Abstract

本发明涉及拔罐技术领域，具体涉及一种拔罐用透骨水药酒的制备方法，采用如下步骤：步骤一：取如下药材；步骤二：将步骤一的全部材料用粉碎机打成粗沫，置于容器中，形成混合药料；步骤三：在步骤二的容器中，将60度白酒与混合药料按5：1的比例进行浸泡，每浸泡7天渗滤一次，连续浸泡49天，渗滤7次后形成透骨水药液；它采用在玻璃罐里倒入盖住罐底五分之一的透骨水药液，利用药物和负压毛孔汗腺开放，起到直接引邪外出的作用，另一方面药液的吸收穴位经络发散，通过经络系统而达到由表及里内外沟通调整与恢复阴阳平衡的目的；它具有能够逐寒除湿，疏通经络，祛除瘀，行气活血，消肿止痛，拔毒泻热，具有调态人体的阴阳平衡，解除疲劳，增强体质的功能，从而达到扶正祛邪治愈疾病的目的等优点。

一种拔罐用透骨水药酒的制备方法
【技术领域】
本发明涉及拔罐技术领域，具体涉及一种拔罐用透骨水药酒的制备方法。
【背景技术】
拔罐是以罐为工具，利用燃火、抽气等方法产生负压，使之吸附于体表，造成局部瘀血，以达到通经活络、行气活血、消肿止痛、祛风散寒等作用的疗法。拔罐疗法在中国有着悠久的历史，早在成书于西汉时期的帛书《五十二病方》中就有关于“角法”的记载。传统拔罐的方法是：采用闪火法，其操作要点：用镊子夹酒精棉球点燃，在罐内绕一圈再抽出；迅速将罐罩在应拔部位上，即可吸住。但是上述拔罐治疗的效果一般。

本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足，提供一种拔罐用透骨水药酒的制备方法。
本发明所述的一种拔罐用透骨水药酒的制备方法，采用如下步骤：

采用上述结构后，本发明有益效果为：本发明所述的一种拔罐用透骨水药酒的制备方法，它采用在玻璃罐里倒入盖住罐底五分之一的透骨水药液，利用药物和负压毛孔汗腺开放，起到直接引邪外出的作用，另一方面药液的吸收穴位经络发散，通过经络系统而达到由表及里内外沟通调整与恢复阴阳平衡的目的；它具有能够逐寒除湿，疏通经络，祛除瘀，行气活血，消肿止痛，拔毒泻热，具有调态人体的阴阳平衡，解除疲劳，增强体质的功能，从而达到扶正祛邪治愈疾病的目的等优点。

