In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
A cover assembly and a cooking appliance according to some embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 25.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, in one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a cover assembly 1 for a cooking appliance, the cooking appliance including a pot 80, the cover assembly 1 including: a pot cover 20; the driving member 40 is connected with the pot cover 20, and the driving member 40 drives the pot cover 20 to rotate; the exhaust component 30 is directly or indirectly connected with the pot cover 20, and the exhaust component 30 synchronously rotates along with the pot cover 20; the face cover 10 is provided with a mounting opening 102, the exhaust assembly 30 is positioned in the mounting opening 102, and the exhaust assembly 30 rotates relative to the face cover 10.
According to the cover body assembly 1 provided by the invention, the exhaust assembly 30 is directly or indirectly connected with the pot cover 20, and the driving element 40 is connected with the pot cover 20, so that the driving element 40 drives the pot cover 20 to rotate and simultaneously drives the exhaust assembly 30 directly or indirectly connected with the pot cover 20 to synchronously rotate along with the pot cover 20, and further, steam in the pot body 80 enters the exhaust assembly 30 through the steam inlet on the pot cover 20, the situation that the steam inlet on the pot cover 20 is not butted with the steam inlet of the exhaust assembly 30 due to the rotation of the pot cover 20 can be avoided, and the steam emission is facilitated. Meanwhile, because the exhaust assembly 30 and the pot cover 20 rotate synchronously, the exhaust valve 306 of the exhaust assembly 30 does not need to be arranged at the central position of the pot cover 20 and also does not need to correspond to the central position of the pot cover 20, the exhaust valve 306 can be arranged at a proper position according to design requirements, so that the distribution and design of the positions of all parts of the cover body assembly 1 are facilitated, the design of the part of the appearance surface of the cover body assembly 1, which is exposed out of the parts, is facilitated, and the appearance effect is improved; further, the cover body assembly 1 further includes a face cover 10, a mounting opening 102 is formed in the face cover 10, the exhaust assembly 30 is located in the mounting opening 102, and the exhaust assembly 30 rotates relative to the face cover 10, by arranging that the exhaust assembly 30 is located in the mounting opening 102 of the face cover 10 and can rotate in the mounting opening 102, preferably, the mounting opening 102 and the exhaust assembly 30 are adapted and are both circular, so that the exhaust assembly 30 rotates on the face cover 10 around its own center, and thus the exhaust assembly 30 is always located in the mounting opening 102 when rotating relative to the face cover 10, and an opening for the exhaust assembly 30 to rotate is not required to be formed in other positions on the face cover 10, thereby ensuring the aesthetic property of the face cover 10; specifically, through setting up exhaust assembly 30 and pot cover 20 and operating together, the requirement that exhaust valve 306 must be located the center of pot cover 20 among the prior art is solved, preferably, designer can place exhaust valve 306 in the position as far back as possible on pot cover 20 to can leave enough positions in the place ahead of pot cover 20 and place the display module, and then can realize the function that cooking utensil top-mounted shows, can install display structure such as display panel, operating panel, touch panel on face lid 10, the user of being convenient for operates cooking utensil through the display structure that sets up on face lid 10, the problem that the display structure of product needs to set up the lateral wall at cooking utensil among the prior art and leads to not convenient for user's operation has been solved, user's experience has been promoted.
Preferably, the display structure and the exhaust assembly 30 are arranged on the face cover 10 at intervals, and the display structure and the exhaust assembly 30 are not in contact with each other, so that the exhaust assembly 30 and the display structure are arranged on the face cover 10 at intervals, the problem that the exhaust assembly 30 interferes with the display structure in the rotating process is avoided, and the reliability of the product is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, a portion of the driving member 40 and a portion of the exhaust assembly 30 extend out of the face cover 10 through the mounting opening 102.
