All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without making creative efforts based on the embodiments of the present disclosure, belong to the protection scope of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of a merchant information entry method provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown, where the merchant information entry method specifically includes the following steps:
step 101: acquiring a merchant identification image of a merchant to be input; the merchant identification image comprises longitude and latitude information of the merchant to be recorded.
The embodiment of the disclosure can be applied to a platform requiring to enter merchant information, such as an Application (APP) of a beauty team.
The to-be-entered merchant refers to a merchant needing to enter a specified merchant management platform, such as a "xxx hotel," a "xxx restaurant," a "xxxx tourist attraction," and the like, and specifically, the to-be-entered merchant may be determined according to business requirements, which is not limited in this embodiment of the disclosure.
The merchant identification image refers to an acquired shop head image of a merchant to be entered, and as can be understood, for merchants, there are merchant heads, such as "xxx dumpling hall", and information such as a name of the merchant, a contact way of the merchant, and the like is marked on the merchant heads.
In some examples, the merchant identification image may be an identification image of the merchant to be entered, which is acquired by the merchant entering person through a specific camera, for example, a post-camera of a mobile phone used by the merchant entering person, or a merchant identification image acquired by a camera or the like.
In some examples, the merchant identification image may be an identification image of a merchant to be entered downloaded from an internet platform, for example, a shop image of a merchant uploaded in a user review area after the user consumes the merchant, and the like.
Certainly, the obtaining manner of the merchant identification image is not limited to this, and in a specific implementation, the merchant identification image to be entered into the merchant may also be collected in other manners, and specifically, may be determined according to an actual situation, which is not limited in this embodiment of the disclosure.
When a merchant entering person collects a merchant identification image, the positioning function of the image collecting device needs to be started to obtain the longitude and latitude during image collection, and the longitude and latitude information is used as the longitude and latitude of the merchant to be entered to realize the positioning of the merchant to be entered.
The acquired longitude and latitude information can be embodied on the acquired merchant identification image or on a display interface of the image acquisition equipment, and the merchant entry personnel manually fills the longitude and latitude information in the merchant identification image, and specifically can be determined according to actual conditions.
After acquiring the merchant identification image of the merchant to be entered, step 102 is executed, or step 105 is executed.
Step 102: and acquiring the name of the merchant to be entered according to the merchant identification image.
The merchant name refers to a name of a merchant to be entered, such as "xxx hotel", "xxx dumpling hall", "xxxxx tourist attraction", and the like, and may be determined according to actual conditions.
The merchant name of the merchant to be entered is identified on the merchant identification image, and in the disclosure, the merchant name in the merchant identification image may be identified by using an OCR (optical character Recognition) technology.
The specific identification process of the merchant name will be described in detail in the following embodiment two, which is not repeated herein in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
After acquiring the merchant name of the merchant to be entered according to the merchant identification image, step 103 is executed.
Step 103: and determining the category of the merchant to be entered according to the merchant name and the category recommendation algorithm.
The merchant category refers to specific types of merchants to be entered, such as restaurants, tourism, hotels and the like, for example, "xxx dumpling hall" belongs to restaurants, "xxx tourist attractions" belongs to tourism, and "xxx hotels" belongs to hotels and the like.
It is to be understood that the above examples are only examples set forth for a better understanding of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure, and are not to be taken as the only limitations on the embodiments of the present disclosure.
The category recommendation algorithm is an algorithm for recommending the corresponding merchant category according to the merchant name.
After the merchant name of the merchant to be entered is obtained according to the merchant identification image, at least one merchant category can be recommended by a category recommendation algorithm in combination with the category recommendation algorithm, and then the final merchant category to be entered is determined by grading each merchant category according to the category recommendation algorithm.
For the detailed process of determining the category of the merchant to be entered into the merchant according to the category recommendation algorithm, detailed description will be given in the following second embodiment, which is not limited in this disclosure.
After determining the merchant category of the merchant to be entered according to the merchant name and category recommendation algorithm, step 105 is performed.
Step 104: and reversely analyzing the longitude and latitude information to obtain the merchant address of the merchant to be recorded.
The longitude and latitude are the combination of longitude and latitude to form a coordinate system. Also called a geographic coordinate system, which is a spherical coordinate system that defines the space on the earth by using a sphere in three-dimensional space, and can mark any position on the earth.