本发明的工作原理如下：
本设计是玻璃罐(拔罐用的器皿)和透骨水药酒合作进行使用。
针对患者进行拔罐操作的具体操作步骤如下:
(1)首先清洁玻璃罐；
(2)准备一块干毛巾挡住客人的头发以及面部，以防药酒洒到客人脸上及嘴巴里；
(3)如果是秋冬季节拔罐，准备一个容器把药酒泡在热水里稍微热一下，温度以35-45度为宜：
(4)朝玻璃罐倒入透骨水药酒，一般盖住瓶底的五分之一左右均可；
(5)然后再点燃玻璃罐的药酒，根据病变部位和症状选取适当的拔罐部位；
(6)根据病情的轻重留罐5-15分钟，即可。
本发明的药用原理如下：
本设计采用的透骨水药酒拔罐，在玻璃罐倒入透骨水药酒形成透骨水药酒拔罐；以中医基础理论为指导，根据中医阴阳五行学说，脏腑经络学说创立的一种全新的拔罐疗法，通过罐内负压使局部浅表组织被动充血。使局部血管扩张，血流量增加，血液循环加重，从而改善皮肤的血液供应，增强皮肤深层细胞的活力，增强血管的通透性，以及白细胞的吞噬能力，使局部温度升高，同时增强局部的耐受力和抵抗力，从而提高身体的免疫能力。
药酒拔罐所以能治疗疾病，笔者认为不论是虚寒或血瘀证，均可发散，经脉气血郁滞，通过腧穴经络与脏腑的络属关系，一方面借药物和负压毛孔汗腺开放，起到直接引邪外出的作用，另一方面药液的吸收穴位经络发散，通过经络系统而达到由表及里内外沟通调整与恢复阴阳平衡的目的。
拔罐是传统中医常用的治疗疾病的方法，这种疗法可以逐寒除湿，疏通经络。祛除瘀。行气活血，消肿止痛，拔毒泻热，具有调态人体的阴阳平衡，解除疲劳，增强体质的功能。从而达到扶正祛邪治愈疾病的目的。
“透皮吸收及渗透性体内留药法”应用了中医的经脉腧穴传导原理，西医的肌肤吸收机理，通过拔罐造成高负压投入。使各种有效成分全面、自然快速地渗入肌肤发挥其作用。药液的局部吸收贮存皮下产生刺激因子，经过穴位经络弥散，通过经络系统而达到由皮及皮里，内外沟通调整与恢复阴阳平衡。此法特别适用颈、肩、腰腿痛，风湿痹证的治疗。对其他慢性病也有着显著的疗效，通过临床长期运用观察，不失为集体治疗与保健为一体的外治妙法。
本发明针对各个部位的治疗范围如下：常见病的拔罐法：
(1)颈三罐(肩井、大椎、肩井)。
主治：颈椎病、头疼、头昏、肩背神经痛。脑供血不足引起的眩晕。
(2)肩部三罐：肩前、肩峰、肩后。
主治：肩周炎、臂神经痛，中风后遗症。
(3)肘两罐：肘内，肘外。
主治：网球肘、手臂麻木。
(4)腰五罐：命门。以命门为中心，上下左右各一罐。
主治：腰椎病。急性腰扭伤，腰肌劳损，风湿腰痛。
(5)腿三罐：环跳、委中、承山。
主治：坐骨神经痛、中风、下肢麻木、风寒湿痹证、下肢瘫痪。
(6)胸腹八罐：以脐部为中心，上两罐，下两罐，左右各两罐。
主治：胃肠道慢性病，减肥。
(7)膝四罐：膝内侧、膝外侧、髌骨、鹤顶。
主治：风湿、内风湿、关节炎、关腔积液、髌骨钙化、老年性骨退变。
(8)背七罐：心俞，肝俞，胆俞，胃俞，肾俞，大肠俞，腰俞双侧。
主治：心脏、胆囊、胃、肾、肾功能、泌尿系、前列腺等疾病。
(9)后背拔罐疗法：是在脊柱两侧背俞穴和大椎穴上拔罐。背俞穴是五脏六腑之气，，输注腰背部穴位。背俞穴位于脊柱两侧的足太阳膀胱经上，大体以五脏六腑位置上下排列，分别以脏腑命名。
(10)心俞穴：可以治疗冠心病。
(11)肝腧穴：胆石症、胃脘痛。
(12)胆胎穴：治疗胆道疾病、如慢性胆囊炎和胆石症。
(13)胃腧穴：慢性胃炎、胃溃疡。
(14)肾腧穴：肾绞痛、遗尿、改善肾功能。
(15)大肠腧：用于治疗泌尿系感染、前列腺炎。
本发明实践证明，后背按罐能有效预防感冒，能够预防治疗100多种疾病。能够有效改善五脏六脆的功能，促进全身血液循环。提高全身免疫力和抗病能力。