In this embodiment, part of the driving member 40 and part of the exhaust assembly 30 extend out of the face cover 10 through the mounting opening 102, so that the exhaust assembly 30 is located above the face cover 10, on one hand, the exhaust assembly 30 is convenient to rotate in the mounting opening 102 relative to the face cover 10, on the other hand, a user can conveniently manipulate the driving member 40 from above the face cover 10, and the user experience is improved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 12, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the cover assembly 1 further includes: an inner cover 50 arranged between the pot cover 20 and the face cover 10, the inner cover 50 is provided with an installation part 504; a rotation member 60 rotatably provided at the mounting portion 504, the rotation member 60 being connected with the pot cover 20, the exhaust assembly 30 being provided on the rotation member 60.
In this embodiment, the cover assembly 1 further includes an inner cover 50 and a rotating member 60, the inner cover 50 is provided with an installation portion 504, the rotating member 60 is rotatably disposed at the installation portion 504, and the rotating member 60 is disposed to be connected with the lid 20, the exhaust assembly 30 is disposed on the rotating member 60, on one hand, the connection strength between the lid 20 and the inner cover 50 is enhanced through the connection of the rotating member 60, which is beneficial to stably disposing the lid 20 on the inner cover 50 without falling off, and is beneficial to the stable rotation of the lid 20; on the other hand, because the exhaust assembly 30 is arranged on the rotating member 60, and further when the driving member 40 drives the pot cover 20 to rotate, the rotating member 60 rotates along with the rotating member, thereby driving the exhaust assembly 30 to rotate, the synchronous rotation of the exhaust assembly 30 and the pot cover 20 can be ensured, meanwhile, the installation stability of the exhaust assembly 30 is improved, so that the exhaust assembly can not only act on the part of the gravity of the exhaust assembly on the pot cover 20 connected with the rotating member 60 and rotate synchronously with the pot cover 20, but also act on the fixed inner cover 50 according to the rotary connection between the rotating member 60 and the inner cover 50, thereby ensuring the stable installation of the exhaust assembly 30, and being beneficial to the stable rotation of the exhaust assembly 30.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6 to 11, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the exhaust assembly 30 is connected to the rotating member 60, and one of the exhaust assembly 30 and the rotating member 60 is provided with a limiting groove 66, and the other is provided with a driving rod 68 engaged with the limiting groove 66; when the pot cover 20 rotates, the rotating member 60 is driven to rotate, and the rotating member 60 is matched with the driving rod 68 through the limiting groove 66 to drive the exhaust assembly 30 to rotate synchronously.
In this embodiment, the lid 20 is disposed under the face cover 10 and can rotate with respect to the face cover 10, the rotation member 60 is disposed on the lid 20, and the rotating member 60 rotates synchronously with the lid 20, the exhaust assembly 30 is connected with the rotating member 60, wherein, one of the exhaust component 30 and the rotating component 60 is provided with a limit groove 66, the other of the exhaust component 30 and the rotating component 60 is provided with a driving rod 68 matched with the limit groove 66, the rotating component 60 can be driven to rotate when the pot cover 20 rotates, the rotation member 60 drives the exhaust assembly 30 to rotate synchronously through the engagement of the limiting groove 66 and the driving rod 68, thereby realizing the synchronous rotation of the pot cover 20, the rotating member 60 and the exhaust assembly 30, so that the steam in the pot body 80 enters the exhaust assembly 30 through the steam inlet on the pot cover 20, being beneficial to the steam discharge, and the situation that the steam inlet on the pot cover 20 is not butted with the steam inlet on the exhaust assembly 30 because the pot cover 20 rotates does not occur. In addition, because the pot cover 20, the rotating part 60 and the exhaust assembly 30 rotate synchronously, the exhaust assembly 30 does not need to be arranged at the central position of the pot cover 20 and also does not need to correspond to the central position of the pot cover 20, the exhaust assembly 30 can be arranged at a proper position according to design requirements, and then distribution and design of the positions of all parts of the cover body assembly 1 are facilitated, so that the design of the part of the appearance surface exposed part of the cover body assembly 1 is facilitated, and the appearance effect is improved.

As shown in fig. 1, 11 and 12, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the inner lid 50 further includes: an inner cap body 506 provided with a mounting hole 508; the mounting part 504 is connected with the inner cover body 506, the projection of the mounting part 504 on the inner cover body 506 is positioned in the mounting hole 508, and the inner side wall of the mounting hole 508 and/or the outer side wall of the mounting part 504 is provided with a lap joint part 510; the rotating member 60 is provided with a moving guide 602, and the rotating member 60 is mounted on the overlapping part 510 via the moving guide 602 and is located below the mounting part 504.