The merchant address refers to the actual geographic position where the merchant is to be recorded, such as the xx number of the xx district xx street xx in xxx city.
Reverse resolution refers to the process of converting geographic coordinates (i.e., latitude and longitude, such as latitude 37.423021 and longitude-122.083739, etc.) to an address (e.g., "1600 roundhouse buhui, mountain view, california").
After the latitude and longitude information of the merchant to be entered is obtained, the address of the merchant to be entered is obtained through a reverse analysis mode by combining the latitude and longitude of the merchant to be entered.
It can be understood that the technology of obtaining an address by using longitude and latitude reverse resolution is a mature technology in the field, any scheme in the prior art that can solve the address by using longitude and latitude reversely can be applied to the embodiment of the present disclosure, and the specific reverse resolution process in the embodiment of the present disclosure is not described in detail.
In the conventional method, the longitude and the latitude are reversely solved by the address, and when the address is not detailed, the longitude and the latitude have errors.
After the longitude and latitude information is reversely analyzed to obtain the merchant address of the merchant to be entered, step 105 is executed.
Step 105: and under the condition that the to-be-entered merchant meets the entry condition, entering the merchant name, the merchant category and the merchant address.
The entry condition refers to a condition that is preset by a business person and allows the merchant to enter, for example, a condition that whether information of the merchant to be entered is entered in the merchant entry platform or not is included, and specifically, the entry condition may be determined according to a business requirement.
After the merchant name, the merchant category and the merchant address of the merchant to be entered are obtained, whether the merchant to be entered meets the entry condition or not can be judged by combining the merchant name and the merchant address.
When the merchant to be entered does not satisfy the entry condition, entry of the merchant information (i.e., the merchant name, the merchant address, and the merchant category) of the merchant to be entered may be cancelled.
And when the to-be-entered merchant meets the entry condition, entering the merchant information of the to-be-entered merchant on the merchant entry platform, namely entering the merchant name, the merchant category and the merchant address of the to-be-entered merchant into the merchant entry platform.
Certainly, for the merchant to be entered, a merchant identifier corresponding to the merchant to be entered may be set in advance on the merchant entry platform, the merchant identifier corresponding to each merchant is unique on the merchant entry platform, and a specified storage space corresponding to each merchant identifier is set, so that after the merchant name, the merchant category, and the merchant address of the merchant to be entered are obtained, the merchant name, the merchant category, and the merchant address of the merchant to be entered may be entered in the storage space according to the storage space corresponding to the merchant identifier corresponding to the merchant to be entered.
According to the embodiment of the invention, manual entry is not needed, the entry efficiency of the merchant information can be improved, the number of the merchants entered every day is increased, and the cost for entering the information of a single merchant is reduced.
The merchant information entry method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure includes acquiring a merchant identification image of a merchant to be entered, the merchant identification image including longitude and latitude information of the merchant to be entered, acquiring a merchant name of the merchant to be entered according to the merchant identification image, determining a merchant category of the merchant to be entered according to the merchant name and category recommendation algorithm, reversely resolving the longitude and latitude information to obtain a merchant address of the merchant to be entered, and entering the merchant name, the merchant category and the merchant address under the condition that the merchant to be entered meets entry conditions. The embodiment of the disclosure can directly realize the extraction process of the merchant information in the merchant identification image, does not need manual entry, improves the entry efficiency of the merchant information, improves the number of merchants entered every day, reduces the cost of entering single merchant information, and can also realize the entry of the merchant information for the merchant gate head chart containing complex information.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating steps of a merchant information entry method provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown, where the merchant information entry method may specifically include the following steps:
step 201: acquiring a merchant identification image of a merchant to be input; the merchant identification image comprises longitude and latitude information of the merchant to be recorded.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the specific implementation manner of the step 201 is similar to the specific implementation manner of the step 101 in the first embodiment, and details of the embodiment of the present disclosure are not repeated herein.
Step 202: and identifying to obtain multiple groups of texts of the merchant identification image by adopting an optical character identification technology.
