The embodiment of the invention provides a control method of an electric toothbrush. Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for controlling an electric toothbrush according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method can be performed by a control device of the electric toothbrush, which can be implemented in software and/or hardware, which can be integrated in the electric toothbrush, which can be integrated in particular on a control board of the electric toothbrush. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
and step 110, acquiring the currently set age group gears, wherein the electric toothbrush is configured with at least two age group gears.
Wherein, different age bracket gears correspond to different tooth brushing force. The user can select corresponding age bracket gears through the gear selection modules such as the keys arranged on the electric toothbrush. The required dynamics of brushing teeth of the user of different age brackets is different, and the user need select the gear that corresponds rather than the age bracket to the power that makes electric toothbrush's motor output satisfies user's the dynamics of brushing teeth, avoids the dynamics of brushing teeth not enough, leads to effectively getting rid of the dental plaque, and the dynamics of brushing teeth is too big, and the condition that is vulnerable to gum and enamel takes place. Different age group gears are suitable for users in different age groups, and the requirements of most users are met by setting a plurality of age group gears; a toothbrush, through simply changing the brush head, a family can both use, no matter adult and child all can use, in order to alleviate economic pressure, in order to solve the problem that the user of different age brackets needs to buy the electric toothbrush of different models, for example children's electric toothbrush and adult's electric toothbrush, the electric toothbrush among the prior art only is suitable for the user of a age bracket, the function is single, compatibility is poor, every family need buy many electric toothbrush, and electric toothbrush's price is higher, so bring the problem of great economic burden for ordinary family user.
Optionally, the age range gears include at least two of: the child gear, the young gear and the middle-aged and the old gear. Optionally, the child gear is greater than or equal to 5 years old and less than or equal to 15 years old, the young gear is greater than or equal to 16 years old and less than or equal to 40 years old, and the middle-aged and elderly gears are greater than or equal to 41 years old. Optionally, the tooth brushing force corresponding to the child gear is greater than or equal to 0.4 cattle and less than or equal to 0.6 cattle, the tooth brushing force corresponding to the young gear is greater than or equal to 1.3 cattle and less than or equal to 1.5 cattle, and the tooth brushing force corresponding to the middle-aged and old gears is greater than or equal to 1 cattle and less than or equal to 1.3 cattle. The tooth brushing force according to the proposal can continuously brush the teeth for more than two minutes, so that dental plaque can be more effectively removed, the gum can be protected, and the scientific tooth brushing can be realized. It should be noted that, the age groups can be divided, the number of the age groups can be set, and the tooth brushing strength can be set according to the needs, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
And step 120, controlling the power output by a motor of the electric toothbrush according to the currently set age group gear.
The power output by the motor can be automatically adjusted by controlling the frequency, duty ratio and other parameters of signals such as voltage or current and the like output to the motor according to the currently set age bracket gear, and the power corresponding to the currently set age bracket gear is output by the motor of the electric toothbrush, so that the tooth brushing strength of the user is matched with the age bracket of the user. The actual brushing force is the pressure between the bristles of the electric toothbrush and the teeth, which is the result of the combined action of the user's output and the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush.
According to the technical scheme, the currently set age group gears are obtained, wherein the electric toothbrush is configured with at least two age group gears; according to the age bracket gear that sets up at present, the power of control electric toothbrush's motor output to make user's dynamics of brushing teeth correspond with user's age bracket, through setting up different age bracket gears, and can produce the required dynamics of brushing teeth of various age brackets, with the user that is fit for different age brackets, satisfy the user demand of the overwhelming majority. A toothbrush, through simply changing the brush head, a family can both use, alleviates economic pressure, has solved the problem that the user of different age brackets must buy the electric toothbrush of different models, avoids electric toothbrush only to be suitable for the user of an age bracket, and the function is single, and the compatibility is poor, brings great economic burden for ordinary family user.
The embodiment of the invention provides a control method of an electric toothbrush. Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method of controlling another electric toothbrush according to an embodiment of the present invention. On the basis of the above embodiment, the method includes:
step 210, obtaining a currently set age group gear, wherein the electric toothbrush is configured with at least two age group gears.
Step 220, acquiring the pressure to which the pressure sensor detects the bristles of the electric toothbrush.
Wherein, the pressure sensor detects that the pressure on the brush hair of the electric toothbrush is the actual brushing strength. Fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of an electric toothbrush according to an embodiment of the present invention. The electric toothbrush comprises a brush handle 7, a brush head 5, a battery 1, a control panel 2, a motor 4, a key 3 and a pressure sensor 6. Wherein, battery 1, control panel 2, motor 4 and pressure sensor 6 set up in the inside of brush holder 7, and button 3 sets up in the surface of brush holder 7, and motor 4's output shaft and brush head 5 can be dismantled and be connected. The pressure sensor 6 is attached to the surface of the motor 4, when the brush head 5 is stressed, the bearing of the motor 4 transmits force to the surface of the motor 4 to enable the motor 4 to generate slight deformation, the pressure sensor 6 also generates deformation, the resistance value inside the pressure sensor 6 also changes, and the resistance value change is converted into the change of an electric signal through the signal processing effect of the control board 2. The control board 2 monitors the change of the electric signal through the selected gear, and controls parameters such as frequency and duty ratio of signals such as voltage or current output to the motor according to the change of the electric signal, so as to automatically adjust the power output of the motor.
