Technical Field
The invention relates to cooking equipment, in particular to an electric baking oven.
Background
The existing electric oven is generally an independent device and mainly comprises a shell, a door, an electric heating component and the like, wherein a baking chamber is formed in the shell. The food with baking effect is processed by electrically heating the oven to reach the required temperature.
According to the needs of users, a number of multifunctional ovens have appeared, which comprise an oven and a cooking surface positioned on the top of the oven, and can be used for processing food in the oven, or can be placed in a container and heated on the cooking surface, and the cooking surface and the oven use the same heat source, can only be opened together, can not be used separately and independently, and do not realize the real multi-purpose effect, and can cause energy waste when only one function is used.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a multipurpose oven which can be used as an oven and a griddle and has two using operations which are not interfered with each other.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a multi-purpose oven comprises an oven and a griddle, wherein the oven is provided with an oven chamber, a baking tray is arranged in the oven chamber, a bottom heating tube is arranged at the bottom of the oven chamber, and a top heating tube is arranged at the top of the oven chamber; the griddle comprises a vertical baffle fixedly connected with the griddle, a griddle plate fixedly connected with the vertical baffle, and a heating tube for heating the griddle plate. The oven is provided with a control switch which respectively controls the circuit connection of the bottom heating tube, the top heating tube and the heating tube of the griddle so as to control the electrification, the temperature and the time of the oven, the electrification and the temperature of the griddle and the like. The oven and the griddle cook food through respective heating sources, and the integrated control switch can realize separate control, so that the griddle and the oven can be used separately.
Preferably, the griddle is located above the oven to minimize floor space.
Furthermore, the furnace also comprises heat insulation cotton arranged below the scraping plate and a heat insulation cover coated with the heat insulation cotton, the heating pipe is inserted in the heat insulation cotton, and an electric connector of the heating pipe is exposed out of the heat insulation cover.
Furthermore, the cross section of the raking plate is rectangular, three sides of the raking plate are fixed to the vertical baffle, the fourth side of the raking plate is fixed to a raking furnace surrounding body, the raking furnace surrounding body is located below the raking plate, and the raking furnace surrounding body and the part, located below the raking plate, of the vertical baffle jointly form a surrounding structure which is used for surrounding components such as heat insulation cotton, a heat insulation cover and an electric connector.
Furthermore, the top of the griddle body is formed with an oil pocket which is adjacent to the fourth edge of the griddle board and extends along the fourth edge of the griddle board so as to form the outer edge of the griddle board in shape.
In a preferred embodiment, a bottom partition plate is arranged between the bottom heating pipe and the baking tray and used for protecting the bottom heating pipe and isolating the bottom heating pipe from the baking tray.
In addition, a slag receiving disc can be arranged below the bottom clapboard, and the slag receiving disc is preferably arranged in a mode of being pulled out of the oven easily.
Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the griddle and the oven are provided with heat energy by respective heating parts, different cooking requirements can be separately realized, and the control mode is integrated, thereby being beneficial to operation and monitoring and being convenient to use. The multipurpose furnace has the advantages of compact integral structure, small occupied area and effective reduction of energy waste.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to the embodiment shown in fig. 1-5, the multipurpose furnace mainly comprises a griddle 1 and an oven 2, wherein the griddle 1 is positioned above the top of the oven 2.
The oven 2 comprises a body (of common general knowledge, not indicated by reference numerals) and a door 21. With reference to fig. 2 and 4, a baking chamber 22 is formed in the box body, a baking tray 23 is arranged in the baking chamber 22, a bottom heating tube 27 is arranged at the bottom of the baking chamber 22, and a top heating tube 26 is arranged at the top of the baking chamber 22, so as to provide surrounding heating for food in the baking chamber 22, and achieve a good baking effect.
As shown in fig. 4, a bottom partition plate 24 is disposed between the bottom heating tube 27 and the baking tray 23 to separate the bottom heating tube 27 from the baking tray 23, and a slag receiving tray 25 is disposed below the bottom partition plate 24.
Referring to fig. 1-5, the raking stove 1 mainly includes a vertical baffle 12 and a raking plate 11 fixedly connected to the vertical baffle 12, the cross section of the raking plate 11 is rectangular, three sides of the raking plate 11 are fixed to the vertical baffle 12, a fourth side of the raking plate 11 is fixed to a raking stove enclosure 16, and the raking stove enclosure 16 is located below the raking plate 11.
The vertical baffle 12 is vertical, part of the vertical baffle is higher than the scraping plate 11, the vertical baffle 12 plays a role of enclosure when the scraping plate 11 is used for cooking, the other part of the vertical baffle 12 is positioned below the scraping plate 11, and the lower end of the vertical baffle 12 is connected with the box body of the oven 2.
The top of the griddle body 16 forms an oil pocket 13, and the oil pocket 13 is adjacent to the fourth edge of the griddle plate 11 and extends along the fourth edge of the griddle plate 11 to form an extending edge of the griddle plate 11. The oil pocket 13 is provided with an oil removing hole 15 for guiding the redundant oil into the cavity of the oil pocket 13 when the food is fried. The skimmer oven body 16 is arranged in a manner of being capable of being pulled out, so that the skimmer oven body can be conveniently taken down to remove oil residue deposited in the oil pocket 13.
A heating tube 14, heat insulation cotton 17 and a heat insulation cover 18 covering the heat insulation cotton 17 are arranged below the scraping plate 11, the heating tube 14 is inserted in the heat insulation cotton 17, and a terminal of the heating tube 14 is exposed out of the heat insulation cover 18, as shown in fig. 5.
The griddle enclosure 16 and the part of the vertical baffle plate 12 below the griddle plate 11 together form an enclosure structure for enclosing the heat insulation cotton 17, the heat insulation cover 18 and the heating pipe 14.
As shown in fig. 1-3, a plurality of control switches 3 are disposed on the box body beside the box door 21 of the oven 2, and some of the control switches 3 are used for controlling the circuit connection of the bottom heating tube 27, some are used for controlling the circuit connection of the top heating tube 26, and some are used for controlling the circuit connection of the heating tube 14 of the griddle 1, so as to respectively control the baking temperature and the working time of the oven 2 and the working temperature of the griddle 1.
