Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for intelligently managing a plurality of distribution channels of a merchant so as to solve the problem that the merchant cannot select the optimal distribution service in an order distribution link.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme;
a method for intelligently managing a plurality of distribution channels of a merchant, comprising the steps of:
1) the system collects and stores respective sales strategies of a plurality of third-party distribution platforms;
2) a merchant determines a self distribution selection strategy according to management needs and uploads the distribution selection strategy to the system;
3) the system matches an optimal third-party distribution platform as a first distribution selection according to the customer order information, a sales strategy of the third-party distribution platform and a distribution selection strategy of the merchant, and transmits the customer order information to the optimal third-party distribution platform, and the optimal third-party distribution platform completes the customer order.
After the system receives a customer order, firstly, judging the position information of the customer order, and selecting a third-party distribution platform with distribution business at the position;
and secondly, selecting the optimal third-party distribution platform to recommend to the merchant according to the distribution selection strategy.
And further, the system analyzes the business busy situation of the third-party distribution platform according to the customer order time period, and simultaneously pushes the second-party third-party distribution platform to the merchant for the merchant to select if the optimal third-party distribution platform has the business busy in the time period.
The sales strategy at least comprises one or more of distribution areas, service time, distribution cost, distribution quality, customer evaluation information, preferential strategy and distribution personnel number.
The delivery selection strategy at least comprises one or more of delivery cost preference, delivery quality preference or customer evaluation preference.
Further, after the merchant selects a third-party distribution platform, the system monitors the distribution condition of the selected third-party distribution platform, judges whether the distribution of the selected third-party distribution platform is normal or not, and if the distribution is normal, the distribution is completed, and the system finishes the task;
if the distribution is not normal, the system feeds the monitoring information back to the merchant, and the merchant selects to wait and replace a third party delivery platform or self-deliver of the merchant; if the merchant chooses to send by oneself, the system ends the task.
Further, if the merchant chooses to wait, the system continues monitoring and feeds back monitoring information to the merchant.
Further, if the merchant selects to replace the third-party distribution platform, the system performs re-matching according to the customer order information, selects a new third-party distribution platform, transmits the customer order information to the new third-party distribution platform, continues monitoring, and feeds back monitoring information to the merchant.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the method for intelligently managing the multiple distribution channels of the merchant, the data management can be simultaneously carried out on the distribution of multiple third parties through the system, the data management is matched with the selection strategy of the merchant, the third party distribution serving for the merchant is guaranteed to meet the requirements of the merchant all the time, and better support is provided for the management requirements of the merchant.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention are described in detail by the following examples, which are only exemplary and can be used for explaining and illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, but not construed as limiting the technical solutions of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the present application provides a method for intelligently managing a plurality of distribution channels of a merchant, comprising the steps of:
1) the system collects and stores respective sales strategies of a plurality of third-party distribution platforms; because the management strategies, the operation modes and the like of the third-party distribution platforms are different, the strategies provided by each third-party distribution platform for merchants are different, the system stores the specific sales strategies of each third-party distribution platform, such as charging standards, distribution areas, order receiving time, preferential strategies, customer evaluation information, distribution quality of distribution personnel and the like, which can be collected in the system, and meanwhile, the system also monitors the information of each third-party distribution platform, and if a new sales strategy exists, the system collects and updates the information in time.
In the present application, the sales policies listed but not limited to the third-party distribution platform simply include at least one or more of distribution area, service time, distribution cost, distribution quality, customer evaluation information, discount policies, and number of distribution personnel, as long as the sales policies belonging to the third-party distribution platform can be collected by the system.
2) The merchant determines the own distribution selection strategy according to the management requirement and uploads the distribution selection strategy to the system; firstly, a merchant obtains authentication of a system, for example, the merchant becomes a member of the system or a similar identity through registration and other modes, the merchant determines a self distribution selection strategy according to self management needs, for example, a merchant paying attention to distribution quality may list distribution quality information of a third-party distribution platform as a first choice; if the merchant pays more attention to the price information, the merchant may list the delivery price of the third-party delivery platform as the first choice, the merchant may modify the delivery selection policy as required, and the system may replace the modified information with the information of the original delivery selection policy.
The distribution selection strategy at least comprises one or more of distribution cost preference, distribution quality preference or customer evaluation preference, and particularly takes the requirements of merchants as the standard, so that the limitation condition of the system to the merchants is reduced, and the acceptance of the merchants is improved.
3) The merchant receives the customer order, and the customer order is synchronously transmitted to the system. The system matches the optimal third-party distribution platform as a first distribution selection according to the customer order information, the sales strategy of the third-party distribution platform and the distribution selection strategy of the merchant, and transmits the customer order information to the optimal third-party distribution platform, and the optimal third-party distribution platform completes the customer order.
After receiving a customer order, the system firstly judges the position information of the customer order and selects a third-party distribution platform with distribution business at the position; if the service range of the third-party delivery platform is not at the position of the client, delivery can not be completed naturally, so that the system firstly judges that the position of the client is matched with the service range of the third-party delivery platform.
Secondly, according to a distribution selection strategy, the optimal third-party distribution platform is selected and recommended to the merchant, and here, the system can also adopt a mode of directly recommending a plurality of third-party distribution platforms to the merchant and freely selecting by the merchant. The system gives priority to the optimal third-party delivery platform, which reduces the business volume of the merchant.
Because the time for the client to place the order is different, the business busy degree of each third-party distribution platform is different, and when the system collects the information of the third-party distribution platforms, the business busy conditions of each third-party distribution platform can be summarized and the information is stored.
Therefore, after the system receives the customer order information, the system analyzes the business busy situation of the third-party distribution platform according to the customer order time period, and if the best third-party distribution platform is busy in the business time period, the second third-party distribution platform is pushed to the merchant at the same time for the merchant to select, so that the goods of the merchant can be delivered to the customers at the fastest speed, and the satisfaction degree of the customers is improved.
After the merchant selects the third-party distribution platform, the system monitors the distribution condition of the selected third-party distribution platform, judges whether the distribution of the selected third-party distribution platform is normal or not, and if the distribution is normal, the distribution is completed, and the system finishes the task; if the distribution is abnormal, the system confirms the reason of the abnormal distribution and feeds the reason back to the merchant.
If the distribution is not normal, the system feeds the monitoring information back to the merchant, and the merchant selects the modes of waiting, replacing a third party delivery platform or self-delivering of the merchant and the like to complete the distribution; if the merchant chooses to send by oneself, the system ends the task.
If the merchant chooses to wait, the system continues to monitor the third-party delivery platform, or simultaneously feeds back delivery information to the customer, and feeds back monitoring information and the customer's opinion to the merchant, so as to provide support for the merchant to process the order.
And if the merchant selects to replace the third-party distribution platform, the system performs re-matching according to the customer order information, selects a new third-party distribution platform which is not repeated with the optimal third-party distribution platform or the second third-party distribution platform, transmits the customer order information to the new third-party distribution platform, and continuously monitors the new third-party distribution platform and feeds back monitoring information to the merchant.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