In this embodiment, when the inner lid body 506 is provided with the mounting hole 508, the mounting portion 504 connected to the inner lid body 506 is further provided, a projection of the mounting portion 504 on the inner lid body 506 is located in the mounting hole 508, and the height of the projection is higher than that of the inner lid body 506, lower than that of the inner lid body 506, or a part of the projection is located in the mounting hole 508, and a part of the projection is higher than or lower than that of the inner lid body 506, so that the inner lid body 506 is reinforced to a certain extent, and the possibility of deformation of the inner lid 50 after being heated is reduced, thereby solving the problem that the whole inner lid 50 is hollowed out to assemble the rotating member 60 in the related art, and causing the inner lid 50 to have insufficient strength after being hollowed out and deform after being heated, and. In one embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the overlapping portion 510 is disposed on an inner sidewall of the mounting hole 508, a connection rib 509 is disposed between the mounting portion 504 and the overlapping portion 510, and the connection rib 509 extends upward from the overlapping portion 510 and then extends toward the mounting portion 504 and is connected to the mounting portion 504.
In this embodiment, the attachment portion 504 and the bridging portion 510 in the attachment hole 508 are specifically defined to be connected by the connecting rib 509, ensuring reliable fixation of the attachment portion 504. As shown in fig. 1 and 12, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the cover assembly 1 further includes: an escape opening 505 provided in the mounting portion 504; the exhaust portion of the exhaust assembly 30 is inserted into the bypass opening 505 and moves within the space defined by the bypass opening 505.
In this embodiment, the cover assembly 1 further includes an avoiding opening 505, wherein the avoiding opening 505 is disposed on the mounting portion 504, the exhaust assembly 30 is located on the inner lid 50, and the exhaust portion of the exhaust assembly 30 is inserted into the avoiding opening 505, in addition, the exhaust assembly 30 is directly or indirectly connected with the lid 20, when the user opens the lid, the driving member 40 can drive the lid 20 and the exhaust assembly 30 to synchronously rotate, and at this time, the exhaust portion moves in the space defined by the avoiding opening 505, so that the cover assembly 1 is separated from the pot body 80.
As shown in fig. 12, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the inner lid 50 further includes: a drain port provided in the inner lid body 506; a drain passage 512 extending to be disposed on a surface of the inner cap body 506, the drain passage 512 extending from a mounting position of the air discharge assembly 30 to the drain opening.
In this embodiment, when the lid 20 is rotated to open the lid in a rotating manner, the driving member 40 drives the exhaust assembly 30 to rotate relative to the inner lid 50, and the exhaust valve 306 in the exhaust assembly 30 does not need to be disposed at the center of the lid assembly 1, and the exhaust valve 306 can be disposed at a proper position according to design requirements, so as to facilitate distribution and design of positions of each component of the lid assembly 1, and facilitate design of a position where an external appearance of the lid assembly 1 is exposed, thereby improving appearance effect. However, at this time, accumulated water in the exhaust assembly 30 is difficult to discharge, so that the user is difficult to clean, and when the accumulated water cannot be removed for a long time, bacteria, peculiar smell and the like are generated, which may harm the user, and the user experience is affected. As shown in fig. 1 to 10, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the vent assembly 30 includes a vent valve 306 and a bubble breaker 32, the vent valve 306 is disposed in the bubble breaker 32, and the vent valve 306 is offset from the center of the lid 20.
