Abstract
The invention provides a ventilation and moisture-removing device for a box-type substation, wherein a ventilation fan is arranged on a box body; the moisture-proof bag is attached to one side of the substrate, and the waterproof film is attached to the other side of the substrate; the box body is provided with an opening, the moisture-proof piece is arranged at the opening and provided with a connecting shaft, a driving shaft of the motor is connected with the connecting shaft, and when the motor operates, the moisture-proof piece is driven to turn over in the opening, so that the moisture-proof bag is positioned in the box body or outside the box body; the motor is fixedly arranged in the box body through bolts. According to the box-type substation, the ventilating fan and the moisture-proof piece are arranged, the moisture-proof piece is used for absorbing moisture and preventing moisture inside the box-type substation, the moisture-proof piece can be turned outside in dry weather and dried and recycled through solar irradiation, the ventilating fan is used for ventilating in dry weather, and the fan opening is shielded by the fan cover plate in rainy days to reduce moisture entering the box body, so that the box-type substation is matched with the existing dehumidifier for use, and the safety of the box-type substation is further improved.

Background
The temperature difference between the early and late seasons of autumn is large under the influence of monsoon climate in China, continuous autumn rain often occurs particularly in southern areas, the moisture content in the air is very large, and if box-type substation power equipment runs in a humid state for a long time, great potential safety hazards are generated on a power grid system. A box-type substation generally includes high-voltage switchgear, low-voltage switchgear, a power transformer, and the like, and obviously, the insulation capability of the equipment is directly related to the reliability of the box-type substation. The insulation of the equipment is directly affected by the temperature and humidity of the environment, so that whether the box-type substation can reliably operate or not is the most important environmental condition. However, the existing box-type substation is ventilated and dehumidified by adopting a dehumidifier, although the dehumidifier reduces the humidity in the box-type substation to a certain extent, the working capacity of the dehumidifier is limited under the condition of rainstorm or long-time rainy weather, so that the humidity is increased. The opening is a circular opening, the substrate 21 is circular, and the size of the substrate 21 corresponds to that of the opening; the substrate 21 is made of silica gel; the outer edge of the base plate 21 is provided with a sealing rubber ring 26, the sealing rubber ring 26 is embedded into the outer edge of the base plate 21, and the exposed part of the sealing rubber ring 26 protrudes out of the outer edge of the base plate 21, so that the situation that the base plate 21 and the opening are not sealed tightly is avoided. The fan cover plate 3 is mounted on the outer wall of the box body 10 through hinges, the box body 10 is provided with a ventilation opening 4, and the ventilation fan 1 is mounted in the ventilation opening 4; the fan cover plate 3 covers the ventilation opening 4.
