The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating embodiments of the invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.

Referring to fig. 1, a wearable device for preventing venous thrombosis of a lower limb according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the bag comprises a wrapping bag body 1, wherein at least one side edge of the wrapping bag body 1 is provided with an opening, a tightening device 11 with adjustable length is arranged on the bag body 1, and the bag body 1 can be wrapped and clamped on the shank of a wearer through the tightening device 11; the inflator pump 2 is arranged on the outer surface of the bag body 1; the air bag 3 is detachably arranged in the bag body 1 through the opening of the bag body 1, and is provided with an inflation hole 31 and an air outlet 32, the air outlet 32 is provided with an air release solenoid valve 34, the inflation pump 2 is communicated with the interior of the air bag 3 through the inflation hole 31, an inflation solenoid valve 33 is arranged on a communication pipeline between the inflation hole 31 and the inflation pump 2, the air bag 3 can be inflated through the inflation pump 2 and the inflation solenoid valve 33 at preset frequency, the air bag 3 can be deflated through the air release solenoid valve 34, and the pressing pressure of the air bag 3 on the shank can be increased or reduced when the bag body 1 is wrapped on the shank through the air filling and deflating actions of the air bag 3; the physical sign detection device 4 is in contact with the wearer and is used for detecting and outputting physical sign parameters of the wearer; controlling means 5 sets up 1 surface of the bag body, and with sign detection device 4 the pump 2 inflate solenoid 33 with it connects to lose heart solenoid 34, controlling means 5 is used for receiving and comes from sign detection device 4's sign parameter, and according to sign parameter control the pump 2 inflate solenoid 33 with the switching of losing heart solenoid 34.