In this embodiment, the vent assembly 30 includes a bubble breaker 32 and a vent valve 306, and by positioning the vent valve 306 within the bubble breaker 32, the vent valve 306 and the bubble breaker 32 are facilitated to move synchronously, thereby facilitating the flow of steam between the vent valve 306 and the bubble breaker 32. In addition, the exhaust valve 306 is arranged at a position deviated from the center of the cooker cover 20, so that the exhaust valve core of the exhaust assembly 30 opposite to the exhaust valve 306 is also deviated from the center of the cooker cover 20, thereby solving the problem that the exhaust valve core has to be positioned at the center of the cooker cover 20 in the related art, a designer can place the exhaust valve 306 at a position as far back as possible on the cooker cover 20, so that enough positions can be reserved for placing the display assembly, thereby realizing the function of top-mounted display of the cooking utensil, facilitating the operation of the cooking utensil by a user through the display area 104 positioned on the face cover 10, and solving the problem that the operation of the user is inconvenient because the display area 104 of a product needs to be arranged on the side wall of the cooking utensil in the prior art. In addition, because the vent valve 306 is arranged in the bubble breaker 32, the face cover 10 only needs to be provided with a through hole for the rotating installation of the bubble breaker 32, and does not need to be provided with a through hole for the vent valve 306 to move separately, so that the appearance beautification degree and the structural integrity of the face cover 10 are improved. Specifically, the foam breaker 32 includes a breaker seat 302 and a breaker cap 304.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6 to 10, in an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the bubble breaker 32 is provided with an avoiding hole 310, and the driving member 40 passes through the avoiding hole 310 and is connected to the lid 20 to drive the lid 20 and the bubble breaker 32 to rotate synchronously, and during the process that the bubble breaker 32 rotates in the predetermined direction by the predetermined angle, the driving member 40 moves in the avoiding hole 310.
In this embodiment, the driving member 40 for driving the pot cover 20 to rotate is disposed on the bubble breaker 32, and a part of the driving member 40 passes through the avoiding hole 310 on the bubble breaker 32 to be connected with the pot cover 20, so that the driving member 40 does not need to avoid the arrangement of the bubble breaker 32, the surface utilization rate of the surface cover 10 is improved, a large enough space is provided for the display structure, and distribution and arrangement of various components of the lid assembly 1 on the surface cover 10 are facilitated.

As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment of the present invention, the bubble breaker 32 preferably comprises a bubble breaker base 302 and a bubble breaker cover 304, wherein the bubble breaker base 302 is provided with a concave cavity for installing an exhaust valve 306, the exhaust valve 306 is arranged in the concave cavity, the bubble breaker cover 304 is covered on the bubble breaker base 302, and the exhaust valve 306 can rotate synchronously with the bubble breaker 32.
In this embodiment, the bubble breaker 32 includes a breaker housing 302 and a breaker cover 304, and the breaker cover 304 covers the breaker housing 302 and is rotatable in synchronization with the breaker housing 302. As shown in fig. 14 to 25, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the cover assembly 1 further includes: the cover opening buckle 70 is movably arranged on the inner cover 50, and the cover opening buckle 70 is buckled with the pot body 80 in a cover closing state; a hanging shaft 202 arranged on the pot cover 20; the driving member 40 includes: a handle 42; and the connecting rod assembly 44 is provided with an avoiding groove 444, the connecting rod assembly 44 is clamped with the hanging shaft 202, the connecting rod assembly 44 is arranged on the inner cover 50, the connecting rod assembly 44 can drive the pot cover 20 to rotate, and after the connecting rod assembly 44 drives the pot cover 20 and the pot body 80 to be positioned at separated positions, the connecting rod assembly 44 can continue to rotate or move until the hanging shaft 202 stops abutting against the groove wall of the avoiding groove 444, the connecting rod assembly 44 is positioned at an uncovering position and pushes the uncovering buckle 70 to be separated from the pot body 80.

As shown in fig. 14 to 25, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the cover assembly 1 further includes: a slide groove 502 provided on the inner lid 50; the hanging shaft 202 extends into the sliding slot 502, and the connecting rod assembly 44 drives the hanging shaft 202 to slide in the sliding slot 502, so as to rotate the pot cover 20.
