The working principle of the embodiment of the invention is as follows: when the cutting device is used, a steel plate 3 to be cut is placed on the supporting columns 2, the four supporting columns 2 are used for supporting the steel plate 3, the supporting blocks 13 can be moved through the matching of the second studs 14 and the strip-shaped through openings 28, the position of each supporting column 2 can be adjusted, the steel plates 3 with different lengths can be placed on the supporting columns 2, the application range is expanded, and after the position of each supporting column 2 is adjusted, the position of each supporting block 13 can be locked by screwing the second nuts 21 and using the gaskets 15; through the sliding fit of the first guide rod 16 and the moving block 17, the moving block 17 can move along the first guide rod 16, the mounting plate 19 is further moved, the rotating column 5 is rotated through the fit of the bearing seat 23 and the rotating column 5 to adjust the cutting direction, after the cutting direction is adjusted, the position of the third stud 25 can be locked through screwing the first nut 18, the third stud 25 is prevented from moving again, and the cutting direction can be limited; then, the motor 12 is started to drive the cutting blade 11 to rotate, the cutting blade 11 is driven to move downwards through the extension and contraction of the hydraulic telescopic rod 10, the moving plate 9 is pushed to move through the handle 8 through the sliding fit of the second guide rod 26 and the third support block 27, so that the moving plate 9 can move along the second guide rod 26, the motor 12 and the cutting blade 11 are driven to move, and the steel plate 3 can be cut.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 5, in an embodiment of the invention, a cutting device for processing a steel plate is different from embodiment 1 in that a suction cup 30 is disposed on an upper side surface of a supporting column 2, after the steel plate 3 is placed on the supporting column 2, the suction cup 30 contacts with a bottom surface of the steel plate 3, the steel plate 3 can be adsorbed by the suction cup 30, and the steel plate 3 is prevented from shifting during a cutting process.
