the method comprises the following steps: selecting spring silkworm double-cocoon as a raw material, placing the selected spring silkworm double-cocoon in a special container for degreasing cooking, adding sodium carbonate into the container for auxiliary cooking, and keeping the steam pressure in the solution at 0.12-0.14MPa, the temperature at 80-90 ℃ and the cooking time at 20-30 minutes so as to obtain degreased silkworm cocoon;
step two: placing the degreased silkworm cocoons obtained in the step one in a cleaning pool for rinsing, wherein the rinsing water is movably rinsed by spring water, the rinsing time is kept for 5-10 minutes, and the peculiar smell generated in the silkworm cocoon cooking process is removed;
step three: manually peeling the silkworm cocoons with the peculiar smell removed in the step two, peeling the silkworm cocoons through a nail or a toothpick, taking out silkworm pupas, unfolding and sleeving the silkworm cocoons on hands, removing the silkworm pupas and black molting of the silkworm cocoons inside the silkworm cocoons, stacking the silks to 7-8 layers, taking down the silks, and drawing the silks into small square silks;
step four: sleeving the small silk pieces obtained in the third step on a bamboo opening frame with an arch structure, stacking the small silk pieces to be 5-6 layers thick to form wet silk cotton bags, and placing the wet silk cotton bags in a dehydrator for dehydration to obtain a primarily dried silk cotton bag;