In this embodiment, the cover assembly 1 further includes a sliding slot 502 disposed on the inner lid 50, and a hanging shaft 202 disposed on the lid 20, wherein the hanging shaft 202 on the lid 20 extends into the sliding slot 502 and is engaged with the connecting rod assembly 44, such that the connecting rod assembly 44 drives the hanging shaft 202 to move in the sliding slot 502 of the inner lid 50 to drive the lid 20 to rotate relative to the inner lid 50, specifically, when the connecting rod assembly 44 rotates or moves relative to the inner lid 50, the hanging shaft 202 on the lid 20 moves in the sliding slot 502 on the inner lid 50, such that the lid 20 rotates relative to the inner lid 50, and when the connecting rod assembly 44 rotates or moves to the lid-opening position of the cooking appliance, the connecting rod assembly 44 is configured to push the lid-opening buckle 70 to move and separate from the pot 80, such that the lid 20 can be; that is, the buckling part 204 of the lid 20 can be separated from the teeth 802 of the pot body 80 by rotating or moving the connecting rod assembly 44, and the connecting rod assembly 44 can synchronously push open the lid fastener 70 to separate from the pot body 80, so that the opening of the cooking appliance can be completed by only one action, and the structure is simple and the operation is convenient.
As shown in fig. 14 to 18, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the cover assembly 1 further includes: a locking groove 442 provided at an end of the link assembly 44 and locked to the hanger shaft 202; the avoiding groove 444 is communicated with the slot 442 and is located on one side wall of the slot 442; the catching groove 442 has a groove shape having an opening at one end and a closed end, and the escape groove 444 is located near the closed end of the catching groove 442 and away from the open end of the catching groove 442.
In this embodiment, the cover assembly 1 further includes a locking slot 442 disposed at an end of the connecting rod assembly 44, the locking slot 442 is adapted to the hanging shaft 202, when the connecting rod assembly 44 rotates or moves on the inner cover 50, the hanging shaft 202 moves in the locking slot 442, the locking slot 442 is disposed to make the locking connection between the connecting rod assembly 44 and the hanging shaft 202 more stable, so as to prevent the hanging shaft 202 and the connecting rod assembly 44 from being separated during the rotation or movement of the connecting rod assembly 44, thereby improving the product quality, and the locking slot 442 has a simple structure, which facilitates the processing and production of the connecting rod assembly 44; the avoiding groove 444 is communicated with the catching groove 442 and is located on one side wall of the catching groove 442, the catching groove 442 is a groove type having an opening at one end and a closed end at the other end, the connecting rod assembly 44 rotates on the cover assembly 1 around the rotating portion 446 to drive the lid 20 to rotate, so that the hanging shaft 202 of the lid 20 moves in the catching groove 442 of the connecting rod assembly 44 during rotation, and during the process that the connecting rod assembly 44 drives the lid 20 to rotate from the lid closing position to the lid opening position, the hanging shaft 202 of the lid 20 moves from the opening end of the catching groove 442 to the closing end of the catching groove 442, and by arranging the avoiding groove 444 at a position close to the closing end of the catching groove 442 and far from the opening end of the catching groove 442, the position of the hanging shaft 202 of the lid 20 corresponds to the position of the avoiding groove 444 when the lid 20 rotates to the lid opening position, so that the hanging shaft 202 can move into the avoiding groove 444, thereby providing a larger space for relative movement between the hanging shaft, the connecting rod assembly 44 can be continuously moved forwards under the condition that the pot cover 20 is kept not moved until the connecting rod assembly 44 jacks the cover buckle 70, and the quality of the product is improved.
As shown in fig. 18, in one embodiment of the present invention, the escape groove 444 is preferably a groove recessed from a side wall of the catching groove 442 toward a direction away from the rotation of the door.
In this embodiment, the escape groove 444 is provided as a groove recessed from a side wall of the catching groove 442 toward a direction away from the cover rotation, thus, when link assembly 44 is rotated in the door opening direction, hanger shaft 202 engages a side wall of the slot 442 that is free of the escape slot 444, when the connecting rod assembly 44 rotates to a position where the connecting rod assembly can not drive the hanging shaft 202 to rotate any more, namely the uncovering position, the position where the pot teeth 802 are completely separated from the cover teeth, because the hanging shaft 202 stops against one end of the chute 502, the hanging shaft 202 does not continue to move, but the link assembly 44 can be rotated further, the link assembly 44 can have a movable space (the distance from a side wall of the slot 442 without the escape slot 444 to the escape slot 444) and the link assembly 44 can be rotated further, when the hanging shaft 202 rotates to be positioned in the avoiding groove 444, the cover opening buckle 70 is driven to be separated from the pot body 80, and the hanging shaft 202 limits the connecting rod assembly 44 to rotate again.
