S400, obtaining the latest version number of a service database, wherein the service database points to the service server.
And S600, if the latest version number is different from the current version number, updating the local facial feature database according to the service database.
In a preferred embodiment, in order to reduce the probability of the local facial feature database being attacked, to improve the security of the local facial feature database, the capacity of the local facial feature database may be limited to prevent the local facial feature database from generating boundary leakage.
In one possible embodiment, the local face database may be built based on SQLite, which is a lightweight database, a relational database management system that adheres to ACID (Atomic) Consistency Isolation Durability, which is contained in a relatively small C-library, with the significant advantage of low resources occupation.
In a preferred embodiment, in order to reduce the probability of leakage of the local facial feature database corresponding to the second application program, the local facial feature database is strongly related to the version corresponding to the second application program, and if and only if the local facial feature database matches with the version corresponding to the second application program, the local facial feature database can feed back the correct identity information corresponding to the feature information to the second application program.
Specifically, the second application program has a read right to the local facial feature database, and the local facial feature database is in communication connection with the second application program and supports access of the second application program.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a service providing method based on identity information identification, as shown in fig. 4, the embodiment of the invention realizes characteristic information acquisition and payment functions based on first application software and a corresponding payment server respectively, and second application software and a business server serving as service providers can locally identify the identity of a user and provide relevant services for the user based on the identity identification result. The cloud database of the payment server can manage the identity information identification related data required by the service provider, so that the management cost of the service provider is reduced, and the service provider is supported to update the identity information identification related data to the local, so that the service provider can obtain the identity information of the user locally and provide services for the user on the premise that the service provider does not need to change the existing business logic or replace the existing equipment.
The embodiment of the invention can be widely applied to scenes with strong requirements on network or real-time performance, such as buses, subways and the like. One possible application scenario is given in the embodiment of the invention:

A first application program: acquiring an image of a rice buyer and corresponding characteristic information
Service provided by the second application: and identifying the identity information of the rice buyer according to the characteristic information, acquiring the identity information of the associated user (parents or other guardianship persons) of the rice buyer in view of the fact that the rice buyer has no payment capability, and providing a rice buying service for the rice buyer by taking the identity information of the associated user as the identity information pointed by the image.
And (3) a payment server: the meal fee for the associated user account is deducted.
Service server: a meal buying service is provided to the second application.
Referring to fig. 5, a flowchart of a service providing method based on identity information identification is shown, where the method may be implemented by using the first application program in the implementation environment shown in fig. 1 as an execution body, and the method may include:
s201, responding to a feature information acquisition request from a second application program, acquiring a face image to obtain an image for face recognition.
In one possible embodiment, a 3D camera may be invoked to acquire a face image, and the 3D camera may obtain a color map including face features and a depth map corresponding thereto. In another possible embodiment, the common image may be called to obtain a color image containing the face feature, and a depth image corresponding to the color image may be generated according to a preset algorithm.
In a preferred embodiment, acquiring a face image to obtain an image for face recognition, as shown in fig. 6, includes:
s2011, collecting a plurality of images, obtaining at least one face image according to the images, and grading the face image.
Specifically, each image includes a color map and a depth map corresponding thereto.
In practical application, after a plurality of images of the same person are acquired, whether the images have faces or not can be detected first. And if no face exists, filtering the image to obtain at least one face image. In particular, each face image may be scored, the score being used to reflect the quality of the face image.
In one possible embodiment, the calculation of the score is based on one or more of face size, face pose angle, blurring of the picture, brightness, contrast, background environment, face condition.
S2013, determining the face image with the score larger than a preset threshold value as a target image, and performing living body detection on the target image.
In order to prevent an illegal user from acquiring services by using a face model, in the embodiment of the invention, a living body check is performed at one end of a first application program. In a possible embodiment, the performing a living body examination on the target image, as shown in fig. 7, includes:
s20131, determining the face image with the score larger than a preset threshold value as a target image, and acquiring face contour coordinates in a color chart in the target image.
S20133, generating a face detection area in the depth map corresponding to the color map according to the face contour coordinates.
S20135, calculating standard deviations of all pixel points in a face detection area in the depth map.
And S20137, if the standard deviation exceeds a preset threshold, passing the living body detection.
S2015. An image for performing face recognition is determined from the target image through the in-vivo test.
Specifically, if there is only one of the target images that pass the living body inspection, it is determined as an image for performing face recognition; if the object image passing through the living body inspection is more than one, the object image with the highest score is determined as the image for face recognition.
S203, processing the image for face recognition to obtain the feature information corresponding to the image.
In a possible embodiment, the processing the image for face recognition to obtain feature information, as shown in fig. 8, includes:
s2031, extracting the positions of key points of the face in the color map in the image for face recognition by using a key point positioning method based on deep learning.