And step 230, controlling the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush according to the currently set age group gear and pressure.
The power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush is controlled according to the currently set age group gear and the pressure, so that the actual tooth brushing strength is kept in the tooth brushing strength range corresponding to the currently set age group gear, the tooth brushing strength is accurately controlled, the problems that the frequency and the duty ratio of signals such as voltage or current output to the motor by each fixed gear are constant, and the output power of the toothbrush cannot be automatically adjusted to adapt to each user are solved, and the problem that the tooth brushing strength after the combination of the output power of the user and the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush is too large and gum and enamel are easily damaged due to the fact that the hand strength of some users is too large is avoided; if the hand strength of some users is too small, the tooth brushing force synthesized by the user force and the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush is too small, and the oral cavity cannot be effectively cleaned.
Optionally, before controlling the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush according to the currently set age group gear and pressure, the corresponding relationship between at least two pairs of age group gears and the brushing force may be pre-stored. Further, controlling the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush according to the currently set age group gear and pressure may include: according to the currently set age group gear, determining the target tooth brushing strength corresponding to the currently set age group gear; and then the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush is controlled according to the pressure and the target tooth brushing force. Further, controlling the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush according to the pressure and the target brushing force may include: if the pressure is greater than the target tooth brushing force, reducing the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush; if the pressure is less than the target tooth brushing force, the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush is increased; if the pressure is equal to the target brushing force, the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush is kept unchanged. In the currently set age range, the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush changes as the pressure sensor detects the pressure change to which the bristles of the electric toothbrush are subjected, for example: if the user's output is increased, which causes the pressure sensor to detect that the pressure applied to the bristles of the electric toothbrush is increased, the power output by the motor controlling the electric toothbrush is reduced; if the output force of the user is reduced, which causes the pressure sensor to detect that the pressure applied to the bristles of the electric toothbrush is reduced, the power output by the motor for controlling the electric toothbrush is increased, so that the pressure applied to the bristles of the electric toothbrush detected by the pressure sensor is close to the target brushing force, and the brushing force is maintained within the brushing force range corresponding to the currently set age group gear.
The embodiment of the invention provides a control method of an electric toothbrush. Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method of controlling another electric toothbrush according to an embodiment of the present invention. On the basis of the above embodiment, the method includes:
and 310, acquiring a starting signal of the electric toothbrush, and controlling the power output by a motor of the electric toothbrush to be zero.
Wherein, the start-up can be realized by pressing the key on the electric toothbrush. After the electric toothbrush is started, the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush is controlled to be zero, and the vibration intensity of the brush head of the electric toothbrush is zero.
And step 320, acquiring the currently set age group gears, wherein the electric toothbrush is configured with at least two age group gears.
Step 330, acquiring the pressure to which the pressure sensor detects the bristles of the electric toothbrush.
And step 340, judging whether the pressure is greater than a first preset threshold value.
If not, that is, the pressure is less than or equal to the first preset threshold, step 350 is executed; if the pressure is greater than the first predetermined threshold, step 360 is executed.
And 350, controlling the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush to be zero.
Wherein, the user sets up electric toothbrush for the start-up after, electric toothbrush's motor output's power is zero, pressure sensor detects that electric toothbrush's brush hair receives pressure and motor output's power is irrelevant this moment, and then paint toothpaste on the brush head at the user, before stretching into the oral cavity with the brush head, pressure sensor detects electric toothbrush's brush hair and receives pressure less this moment, be less than or equal to first predetermined threshold value, control electric toothbrush's motor output's power is zero this moment, convenience of customers evenly paints toothpaste on the brush hair, avoid the powerful power of motor to lead to toothpaste to splash easily, bring inconvenience.
And step 360, controlling the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush according to the currently set age group gear and pressure.
