The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the first setting unit is configured to set the priority of the secondary link data channel to a maximum value of any one or both of a priority indicated by the received secondary link control information sent by the second secondary link user and a channel state information reporting priority.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the channel state information reporting priority is determined according to a network configuration or a pre-configuration.
11. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the second setting unit is configured to set the priority of the secondary link data channel to a maximum value of the one or more priority levels corresponding to the secondary link data transport blocks, or a maximum value between the maximum value of the one or more priority levels corresponding to the secondary link data transport blocks and a channel state information reporting priority.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the channel state information reporting priority is determined according to a network configuration or a pre-configuration, or a priority indicated by the received secondary link control information sent by the second secondary link user.
13. The apparatus according to any of claims 8 to 12, wherein the received priority indicated by the secondary link control information sent by the second secondary link user is the priority of the secondary link data channel sent by the second secondary link user to the first secondary link user.
14. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein determining to perform channel state information reporting when the second secondary link user triggers performing channel state information reporting comprises one of: and the second auxiliary link user sends an auxiliary link data channel and an auxiliary link channel state information reference signal together to the first auxiliary link user for triggering, or triggers through an auxiliary link control information indication, or triggers in a mode of combining the auxiliary link data channel and the auxiliary link channel state information reference signal.
15. A user equipment, characterized in that it comprises means for determining the priority of the secondary link data channel according to any of claims 8 to 14.