After acquiring the merchant identification image of the merchant to be entered, a plurality of sets of texts in the merchant identification image may be identified by using an OCR technology, for example, for "xxx restaurants," text information such as a name of the merchant, a contact manner of the merchant (e.g., a mobile phone number, a landline phone, etc.), business hours of the merchant, etc. is displayed on the acquired merchant identification image, and for the text information, OCR may be used to identify, so as to obtain a plurality of sets of texts including business hours, the merchant name, the contact manner, etc.
It is to be understood that the above examples are only examples set forth for a better understanding of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure, and are not to be taken as the only limitations on the embodiments of the present disclosure.
Certainly, contact information of the merchant to be entered may also be recorded in the merchant identification image, such as a contact mobile phone number, a landline number, and the like, for which, the contact information of the merchant to be entered in the merchant identification image may also be recognized by an OCR technology and used for entering the contact information of the merchant to be entered into the merchant entry platform in the following steps.
The scheme of recognizing the text in the image by using the OCR is a technical scheme that is mature in the field, and the specific process of recognizing the text in the merchant identification image by using the OCR technology is not repeated in the embodiment of the disclosure.
After the OCR technology is used to recognize the multiple sets of texts in the merchant identification image, step 203 is performed.
Step 203: and acquiring text scores corresponding to the plurality of groups of texts output by the optical character recognition technology.
Text scoring refers to the value of scoring each group of text recognized by OCR technology.
After the OCR technology identifies the multiple groups of texts in the merchant identification image, each group of texts is scored, and therefore the text score corresponding to each group of texts can be obtained.
Of course, before the OCR is used for recognition, the OCR may be informed that the image identification image is currently recognized and is used for recognizing the merchant name of the image in advance, and the OCR may perform text recognition on the merchant identification image according to the information to obtain a plurality of groups of texts, and give a text score of each group of texts.
The scheme of recognizing the text by using the OCR technology and obtaining the scores of the multiple groups of recognized texts by combining the scoring scenes is a mature technical scheme in the field, and the embodiment of the disclosure is not described herein again.
After obtaining the text scores corresponding to the sets of texts output by the OCR technology, step 204 is performed.
Step 204: and aiming at the plurality of groups of texts, comparing the text score corresponding to each group of texts with a first score threshold value to obtain a comparison result.
The first scoring threshold refers to a threshold preset by the business personnel to compare with the text score of each group of texts.
The first score threshold may be 0.8, 0.6, or 0.5, etc., and specifically may be determined according to the service requirement, and the specific value of the first score threshold is not limited by the embodiments of the present disclosure.
After the text scores corresponding to the multiple groups of texts are obtained, the text scores corresponding to each group of texts may be compared with a first threshold value, so as to obtain a comparison result.
After the comparison result is obtained, step 205 is executed.
Step 205: and determining the name of the merchant to be entered according to each comparison result.
The merchant name refers to a name of a merchant to be entered, such as "xxx hotel", "xxx dumpling hall", "xxxxx tourist attraction", and the like, and may be determined according to actual conditions.
After the comparison result between the text score corresponding to each group of texts and the first threshold is obtained, the name of the merchant to be entered into may be determined according to the comparison result, and specifically, the following specific implementation manner is described in detail.
In a specific implementation of the present disclosure, the step 205 may include:
substep A1: when at least one group of target texts exists in the plurality of groups of texts according to the comparison result, the target texts with the highest scores are used as the merchant names; the target text refers to text with a text score greater than the first score threshold.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the target text refers to a group of texts with a text score greater than a first score threshold, for example, when the first score threshold is 0.5 and the text score of the 1 st group of texts is 0.6, the 1 st group of texts is the target text; and when the text score of the 2 nd group of texts is 0.45, the 2 nd group of texts is the non-target text.
When the comparison results corresponding to the multiple groups of texts are obtained, at least one group of target texts in the multiple groups of texts can be determined according to the comparison results, for example,
when the comparison result corresponding to the multiple groups of texts is obtained, at least one group of target texts in the multiple groups of texts can be determined according to the comparison result, for example, 3 groups of texts are a, b and c respectively, the first scoring threshold is 0.5, the text score corresponding to a is 0.8, the text score corresponding to b is 0.3, and the text score corresponding to c is 0.6, so that a and c can be known as the target texts.