As shown in fig. 14 to 18, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the cover assembly 1 further includes: the elastic member 452 is disposed on the link assembly 44, and when the link assembly 44 rotates or moves to the cover opening position, the elastic member 452 abuts against the inner cover 50 and deforms, and after the cover opening buckle 70 is separated from the pot body 80, the elastic member 452 recovers to drive the link assembly 44 to reset.
In this embodiment, the elastic member 452 is disposed on the connecting rod assembly 44, when the connecting rod assembly 44 rotates or moves to the uncovering position, the elastic member 452 on the connecting rod assembly 44 abuts against the inner cover 50 and generates elastic deformation, so that after the connecting rod assembly 44 ejects the uncovering buckle 70 to separate the uncovering buckle from the pot body 80, the elastic member 452 can restore to drive the connecting rod assembly 44 to reset, and thus the uncovering buckle 70 can automatically reset after uncovering, which facilitates the next uncovering action of the cooking appliance, reduces the operation steps of a user, and improves the use experience of the user.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the elastic member 452 is preferably an arc-shaped piece formed to protrude toward the door opening rotation direction and provided on the link assembly 44.
In this embodiment, the elastic member 452 is an arc-shaped piece which is arranged on the connecting rod assembly 44 and protrudes towards the lid opening rotation direction, and when the arc-shaped piece contacts with the stop member, a certain elastic deformation can be generated, so that the elastic member 452 can further rotate towards the lid opening direction until the connecting rod assembly 44 ejects the lid opening buckle 70, and after the lid opening, the arc-shaped piece recovers to the original state to drive the connecting rod assembly 44 to reset, so that the connecting rod assembly 44 moves to the position where the buckling part 204 of the lid 20 is separated from the pot teeth 802 of the pot body 80, thereby facilitating the next lid opening action of the cooking appliance, reducing the operation steps of a user, and improving the use experience of the user; in addition, the simple structure of arc piece, easily production, and the structure of arc piece can make elastic component 452 directly have the ability that produces elastic deformation, need not to make elastic component 452 have the ability that produces elastic deformation through using modes such as having elastic material, is convenient for design link assembly 44 and elastic component 452 as integrated into one piece's integral type structure, has improved the production efficiency of product, has reduced manufacturing cost.
As shown in fig. 18, in one embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the link assembly 44 includes: a rotary part 446 rotatably mounted on the inner lid 50; a first link 448 connected to the rotating portion 446, wherein a locking groove 442 and an escape groove 444 are formed at one end of the first link 448 away from the rotating portion 446; second connecting rod 450 connected to rotary part 446, second connecting rod 450 and first connecting rod 448 have a predetermined angle therebetween, and one end of second connecting rod 450 far from rotary part 446 pushes cover opening buckle 70 to separate from pot body 80.
In this embodiment, the link assembly 44 further includes a rotating portion 446, a first link 448 and a second link 450, wherein the rotating portion 446 is mounted on the inner lid 50 and can rotate on the inner lid 50, the first link 448 and the second link 450 are respectively connected to the rotating portion 446, a predetermined angle is formed between the second link 450 and the first link 448, the locking slot 442 and the avoiding slot 444 are preferably disposed at an end of the first link 448 away from the rotating portion 446, and an end of the second link 450 away from the rotating portion 446 pushes the lid-opening buckle 70 to be separated from the pot 80.
As shown in fig. 13 and 18, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the cover assembly 1 further includes: a stopper 514 provided on the inner lid 50; and a guide 454 provided on the link assembly 44, wherein when the link assembly 44 rotates relative to the inner lid 50, one of the guide 454 and the retaining member 514 moves within a space defined by the other of the guide 454 and the retaining member 514.