Specifically, the key point positions of the human face are five positions of the left eye, the right eye, the nose tip and the left mouth corner and the right mouth corner.
And S2033, performing color space transformation on the color map to obtain a gray space image.
S2035, carrying out affine transformation on the gray space image according to the positions of the key points of the human face so that the key points of the human face are positioned at specific positions to obtain a target human face image with specific size.
S2037, performing feature extraction on the target face image through a pre-trained feature information extraction network to obtain a feature extraction result.
The feature extraction result may be used as feature information corresponding to the image. However, in order to further improve the security of the technical solution according to the embodiment of the present invention, in a preferred embodiment, the processing the image for performing face recognition to obtain feature information further includes:
And S2039, adding random salt to the feature extraction result, and taking the feature extraction result after adding the random salt as feature information corresponding to the image.
The characteristic information has certain safety due to the addition of the random salt information, and even if the characteristic information is stolen, the true identity information pointed by the characteristic information cannot be obtained, and the random salt addition algorithm can refer to the prior art, so that the embodiment of the invention is not repeated.
S205, feeding back the characteristic information to the second application program so that the second application program can obtain the identity information pointed by the image according to the characteristic information and a local face characteristic database, and feeding back the identity information to the first application program so that the first application program can synchronize the characteristic information and the identity information to a cloud database, wherein the cloud database points to the payment server; generating a service request according to the identity information, and transmitting the service request to a service server; and generating a payment request by the service server according to the service request, transmitting the payment request to the payment server so that the payment server performs payment processing according to the payment request to obtain a processing result, feeding back the processing result to the service server, and providing the service pointed by the service request to a second application program pointed by the service request by the service server according to the processing result.
The embodiment of the invention describes the implementation of the service providing method based on the identity information identification by taking the first application program as a main body, wherein the related logic related to the feature extraction in the first application program can be written in a C language to improve the safety of the first application program. In a preferred embodiment, the first application program may be updated based on a confusion algorithm, so as to further improve the security of the first application program.
The invention provides a service providing device based on identity information identification, as shown in fig. 9, the device comprises:
an image acquisition module 301, configured to acquire a face image in response to a feature information acquisition request from a second application program to obtain an image for performing face recognition;
the feature information obtaining module 303 is configured to process the image for performing face recognition to obtain feature information corresponding to the image;
the feature information feedback module 305 is configured to feed back the feature information to the second application program, so that the second application program obtains identity information pointed by the image according to the feature information and a local face feature database, and feed back the identity information to the first application program, so that the first application program synchronizes the feature information and the identity information to a cloud database, and the cloud database points to the payment server; generating a service request according to the identity information, and transmitting the service request to a service server; and generating a payment request by the service server according to the service request, transmitting the payment request to the payment server so that the payment server performs payment processing according to the payment request to obtain a processing result, feeding back the processing result to the service server, and providing the service pointed by the service request to a second application program pointed by the service request by the service server according to the processing result.
In another aspect, the present invention provides a service providing system based on identity information recognition, as shown in fig. 10, the system comprising:
the second application program module 01 is used for generating a characteristic information acquisition request and transmitting the characteristic information acquisition request to the first application program;
the first application program module 02 is configured to respond to the feature information acquisition request, acquire a face image to obtain an image for performing face recognition, process the image to obtain feature information corresponding to the image, obtain identity information pointed by the image according to the feature information and a local face feature database, and feed back the feature information to the second application program module;
the second application program module 01 is further configured to obtain identity information pointed by the image according to the feature information and a local facial feature database, and feed back the identity information to a first application program, so that the first application program synchronizes the feature information and the identity information to a cloud database, where the cloud database points to the payment server; generating a service request according to the identity information, and transmitting the service request to a service server;
The service server 03 is configured to generate a payment request according to the service request, and transmit the payment request to a payment server;
the payment server 04 is used for carrying out payment processing according to the payment request to obtain a processing result, and feeding back the processing result to the service server;
the service server 03 is further configured to provide, to the second application program to which the service request is directed, a service to which the service request is directed according to the processing result.
Specifically, the embodiments of the service providing system and method based on identity information identification according to the embodiments of the present invention are all based on the same inventive concept. Please refer to the method embodiment for details, which will not be described herein.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer storage medium which can store a plurality of instructions. The instructions may be adapted to be loaded and executed by a processor to perform a service providing method based on identity information identification according to an embodiment of the present invention, the method at least comprising the steps of:

the second application program generates a characteristic information acquisition request and transmits the characteristic information acquisition request to the first application program;
The first application program responds to the characteristic information acquisition request, acquires a face image to obtain an image for face recognition, processes the image to obtain characteristic information corresponding to the image, and feeds the characteristic information back to the second application program;
the second application program obtains identity information pointed by the image according to the characteristic information and a local face characteristic database, and feeds the identity information back to a first application program so that the first application program can synchronize the characteristic information and the identity information to a cloud database, and the cloud database points to the payment server; generating a service request according to the identity information, and transmitting the service request to a service server;
responding to the service request, generating a payment request by the service server according to the service request, and transmitting the payment request to a payment server;
the payment server performs payment processing according to the payment request to obtain a processing result, and the processing result is fed back to the service server;
and the service server provides the service pointed by the service request for the second application program pointed by the service request according to the processing result.