When it is determined that at least one group of target texts exists in the plurality of groups of texts according to the comparison result, a group of target texts with the highest scoring value can be selected as the name of the merchant to be entered according to the text scoring corresponding to each target text, for example, if the score of the target text a is 0.8 and the score of the target text c is 0.6, the target text a is selected as the name of the merchant to be entered.
It is to be understood that the above examples are only examples set forth for a better understanding of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure, and are not to be taken as the only limitations on the embodiments of the present disclosure.
Substep A2: and when the target text does not exist in the plurality of groups of texts according to the comparison result, sending the merchant identification image to a service processing personnel, and acquiring the merchant name filled by the service processing personnel.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the business processing staff refers to a staff member for inputting the information of the merchant into the merchant inputting platform.
When it is determined that the target text does not exist in the plurality of groups of texts according to the comparison result, the merchant identification image of the merchant to be entered can be sent to the business processing personnel (namely, the terminal equipment which is held by the business processing personnel and used for entering the merchant information), and then the business processing personnel can manually fill the name of the merchant to be entered according to the merchant identification image and feed back the filling result to the merchant entry platform.
The merchant entering platform obtains the merchant name manually filled by the service processing personnel, and is used for completing the entering process of the merchant name of the merchant to be entered in the subsequent steps.
Step 206: and acquiring at least one recommended merchant category recommended by the category recommendation algorithm according to the merchant name and merchant category scores corresponding to the recommended merchant categories.
The category recommendation algorithm is an algorithm for recommending the corresponding merchant category according to the merchant name.
Recommending the merchant category refers to a category recommended by a category recommendation algorithm according to the merchant name in advance, and the category of the merchant to be entered is, for example, for the merchant name: "xxx restaurants" and the category recommendation algorithm recommends merchant categories of a category, a category B, a category C, and the like.
The merchant category score refers to a score value given by the category recommendation algorithm for at least one recommended merchant category, for example, in accordance with the above example, the category recommendation algorithm gives a score value of 0.5 to the a category, a score value of 0.8 to the B category, a score value of 0.4 to the C category, and the like.
It is to be understood that the above examples are only examples set forth for a better understanding of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure, and are not to be taken as the only limitations on the embodiments of the present disclosure.
After the merchant name of the merchant to be entered is obtained according to the merchant identification image, at least one recommended merchant category can be recommended according to the merchant name of the merchant to be entered by a category recommendation algorithm, and the merchant category corresponding to the recommended at least one recommended merchant category is scored.
After obtaining at least one recommended merchant category recommended by the category recommendation algorithm according to the merchant name and the merchant category scores corresponding to each recommended merchant category, step 207 is executed.
Step 207: and aiming at each recommended merchant category, comparing the merchant category score corresponding to each recommended merchant category with a second scoring threshold value to obtain a comparison result.
The second scoring threshold is a scoring threshold preset by the service personnel and used for comparing with the merchant category scoring.
The second score threshold may be 0.6, 0.8, or 0.5, etc., and specifically may be determined according to the service requirement, and the specific value of the second score threshold is not limited by the embodiments of the present disclosure.
After obtaining the merchant category score corresponding to the at least one recommended merchant category, each merchant category score may be respectively compared with the second score threshold, so that a comparison result may be obtained.
After comparing the merchant category score corresponding to each recommended merchant category with the second score threshold value to obtain a comparison result, step 208 is executed.
Step 208: and determining the merchant category of the merchant to be entered according to each comparison result.
After the comparison result between the merchant category score corresponding to each recommended merchant category and the second score threshold is obtained, the merchant category of the merchant to be entered can be determined according to the comparison result corresponding to each recommended merchant category.
The specific implementation manner of determining the category of the merchant to be entered according to each comparison result will be described in detail in combination with the following specific implementation manner.
In a specific implementation of the present disclosure, the step 208 may include:
substep B1: when at least one target recommended merchant category exists in each recommended merchant category according to the comparison result, taking the highest-grade target recommended merchant category as the merchant category; the target recommended merchant category is a recommended merchant category of which the merchant score is greater than the second score threshold.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the target recommended merchant category refers to a recommended merchant category of which the merchant score is greater than the second score threshold.
