Abstract
The invention discloses a breeze device of an electric bed, which relates to the field of electric beds and comprises a remote controller, a first single chip microcomputer, a second single chip microcomputer, an electric bed motor and a fan; the remote controller is wirelessly connected with the first single chip microcomputer; the first single chip microcomputer is electrically connected with the electric bed motor; the second single chip microcomputer is electrically connected with the first single chip microcomputer, and the second single chip microcomputer is electrically connected with the fan. The invention has the technical effects of fusing the power supply and the remote controller of the electric bed control system and the breeze system, reducing the cost and improving the convenience of a user when using the electric bed.

Technical Field

Background
Along with the development of society, the demand of people on the quality of daily life is improved, and the use proportion of families on electric beds is increased year by year. The electric bed is a bed frame which can electrically control the height of the head or the feet of the bed board and freely adjust the bending degree of the bed board. Fig. 1 shows a structure of an electric bed, which includes a bed plate 1, a frame 2, a sliding assembly 3, a first link mechanism 4 and an electric bed motor 300; wherein bed board 1 includes: the bed frame comprises a first bed board 11, a second bed board 12, a third bed board 13, a fourth bed board 14 and a fifth bed board 15, wherein the first bed board 11, the second bed board 12, the third bed board 13 and the fourth bed board 14 are sequentially and mutually pivoted at junctions and are horizontally arranged at the top of the frame 2, and the fifth bed board 15 is sequentially arranged at the top of the frame; first bed board 11 is connected with the upset of frame 2 through first link mechanism 4, and beddo motor 300 can promote first bed board 11 and for the upset of second bed board 12 and frame 2, and second bed board 12 can be for frame 2 horizontal slip through slip subassembly 3, and second bed board 12 is along with first bed board 11 upset motion horizontal slip, and drives third bed board 13 with 14 horizontal migration of fourth bed board.

The first single chip microcomputer 100 is electrically connected with the electric bed motor 300, the first single chip microcomputer 100 responds to the first instruction and sends a first control signal to the electric bed motor 300, and under the action of the first control signal on the motor, the motor drives the electric bed and changes the posture of the electric bed, so that the prone position of a user is changed, and the effect of improving sleep is achieved. The first single chip microcomputer 100 is preferably used in the model of STM32F 030.
The second single chip microcomputer 200 is electrically connected to the first single chip microcomputer 100 and the fan 400, respectively, and the first single chip microcomputer 100 sends a second control signal to the second single chip microcomputer 200 to switch the operation speed of the fan 400 after responding to the second instruction. 1. A breeze device of an electric bed is characterized by comprising a remote controller, a first single chip microcomputer, a second single chip microcomputer, an electric bed motor and a fan;
the remote controller is wirelessly connected with the first single chip microcomputer; the first single chip microcomputer is electrically connected with the electric bed motor; the second single chip microcomputer is electrically connected with the first single chip microcomputer, and the second single chip microcomputer is electrically connected with the fan.