In a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises the step of updating a local facial feature database, the local facial feature database update comprising:
acquiring a current version number of the local face feature library;
acquiring the latest version number of a service database, wherein the service database points to the service server;
and if the latest version number is different from the current version number, updating the local facial feature database according to the service database.
In a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises the step of service database synchronization, said service database synchronization comprising:
the service server generates a service database update request, wherein the service database update request comprises service database information, and the service database update request is transmitted to the payment server;
the payment server determines target data pointed by the service database information in the cloud database according to the service database information, and sends the target data to the service server;
and the service server synchronizes the service database according to the target data.
In a preferred embodiment, before the service server transmits the payment request to a payment server, the method further comprises:
Acquiring related information of the second application program;
judging the legitimacy of the second application program based on the related information of the second application program;
and generating a service providing failure notice, feeding back the service providing failure notice to the second application program, and refusing to respond to the service request.
In a preferred embodiment, the local facial feature database is strongly correlated with the version corresponding to the second application program, and the local facial feature database feeds back the correct identity information corresponding to the feature information to the second application program if and only if the local facial feature database matches the version corresponding to the second application program.
Further, fig. 11 shows a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of an apparatus for implementing the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, where the apparatus may participate in forming or including the device or the system provided by the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 11, the apparatus 10 may include one or more processors 102 (shown as 102a, 102b, … …,102 n) which may include, but are not limited to, a processing device such as a microprocessor MCU or a programmable logic device FPGA, a memory 104 for storing data, and a transmission device 106 for communication functions. In addition, the method may further include: a display, an input/output interface (I/O interface), a Universal Serial Bus (USB) port (which may be included as one of the ports of the I/O interface), a network interface, a power supply, and/or a camera. It will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that the configuration shown in fig. 11 is merely illustrative and is not intended to limit the configuration of the electronic device described above. For example, the device 10 may also include more or fewer components than shown in FIG. 11, or have a different configuration than shown in FIG. 11.
It should be noted that the one or more processors 102 and/or other data processing circuits described above may be referred to generally herein as "data processing circuits. The data processing circuit may be embodied in whole or in part in software, hardware, firmware, or any other combination. Further, the data processing circuitry may be a single stand-alone processing module, or incorporated in whole or in part into any of the other elements in the device 10 (or mobile device). As referred to in embodiments of the application, the data processing circuit acts as a processor control (e.g., selection of the path of the variable resistor termination connected to the interface).
The memory 104 may be used to store software programs and modules of application software, and the processor 102 executes the software programs and modules stored in the memory 104 to perform various functional applications and data processing, i.e., implement a service providing method based on identity information identification as described above. Memory 104 may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic storage devices, flash memory, or other non-volatile solid-state memory. In some examples, memory 104 may further include memory located remotely from processor 102, which may be connected to device 10 via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The transmission means 106 is arranged to receive or transmit data via a network. Specific examples of the network described above may include a wireless network provided by a communications provider of device 10. In one example, the transmission device 106 includes a network adapter (NetworkInterfaceController, NIC) that can connect to other network devices through a base station to communicate with the internet. In one example, the transmission device 106 may be a radio frequency (RadioFrequency, RF) module for communicating wirelessly with the internet.
The display may be, for example, a touch screen type Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) that may enable a user to interact with a user interface of the device 10 (or mobile device).
It should be noted that: the sequence of the embodiments of the present invention is only for description, and does not represent the advantages and disadvantages of the embodiments. And the foregoing description has been directed to specific embodiments of this specification. Other embodiments are within the scope of the following claims. In some cases, the actions or steps recited in the claims can be performed in a different order than in the embodiments and still achieve desirable results. In addition, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing are also possible or may be advantageous.
In this specification, each embodiment is described in a progressive manner, and identical and similar parts of each embodiment are all referred to each other, and each embodiment mainly describes differences from other embodiments. In particular, for the device and server embodiments, since they are substantially similar to the method embodiments, the description is relatively simple, and references to the parts of the description of the method embodiments are only required.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program for instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and the storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.