After comparing the merchant category score corresponding to each recommended merchant category with the second scoring threshold, a comparison result corresponding to each recommended merchant category may be obtained, for example, the recommended merchant category includes category a, category b, and category c, the second scoring threshold is 0.5, the merchant category score of category a is 0.8, the merchant category score of category b is 0.6, and the merchant category score of category c is 0.4, then the comparison result of category a is that the score is greater than the second scoring threshold, the comparison result of category b is that the score is greater than the second scoring threshold, and the comparison result of category c is that the score is less than the second scoring threshold.
After the comparison result of each recommended merchant category is obtained, the recommended merchant category of which the merchant category score is greater than the second score threshold value may be taken as the target recommended merchant category, for example, if the merchant category scores of both category a and category b are greater than the second score threshold value, category a and category b are taken as the target recommended merchant category.
When the number of the target recommended merchant categories is at least one (e.g., 2, or 3, etc.), the target recommended merchant category with the highest merchant category score in the at least one target recommended merchant category may be used as the merchant category of the merchant to be entered, for example, in the above example, the target recommended merchant category is category a and category b, the merchant category score of category a is 0.8, and the merchant category score of category b is 0.6, and then category a is used as the merchant category of the merchant to be entered.
It is to be understood that the above examples are only examples set forth for a better understanding of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure, and are not to be taken as the only limitations on the embodiments of the present disclosure.
Substep B2: and when determining that the target recommended merchant category does not exist in the recommended merchant categories according to the comparison result, sending the merchant identification image to a service processing personnel, and acquiring the merchant categories filled by the service processing personnel.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the business processing staff refers to a staff member for inputting the information of the merchant into the merchant inputting platform.
When it is determined that the target merchant category does not exist in the at least one recommended merchant category according to the comparison result, the merchant identification image of the merchant to be entered can be sent to the business processing personnel (namely, the terminal equipment which is held by the business processing personnel and used for entering the merchant information), and then the business processing personnel can manually fill the merchant category of the merchant to be entered according to the merchant identification image and feed back the filling result to the merchant entry platform.
The merchant entry platform acquires the merchant categories manually filled by the service processing personnel and is used for completing the entry process of the merchant categories of the merchants to be entered in the subsequent steps.
After the merchant category of the merchant to be entered is determined according to each comparison result, step 210 is executed.
Step 209: and reversely analyzing the longitude and latitude information to obtain the merchant address of the merchant to be recorded.
After the latitude and longitude information is reversely analyzed to obtain the merchant address of the merchant to be entered, step 210 is executed.
Step 210: and detecting whether an input merchant which is the same as the merchant name and the merchant address exists in a merchant input platform.
An entered merchant refers to a merchant that has been previously entered into a merchant entry platform.
After the merchant name and the merchant address of the merchant to be entered are obtained, the merchant name of the merchant to be entered and the merchant name entered in the merchant entry platform can be matched, and the merchant address of the merchant to be entered and the merchant address entered in the merchant entry platform can be matched.
When the merchant input platform has the input merchant with the same name and address as those of the merchant to be input, the merchant information of the merchant to be input is input into the merchant input platform, and the input process of the merchant information of the merchant to be input is cancelled.
And when the merchant input platform does not have the input merchant with the same name and address as those of the merchant to be input, the merchant to be input is represented as a new merchant, and the merchant information of the merchant to be input can be input into the merchant input platform.
Step 211 is performed upon detecting that there is no entered merchant in the merchant entry platform that is the same as both the merchant name and the merchant address.
Step 211: in the absence of the entered-merchant, entering the merchant name, the merchant category, and the merchant address at the merchant entry platform.
Under the condition that no registered merchant exists in the merchant registration platform, the merchant information of the merchant to be registered can be registered in the merchant registration platform, namely the merchant name, the merchant category and the merchant address of the merchant to be registered are registered in the merchant registration platform.
The contact information of the merchant to be entered is contained in the merchant information extracted from the merchant identification image, and the contact information of the merchant to be entered can be entered into the merchant entry platform under the condition that no merchant is entered in the merchant entry platform.
The merchant information entry method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure has the beneficial effects of the merchant information entry method provided by the first embodiment, and can also score each extracted sample in the merchant identification image, manually evaluate the sample, and then adjust a score threshold meeting the warehousing accuracy according to the manual evaluation result, wherein if the score is higher than the threshold, the accuracy reaches the standard, and the accuracy of the merchant information entry is improved.
