Abstract

The invention has simple structure and easy operation, can efficiently and quickly recover the wastewater and treat the particles in the wastewater, and greatly improves the quality of the recovered wastewater.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of wastewater treatment of yarn dyeing, in particular to a yarn dyeing wastewater recovery device.
Background
Dyeing wastewater belongs to one of industrial wastewater which is difficult to treat. For technical and economic reasons, most of the currently adopted biological-physical treatment methods can only meet the basic emission requirements. Although the chroma is slightly reduced, the organic substances are only decomposed into smaller substances, the properties of the decomposition products are difficult to control and control, and no harm to the environment can be ensured. The dyeing wastewater is firstly collected in the treatment process of the dyeing wastewater, large particles are firstly treated, but the effect of the recovery device in the current production is poor. It is therefore necessary to solve the above problems.

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a yarn dyeing wastewater recovery device, dyeing wastewater is discharged into a wastewater barrel through a water inlet pipe, large particles in the wastewater are filtered through a filter screen arranged in the water inlet pipe, the wastewater is secondarily filtered through a fine filter plate, the filtered wastewater enters a water discharge pipe through a net cage at the bottom end of the wastewater barrel and an active carbon filter layer in the net cage, water in the water discharge pipe is pumped out through a water suction pump, the pumped water flows out through a water outlet pipe, the fine filter plate on a piston rod is driven to ascend through an air cylinder, a cleaning brush is driven to move through an electric sliding plate on a cross beam, and particles on the fine filter plate are swept into a waste collection box through an opening through the cleaning brush; the invention has simple structure and easy operation, can efficiently and quickly recover the wastewater and treat the particles in the wastewater, and greatly improves the quality of the recovered wastewater.

As shown in FIG. 1, the embodiment provides a yarn dyeing wastewater recovery device, which comprises a wastewater barrel 1, wherein a mesh cage 2 is arranged in the middle of the bottom end of the wastewater barrel 1, an activated carbon filter layer 3 is arranged in the mesh cage 2, air cylinders 4 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the mesh cage 2, a piston rod 5 is arranged at the upper end of the air cylinder 4, a fine filter plate 6 is arranged at the upper end of the piston rod 5, an inlet pipe 7 is arranged on the left side of the wastewater barrel 1, a filter screen 8 is arranged in the inlet pipe 7, a waste collection box 9 is arranged on the right side of the wastewater barrel 1, a drain pipe 10 is arranged at the lower end of the wastewater barrel 1, a water suction pump 11 is arranged on the drain pipe 10, a cross beam 12 is arranged above the wastewater barrel 1, the air cylinder 4 is arranged at the lower end of the air cylinder 4, the maintenance switch door 14 is connected with the waste water barrel 1 through threads, the cleaning mechanism comprises a cross beam 12, an electric sliding plate 15 and a cleaning brush 16, the electric sliding plate 15 is arranged at the lower end of the cross beam 12, the cleaning brush 16 is connected with the cross beam 12 through the electric sliding plate 15, the cross beam 12 extends into the waste collecting box 9 through an opening, the cleaning brush 16 can be replaced, the drain pipe 10 is arranged at the lower end of the net cage 2, an opening is formed in the joint of the waste collecting box 9 and the waste water barrel 1, and the size of the opening is the same as the sum of the heights of the cleaning mechanism and the fine filtering plate 6.
The method comprises the following steps of discharging dyed wastewater into a wastewater barrel 1 through a water inlet pipe 7, filtering large particles in the wastewater through a filter screen 8 arranged in the water inlet pipe 7, secondarily filtering the wastewater through a fine filter plate 6, enabling the filtered wastewater to enter a drain pipe 10 through a mesh cage 2 at the bottom end of the wastewater barrel 1 and an active carbon filter layer 3 in the mesh cage 2, pumping water out of the drain pipe 10 through a water suction pump 11, enabling the pumped water to flow out through a water outlet pipe, driving the fine filter plate 6 on a piston rod 5 to ascend through an air cylinder 4, driving a cleaning brush 16 to move through an electric sliding plate 15 on a cross beam 12, and sweeping particles on the fine filter plate 6 into a waste collection box 9 through an opening through the cleaning brush 16; the invention has simple structure and easy operation, can efficiently and quickly recover the wastewater and treat the particles in the wastewater, and greatly improves the quality of the recovered wastewater.