In this embodiment, a limiting member 514 is disposed on the inner cover 50, a guide 454 is disposed on the connecting rod assembly 44, when the connecting rod assembly 44 rotates relative to the inner cover 50, one of the guide 454 and the limiting member 514 moves in a space defined by the other, and the guide 454 on the connecting rod assembly 44 and the limiting member 514 on the inner cover 50 are matched with each other, so as to avoid the problems of rotation jamming, unsmooth movement and the like of the connecting rod assembly 44 due to an excessive offset of the connecting rod assembly 44 in the rotation process; specifically, the limiting piece 514 and the guide piece 454 are respectively designed on the inner cover 50 and the connecting rod assembly 44, and the limiting piece 514 and the guide piece 454 are matched with each other to form a guide movement mechanism, so that when the connecting rod assembly 44 rotates on the inner cover 50, the guide movement mechanism formed along the limiting piece 514 and the guide piece 454 moves, and therefore, in the rotation process of the connecting rod assembly 44, the limiting piece 514 can abut against the guide piece 454, and further the offset generated between the connecting rod assembly 44 and the inner cover 50 is reduced, so that the cover opening and closing movement of the cooking appliance is smoother, the problems that the connecting rod assembly 44 of the cooking appliance such as a pressure cooker in the prior art is blocked in the rotation process of the handle 42 due to too large offset in the movement process are solved, and the use experience of a user is improved.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the cover assembly 1 further includes: and a display area 104 provided on the face cover 10, wherein the projection of the display area 104 on the inner cover 50 avoids the mounting opening 102.
In this embodiment, by providing the display area 104 on the front cover 10, the display structure such as a display panel, an operation panel, a touch panel, and the like can be mounted, which is convenient for the user to operate. The display area 104 avoids the mounting opening 102 on the face cover 10, so that the interference between the parts related to the mounting opening 102 and the display structure in the display area 104 and the electric control components connected with the display structure can be avoided, and the reliability of the product is improved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the cover assembly 1 further includes: and a decoration member 106 covering the mounting opening 102 to cover a gap between the face cover 10 and the exhaust assembly 30.
In this embodiment, the decoration 106 is disposed between the face cover 10 and the exhaust assembly 30, so that the appearance is beautified, and the decoration 106 can effectively shield the gap between the face cover 10 and the exhaust assembly 30, thereby preventing impurities such as dust from entering the cover assembly 1 through the gap between the face cover 10 and the exhaust assembly 30, and further preventing the user experience from being affected by bacteria breeding. Especially, in the case that the exhaust assembly 30 can rotate under the driving of the driving member 40, a large movement gap is left between the exhaust assembly 30 and the face cover 10 for the rotation of the exhaust assembly 30 relative to the face cover 10, and the decoration member 106 is arranged to effectively shield the gap to prevent dirt from accumulating in the gap. In addition, after the pressure of the cooking appliance is increased, the lid 20, the foam breaker 32 and the like in the lid assembly 1 are very easy to be jacked up, so that the foam breaker base 302 of the exhaust assembly 30 moves upwards under the action of the steam pressure in the cooker body 80 and protrudes out of the face cover 10, the flatness of the face cover 10 is damaged, the gap between the face cover 10 and the exhaust assembly 30 becomes more obvious and even expands, the exhaust assembly 30 can be effectively shielded by arranging the decorative part 106 at the through hole, and when the exhaust assembly 30 is pressed upwards, the structure of the foam breaker base 302 and the like cannot protrude out of the face cover 10 due to the shielding of the decorative part 106.

Claims (22)

1. A lid assembly for a cooking appliance, the cooking appliance including a pot, the lid assembly comprising:
a pot cover;
the driving piece is connected with the pot cover and drives the pot cover to rotate;
the exhaust assembly is directly or indirectly connected with the pot cover and synchronously rotates along with the pot cover;
the face cover is provided with a mounting opening, the exhaust assembly is located in the mounting opening, and the exhaust assembly rotates relative to the face cover.
2. The cover assembly of claim 1,
part of the driving piece and part of the exhaust assembly extend out of the face cover from the mounting opening.
3. The cover assembly of claim 1, further comprising:
