述第一粘接层的外侧粘结有保温层,所述保温层的外侧粘结有第二粘接层,所述第二粘接层外粘接有防火层,所述防火层外粘接有防紫外线层,所述防紫外线层的外侧粘结有防水层。
优选的,所述板材本体的左右相背两个侧壁均固定连接有挡水板,所述板材本体的侧壁开设有与挡水板对应的挡水槽,所述挡水槽的槽底固定连接有一层密封橡胶垫,所述挡水板的一端和挡水槽的内壁对称设为半圆形结构。
优选的,所述加强基板的内侧壁开设有吸音腔,所述吸音腔内填设有吸音材料,所述加强基板的一侧均匀开设有多个与吸音腔连通的吸音孔。

1、该防火环保隔音板材,通过设有的定位插柱和定位插槽,通过定位插柱和定位插槽的匹配插接能够实现对个板材之间的稳固连接,进而能够保证板材在安装时保持在同一个平面,保证了板材之间连接的密封性,再通过设有的挡水板和挡水槽,挡水板插入挡水槽内能够延长相邻两个板材之间的间隙深度,再配合设有的密封橡胶垫能够增强相邻两个板材之间连接的密封防水性能,提高了板材之间连接的连接密封性。
2、该防火环保隔音板材,通过设有的吸音腔、吸音材料和吸音孔,吸音孔能够将外部的噪音传送至吸音腔内,通过吸音材料能够将噪音有效的吸附,起到有效的隔音效果,使得板材的隔音效果好,便于使用。
3、该防火环保隔音板材,通过设有的防火层,防火层具体为三聚氰胺树脂层具有表面硬度高、耐磨、耐高温、耐撞击,表面毛孔细小不易被污染,耐溶剂性、耐水性、耐药品性、耐焰性等机械强度,具有优良的防火性能,保证了板材的使用安全性;通过设有的保温层,保温层的具体材质为泡沫树脂,泡沫树脂具有较好的保温隔热性能,进而保证了板材的保温性;通过设有的防紫外线层,防紫外线层的具体材质为聚氟乙烯树脂层,聚氟乙烯树脂层无自凝聚性、无静电效应、相溶性好、分子量低、分散性好、自润滑性高、磨擦系数降低,具有优良的防紫外线能力,进一步增强了板材的防护性能;通过设有的防水层,防水层的具体材质为聚乙烯防水膜,具有优良的防水性能,避免了板材容易受到水气腐蚀造成损坏的问题。

板材本体1的左右相背两个侧壁均固定连接有挡水板11,板材本体1的侧壁开设有与挡水板11对应的挡水槽12,挡水槽12的槽底固定连接有一层密封橡胶垫13,挡水板11的一端和挡水槽12的内壁对称设为半圆形结构。
综上所述,该防火环保隔音板材,通过设有的定位插柱2和定位插槽3,通过定位插柱2和定位插槽3的匹配插接能够实现对个板材之间的稳固连接,进而能够保证板材在安装时保持在同一个平面,保证了板材之间连接的密封性,再通过设有的挡水板11和挡水槽12,挡水板11插入挡水槽12内能够延长相邻两个板材之间的间隙深度,再配合设有的密封橡胶垫13能够增强相邻两个板材之间连接的密封防水性能,提高了板材之间连接的连接密封性。

请参阅图1,一种防火环保隔音板材,包括板材本体1,板材本体1的左侧侧壁固定连接有多根沿同一水平方向设置的定位插柱2,板材本体1的右侧侧壁开设有与定位插柱2对应的定位插槽3,板材本体1包括加强基板4,加强基板4的外侧设有第一粘接层5,第一粘接层5的外侧粘结有保温层6,保温层6的外侧粘结有第二粘接层7,第二粘接层7外粘接有防火层8,防火层8外粘接有防紫外线层9,防紫外线层9的外侧粘结有防水层10。
加强基板4的内侧壁开设有吸音腔14,吸音腔14内填设有吸音材料15,加强基板4的一侧均匀开设有多个与吸音腔14连通的吸音孔16。
吸音材料15具体为玻璃纤维。
综上所述,该防火环保隔音板材,通过设有的吸音腔14、吸音材料15和吸音孔16,吸音孔16能够将外部的噪音传送至吸音腔14内,通过吸音材料15能够将噪音有效的吸附,起到有效的隔音效果,使得板材的隔音效果好,便于使用。

1.一种防火环保隔音板材,包括板材本体(1),其特征在于:所述板材本体(1)的左侧侧壁固定连接有多根沿同一水平方向设置的定位插柱(2),所述板材本体(1)的右侧侧壁开设有与定位插柱(2)对应的定位插槽(3),所述板材本体(1)包括加强基板(4),所述加强基板(4)的外侧设有第一粘接层(5),所述第一粘接层(5)的外侧粘结有保温层(6),所述保温层(6)的外侧粘结有第二粘接层(7),所述第二粘接层(7)外粘接有防火层(8),所述防火层(8)外粘接有防紫外线层(9),所述防紫外线层(9)的外侧粘结有防水层(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火环保隔音板材,其特征在于:所述板材本体(1)的左右相背两个侧壁均固定连接有挡水板(11),所述板材本体(1)的侧壁开设有与挡水板(11)对应的挡水槽(12),所述挡水槽(12)的槽底固定连接有一层密封橡胶垫(13),所述挡水板(11)的一端和挡水槽(12)的内壁对称设为半圆形结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火环保隔音板材,其特征在于:所述加强基板(4)的内侧壁开设有吸音腔(14),所述吸音腔(14)内填设有吸音材料(15),所述加强基板(4)的一侧均匀开设有多个与吸音腔(14)连通的吸音孔(16)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防火环保隔音板材,其特征在于:所述吸音材料(15)具体为玻璃纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火环保隔音板材,其特征在于:所述加强基板(4)的外壁与第一粘接层(5)之间设有一层镀锌层(17)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火环保隔音板材,其特征在于:所述保温层(6)的具体材质为泡沫树脂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火环保隔音板材,其特征在于:所述防火层(8)的具体材质为三聚氰胺树脂层。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火环保隔音板材,其特征在于:所述防紫外线层(9)的具体材质为聚氟乙烯树脂层。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火环保隔音板材,其特征在于:所述防水层(10)的具体材质为聚乙烯防水膜。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火环保隔音板材,其特征在于:所述第一粘接层(5)和第二粘接层(7)均为防火胶水。
