As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the wall bushing of the present invention is shown: the wall bushing comprises a cylinder body 10, the cylinder body 10 extends along the left and right directions shown in figure 1, the cylinder body 10 is of a split structure and comprises a transition cylinder body 13 penetrating through a wall body 16, and a right cylinder body 12 and a left cylinder body 11 which are connected to two ends of the transition cylinder body 13 through flanges respectively. The wall bushing further comprises a center conductor 20 arranged in the cylinder 10, and the center conductor 20 is of an integrated structure. The opening of the left barrel 11 is provided with a barrel end cover 15, the barrel end cover 15 is in flange connection with the opening of the left barrel 11 through bolts so as to seal the barrel 10, the opening of the right barrel 12 is connected with an elastic corrugated pipe 30, one end of the elastic corrugated pipe 30, which is close to the barrel, is provided with a flange 31, and the flange is in flange connection with the opening of the right barrel 12 through bolts. A plurality of expansion joints 40 arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the corrugated pipe are arranged between the flange 31 of the elastic corrugated pipe 30 and the end cover 14 of the corrugated pipe, and each expansion joint 40 comprises a spring cylinder 41 fixed on the flange 31 and a pull rod 42 with the left end penetrating into the spring cylinder 41 and the right end connected with the end cover 14 of the corrugated pipe. The rod body of the pull rod 42 in the spring cylinder 41 is provided with a flange, a disc spring set is arranged between the flange and the right cylinder wall in the spring cylinder 41, and the disc spring set can be compressed when the pull rod 42 extends out of the spring cylinder 41. The rod body of the pull rod 42 matched with the end cover 14 of the corrugated pipe is provided with a threaded section, the threaded section is in threaded connection with locking nuts positioned on two sides of the end cover 14 of the corrugated pipe, the locking nuts can limit the relative positions of the pull rod 42 and the end cover 14 of the corrugated pipe, and due to the fact that the spring barrel 41 is fixedly connected with the flange plate 31 of the elastic corrugated pipe 30, when a technician adjusts the position of the locking nuts relative to the pull rod, the extending length of the pull rod 42 and the elastic force generated by the disc spring set can be changed.
Before the central conductor 20 is fixed to the end cap 14 of the corrugated tube, an operator adjusts the lock nut to make the length of the pull rod 42 extending out of the spring tube 41 longer, at this time, the disc spring set is compressed to generate an elastic force for driving the pull rod 42 to retract into the spring tube 41, and the pull rod 42 is limited by the right lock nut 44 and cannot move relative to the end cap 14 of the corrugated tube, so the disc spring set generates an acting force for driving the pull rod 42 to drive the end cap 14 of the corrugated tube to move towards the flange 31, the distance between the end cap 14 of the corrugated tube and the flange 31 is reduced, and the elastic corrugated tube 30 is compressed. Then, the operator connects the center conductor 20 to the pre-compressed elastic bellows 30 through the collar 50, when the right lock nut 44 on the pull rod 42 is loosened or the spring barrel 41 is directly removed, the elastic force generated by the elastic bellows 30 recovering the deformation can drive the end portion of the center conductor 20 corresponding to the right side away from the end portion corresponding to the left side, and the center conductor 20 is tensioned in the cylinder 10 by the pulling force of the elastic bellows 30, so that the sagging problem caused by the self-heating elongation of the center conductor 20 is avoided.
When the wall bushing is used, the left end of the wall bushing is positioned outdoors after penetrating through a wall, and the right end of the wall bushing is positioned indoors due to the arrangement of the elastic corrugated pipe, so that the protection requirement is high; or the wall bushing is wholly positioned indoors, and the two adjacent spaces can be subjected to conductive switching through self wall bushing.
In other embodiments, the central conductor may not pass through the cylinder, and the end of the central conductor may be welded to the end cap of the corrugated pipe, or a flange is disposed on the central conductor and fixedly connected to the end cap of the corrugated pipe through the flange, and an adapter for communicating the central conductor with the external conductor should be disposed on the end cap of the corrugated pipe, without being limited to the above embodiment in which the central conductor is fixed to the end cap of the corrugated pipe through a collar.
In other embodiments, the connection structure between the collar and the center conductor may take other forms, such as providing an internal thread on the inner edge surface of the collar and an external thread on the outer circumferential surface of the center conductor, securing the collar to the center conductor by a threaded connection, and adjusting the axial position of the collar on the center conductor by a threaded connection.