本发明中，在使用拔罐后的使用者的感受和反应情况如下：
(1)罐口部位皮肤发白，触之不温，发冷发凉起白水泡：多为风湿重型，如果罐口部位皮肤发白，没有其他现象，表明多为贫血虚寒，湿邪。如果罐口部位皮肤发自发凉不起自水泡，
多为风寒较重，如白水泡后中有白沫，而留罐过程中感到痒，多为排风寒和排风湿。
(2)罐口部位呈紫黑色：多为火毒，紧黑而暗多为血瘀之象。如发紫伴有斑块，多为寒凝血瘀。紫的程度不同表明病的程度也不一样。
(3)产口部位皮肤颜色没有多大的变化，但起黄水泡，或黄绿色和脓水粘稠物、果冻样物，多为炎症较重。
(4)罐口印鲜红而艳：一般表明为阴虚，气血两虚或阴虚阳亢之症。
(5)罐印红而暗：多表明高血脂，血粘稠较高，而且有热邪。
(6)罐壁出现水汽：表示湿邪。
(7)感觉拔罐部位痒：表示有风邪和湿邪。
(8)感觉拔罐部位疼痛：表示体内有炎毒。
(9)感觉罐口先痛后痒：表示先排火毒，后排风寒湿邪。
(10)显水肿和水气状水疱：湿盛因感受潮气致病。
(11)水泡呈血红或黑红：久病湿爽血瘀。
(12)紫黑深红丹痧状，触之微痛，身体发热者：热毒症。
(13)紫黑或紫红色无丹痧和发热现象：淤血症。
(14)无皮色变化，触之不温：虚寒症。
(15)罐斑微痒皮纹：风症。
(16)无明显变化：无症。
本发明在使用拔罐时的注意事项：
(1)保暖：拔罐时均要在脱衣后才能治疗，所以治疗时应避免有风直吹，防止受凉，保持室内温度；
(2)避免烫伤：不要将燃烧的酒精、药水落在病人的身上，过热的罐子应勤更换；
(3)不宜拔罐的部位：有皮肤破损处，皮肤斑痕处，皮肤有赘生物或骨突处
(4)同一部位不能天天拔，在拔罐的罐印未消退前不可一而再做拔罐；
(5)在给患者拔罐时，操作者不可离开病人，应密切观察病人情况，如有晕罐、起泡等情况，应做及时处理；
(6)在拔罐时如果出现烫伤及时涂抹秘制的红药水及烫伤膏消炎修复；
(7)初学者拔罐时容易使药水渗出，应避免药水进入客人的嘴巴等部位：
(8)拔罐后三天之内禁止蒸桑拿；
(9)如果患部发痒乃药物作用，属正常情况，请勿手抓；
(10)透骨水拔罐不同于其它的拔罐，拔完后可以正常洗澡；
(11)如果在拔罐过程中留罐时出现水泡或血泡乃病理反射状态，请勿紧张属正常现象。
本发明的透骨水拔罐禁忌如下：
(1)孕妇或妇女月经期；
(2)治疗部位有伤口的避开：
(3)有心脏病、血液病、皮肤病及皮肤损伤者；
(4)有精神病或者神经质的人；
(5)肺结核及各种传染病；
(6)各种骨折；
(7)极度衰弱、过饱、过饥、过渴、醉酒等。

1.一种拔罐用透骨水药酒的制备方法，其特征在于：采用如下步骤：
步骤一：取如下药材：全当归10-20克、生半夏10-20、自然同10-20克、刘寄奴10-20克、五灵脂10-20克、血竭10-20克、五加皮10-20克、穿山龙10-20克、川大黄10-20克、虎杖10-20克、红花10-20克、全虫10-20克、雨尔菜10-20克、乳香10-20克、蜂房10-20克、双钩藤10-20克、田三七10-20克、马前子10-20克、落得打10-20克、过山龙10-20克、杜仲10-20克、接骨木10-20克、蛇床子10-20克、大海马10-20克、小海马10-20克、生南星10-20克、伸精草10-20克、莉芦10-20克、紫花地丁10-20克、木瓜10-20克、土蚣蛇1条、蜘蛛5只、四脚蛇5条、小海龙10-20克、生川乌10-20克、川牛膝10-20克、没药10-20克、土鳖虫10-20克、全蜈蚣13条、生草乌10-20克、桂枝10-20克、透骨草10-20、骨碎补10-20克、石蟹10-20克；
