the center pillar includes: the cylindrical wastewater storage bin comprises a cylindrical outer side wall, a cylindrical inner side wall, a circular top plate and a circular bottom plate, the circular top plate is arranged at the top of the cylindrical functional bin and is connected with the top of the cylindrical outer side wall, a plurality of first water drainage holes which are close to the edge of the circular top plate and are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the circular top plate at intervals are formed in the circular top plate, the top of the cylindrical inner side wall is connected with the circular top plate, a cylindrical drainage cavity is formed between the cylindrical inner side wall and the cylindrical outer side wall, the first water drainage holes are positioned at the upper part of the drainage cavity, the bottom end of the cylindrical inner side wall is connected with the circular bottom plate, a fan is arranged on the circular bottom plate, and the circular bottom plate, the cylindrical inner side wall and the circular top plate, the upper part of the cylindrical inner side wall is provided with an air outlet, the upper part of the cylindrical outer side wall is provided with a blowhole and a second lower water hole, the second lower water hole is arranged at the lower side of the blowhole, the blowhole is connected with the air outlet through an air outlet pipe, and a first electric control valve is arranged at the blowhole; the lower side of the interior of the cylindrical outer side wall is provided with a filter layer, the cylindrical waste water storage tank comprises a top plate, the lower end of the cylindrical outer side wall is connected with a top plate of the cylindrical wastewater storage box, the bottom plate of the cylindrical wastewater storage box is positioned on the top plate of the base, the bottom plate of the cylindrical wastewater storage box is provided with a second drain hole, the second drain hole corresponds to the first drain hole in position, a first electronic control one-way valve is arranged on the second drain hole, the side wall of the cylindrical wastewater storage box can be just inserted into the inner side of the circular ring-shaped center pillar limiting plate, a first submersible pump and a pressure sensor are arranged on the bottom plate of the cylindrical wastewater storage box, a third drain hole is formed in the side wall of the cylindrical wastewater storage box, a pipeline hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the third drain hole, of the circular ring-shaped center pillar limiting plate;
the water tank enclosure is wholly ring-shaped and comprises: the bottom plate of the water tank enclosure part is arranged at the edge of the bottom plate of the base and is in a same plane with the bottom plate of the base to form a plate, the lower part of the inner side wall of the water tank enclosure part is provided with a water inlet hole, the water inlet hole is communicated with a third water drain hole through a first water pipe penetrating through the pipeline hole, the upper part of the inner side wall of the water tank enclosure part is respectively provided with a lamp strip, a first water spray hole, a second water spray hole and a limiting device from top to bottom, the upper surface of the bottom plate of the water tank enclosure part is provided with a second submersible pump, the second submersible pump is respectively connected with the first water spray hole and the second water spray hole through a second water pipe, a third electric control one-way valve and a fourth electric control one-way valve are respectively arranged between the first water spray hole, the second water spray hole and the second water pipe, the upper part of the outer side wall of the water tank enclosure part is provided with a, a first animal limb fixing part which can slide along the first slide rail groove in a friction manner is arranged in the first slide rail groove;
the partition part is arranged between the center pillar and the water tank enclosure part, the number of the partition parts is at least six, the partition parts are vertically arranged and uniformly distributed along the radial direction of the base, each partition part comprises a left side wall, a right side wall, an inner side wall, an outer side wall and a top plate, third water spray holes are uniformly arranged on the upper parts of the left side wall and the right side wall of each partition part at intervals along the radial direction of the base, the three water spray holes are connected with a second submersible pump through a second water pipe, a fifth electric control one-way valve is arranged at each third water spray hole, the top plate of each partition part is provided with a second slide rail groove, a second animal limb fixing part capable of sliding along the second slide rail groove in a friction mode is arranged in each second slide rail groove, the lower part of each partition part is communicated with the upper part of the base, and the inner side wall and the outer side wall of each;