Claims (10)
1. A service providing method based on identity information identification, the method comprising:
the second application program generates a characteristic information acquisition request and transmits the characteristic information acquisition request to the first application program;
The first application program responds to the characteristic information acquisition request, acquires a face image to obtain an image for face recognition, processes the image to obtain characteristic information corresponding to the image, and feeds the characteristic information back to the second application program;
the second application program obtains identity information pointed by the image according to the characteristic information and a local face characteristic database, and feeds the identity information back to the first application program so that the first application program can synchronize the characteristic information and the identity information to a cloud database, and the cloud database points to a payment server; generating a service request according to the identity information, and transmitting the service request to a service server;
responding to the service request, generating a payment request by the service server according to the service request, and transmitting the payment request to a payment server;
the payment server performs payment processing according to the payment request to obtain a processing result, and the processing result is fed back to the service server;
and the service server provides the service pointed by the service request for the second application program pointed by the service request according to the processing result.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising the step of local facial feature database updating, the local facial feature database updating comprising:
acquiring a current version number of the local facial feature database;
acquiring the latest version number of a service database, wherein the service database points to the service server;
and if the latest version number is different from the current version number, updating the local facial feature database according to the service database.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising the step of service database synchronization, the service data synchronization comprising:
the service server generates a service database update request, wherein the service database update request comprises service database information, and the service database update request is transmitted to the payment server;
the payment server determines target data pointed by the service database information in the cloud database according to the service database information, and sends the target data to the service server;
and the service server synchronizes the service database according to the target data.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to the service server transmitting the payment request to a payment server:
Acquiring related information of the second application program;
judging the legitimacy of the second application program based on the related information of the second application program;
and generating a service providing failure notice, feeding back the service providing failure notice to the second application program, and refusing to respond to the service request.
5. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that:
and strongly correlating a local facial feature database with a version corresponding to the second application program, and feeding back correct identity information corresponding to the feature information to the second application program if and only if the local facial feature database is matched with the version corresponding to the second application program.
6. A service providing method based on identity information identification, the method comprising:
responding to a characteristic information acquisition request from a second application program, and acquiring a face image to obtain an image for face recognition;
processing the image for face recognition to obtain feature information corresponding to the image;
the characteristic information is fed back to the second application program, so that the second application program obtains identity information pointed by the image according to the characteristic information and a local face characteristic database, the identity information is fed back to the first application program, the characteristic information and the identity information are synchronized to a cloud database by the first application program, and the cloud database points to a payment server; generating a service request according to the identity information, and transmitting the service request to a service server; and generating a payment request by the service server according to the service request, transmitting the payment request to the payment server so that the payment server performs payment processing according to the payment request to obtain a processing result, feeding back the processing result to the service server, and providing the service pointed by the service request to a second application program pointed by the service request by the service server according to the processing result.
7. A service providing apparatus based on identification information, the apparatus comprising:
the image acquisition module is used for responding to the characteristic information acquisition request from the second application program and acquiring a face image to obtain an image for carrying out face recognition;
the characteristic information acquisition module is used for processing the image for performing face recognition to obtain characteristic information corresponding to the image;
the characteristic information feedback module is used for feeding back the characteristic information to the second application program so that the second application program can obtain the identity information pointed by the image according to the characteristic information and a local face characteristic database, and feeds back the identity information to the first application program so that the first application program can synchronize the characteristic information and the identity information to a cloud database, and the cloud database points to a payment server; generating a service request according to the identity information, and transmitting the service request to a service server; and generating a payment request by the service server according to the service request, transmitting the payment request to the payment server so that the payment server performs payment processing according to the payment request to obtain a processing result, feeding back the processing result to the service server, and providing the service pointed by the service request to a second application program pointed by the service request by the service server according to the processing result.
8. A service providing system based on identification information, the system comprising:
the second application program module is used for generating a characteristic information acquisition request and transmitting the characteristic information acquisition request to the first application program;
the first application program module is used for responding to the characteristic information acquisition request, acquiring a face image to obtain an image for face recognition, processing the image to obtain characteristic information corresponding to the image, obtaining identity information pointed by the image according to the characteristic information and a local face characteristic database, and feeding back the characteristic information to the second application program module;
the second application program module is further configured to obtain identity information pointed by the image according to the feature information and a local face feature database, and feed the identity information back to a first application program, so that the first application program can synchronize the feature information and the identity information to a cloud database, where the cloud database points to a payment server; generating a service request according to the identity information, and transmitting the service request to a service server;
the service server is used for generating a payment request according to the service request and transmitting the payment request to the payment server;
The payment server is used for carrying out payment processing according to the payment request to obtain a processing result, and feeding back the processing result to the service server;
and the service server is further used for providing the service pointed by the service request to the second application program pointed by the service request according to the processing result.

A service providing apparatus based on identity information recognition, characterized in that the apparatus comprises a processor and a memory, in which at least one instruction, at least one program, a code set or an instruction set is stored, which at least one instruction, at least one program, code set or instruction set is loaded and executed by the processor to implement a service providing method based on identity information recognition according to any one of claims 1 to 5 or to implement a service providing method based on identity information recognition according to claim 6.
