The first fastener 30 is a bolt; the first fastener 30 penetrates through the through hole of the first fixing portion 11, and then the first fixing portion 11 and the first cable 70 are fixed by matching with a nut, and the through hole and a bolt are matched, so that the contact resistance is greatly reduced, and the electric conductivity of the first fixing portion 11 is better. After the cable generates a heating phenomenon, if the fault is not cleared in time, the cable generates an insulation thermal breakdown phenomenon after continuously electrifying operation, so that the inter-phase short circuit trip phenomenon of the cable is caused, and a fire disaster is possibly caused seriously, therefore, the first fastening piece 30 is made of a memory alloy material, and when the metamorphosis temperature of the first fastening piece 30 is reached, the first fastening piece 30 becomes thin and short. When the temperature of the joint of the first cable 70 and the second cable 80 is too hot and reaches the transformation temperature of the first fastening member 30, the first fastening member 30 is deformed by heat to separate the first cable 70 from the first connecting member 10, thereby cutting off the power and protecting the safety of the equipment and the operator. Alternatively, the first fastener 30 is made of copper-zinc alloy. In use, the first fixing portion 11 and the first cable 70 are connected by the first fastening member 30, the second fastening member 40 and the second fixing portion 21 and the second cable 80 are connected by the second fastening member 40, and the ground wire 90 is connected to the first support portion 12 or the second support portion 22, thereby mounting the ground wire 90. The high voltage outdoor cable grounding wire hanging device according to claim 8, wherein the first supporting portion comprises a first sleeve and a first telescopic portion connected with the first sleeve; one end of the first telescopic part is connected with the first fixing part; the second supporting part comprises a second sleeve and a second telescopic part connected with the second sleeve; the second sleeve is connected with the first sleeve; one end of the second telescopic part is connected with the second fixing part.
10. The high voltage outdoor cable ground wire hooking device according to claim 8, further comprising a third fastener for fixing the first and second adjusting portions.