When the user stretches the toothbrush head coated with toothpaste into the oral cavity, the bristles are in contact with the surface of teeth to generate pressure, at the moment, the pressure sensor detects that the pressure applied to the bristles of the electric toothbrush is larger than a first preset threshold value, and then the power output by a motor of the electric toothbrush can be controlled according to the currently set age group gear and pressure, so that the toothbrush head vibrates, the actual tooth brushing force is kept in the tooth brushing force range corresponding to the currently set age group gear, and the tooth brushing force is accurately controlled. By monitoring the pressure applied to the bristles of the electric toothbrush by the pressure sensor, the user can know the use state of the user, such as whether the user is brushing toothpaste or brushing teeth. Optionally, when it is monitored that the pressure sensor detects that the pressure applied to the bristles of the electric toothbrush gradually increases until the pressure increases by a first preset threshold value, the power for controlling the motor of the electric toothbrush to output is gradually increased from zero until the actual brushing force is increased to a value that keeps the actual brushing force within the brushing force range corresponding to the currently set age group gear. The first predetermined threshold can be set as desired, so long as it is greater than the pressure to which the bristles are subjected when applying toothpaste, and less than the pressure to which the bristles are subjected when the bristles are in contact with the tooth surfaces when the user is brushing their teeth.
The embodiment of the invention provides a control method of an electric toothbrush. Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a method of controlling another electric toothbrush according to an embodiment of the present invention. On the basis of the above embodiment, the method includes:
and step 410, acquiring the currently set age group gears, wherein the electric toothbrush is configured with at least two age group gears.
Step 420, acquiring the pressure to which the pressure sensor detects the bristles of the electric toothbrush.
And step 430, judging whether the pressure is greater than a second preset threshold value.
The second preset threshold is larger than the first preset threshold, and the second preset threshold is larger than or equal to the upper limit value of the brushing strength range corresponding to the currently set age group gear. If yes, that is, the pressure sensor detects that the pressure applied to the bristles of the electric toothbrush is greater than the second preset threshold value, step 440 is performed. If not, that is, the pressure sensor detects that the pressure applied to the bristles of the electric toothbrush is less than or equal to the second preset threshold, step 450 is executed.
And step 440, controlling the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush to be zero.
If the pressure is greater than the second preset threshold value, the user exerts too much force, or the user exerts too much force carelessly, so that the tooth brushing force is too great, the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush is controlled to be zero, and the motor is automatically stopped to protect the gum from being injured.
And step 450, controlling the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush according to the currently set age group gear and pressure.
If the pressure is smaller than or equal to the second preset threshold value, the actual tooth brushing strength can be kept in the tooth brushing strength range corresponding to the currently set age group gear by adjusting the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush.
The embodiment of the invention provides a control method of an electric toothbrush. Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a method of controlling another electric toothbrush according to an embodiment of the present invention. On the basis of the above embodiment, the method includes:
and step 510, pre-establishing and storing the corresponding relation between the pressure and the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush under at least two age bracket gears.
Wherein, in different age gear stages, the corresponding relation between the pressure of the brush hair of the electric toothbrush detected by the pressure sensor and the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush is different. Under each age range gear, the corresponding relation between the pressure on the bristles of the electric toothbrush detected by the pressure sensor and the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush is as follows: the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush is gradually reduced as the pressure sensor detects that the pressure applied to the bristles of the electric toothbrush is increased. The graph of the correspondence of the pressure applied to the bristles of the electric toothbrush detected by the pressure sensor to the power output from the motor of the electric toothbrush may be stepped for each age group gear. Under each age group gear, the motor of the electric toothbrush has various power outputs, so that when the user has insufficient tooth brushing force, the power output of the motor can be automatically enhanced to compensate the problem that dental plaque cannot be effectively removed due to insufficient tooth brushing force; when the user brushes teeth with too much force, the power output of the motor can be automatically reduced, so that the gum and the enamel are protected from being damaged. The corresponding relation between the pressure and the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush can be tested in advance by means of experiments and the like under each age group gear. Fig. 7 is a graph illustrating a relationship between pressure and power output from a motor of an electric toothbrush according to an embodiment of the present invention. The horizontal axis M represents the pressure applied to the bristles of the electric toothbrush detected by the pressure sensor, and the vertical axis F represents the power required to be output by the motor of the electric toothbrush. Under the child gear, a curve of the corresponding relation between the pressure and the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush is a 1; in the youth gear, a curve of the corresponding relation between the pressure and the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush is a 2; in the middle and old aged gears, a curve of the correspondence relationship between the pressure and the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush is a 3. The first preset threshold of each age range gear can be m1, the second preset threshold of the child gear can be m2, the second preset threshold of the young gear can be m3, and the second preset threshold of the middle-aged and old gears can be m 4.
And step 520, acquiring the currently set age group gears, wherein the electric toothbrush is configured with at least two age group gears.
Step 530, acquiring the pressure to which the pressure sensor detects the bristles of the electric toothbrush.
And 540, controlling the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush according to the currently set age group gear and pressure.
And controlling the motor of the electric toothbrush to output power corresponding to the current pressure according to the corresponding relation between the pressure and the power output by the motor of the electric toothbrush under the currently set age group gear.
