Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a system for multiplexing resources. A method of finding a desired resource, comprising: searching matched resource making information according to the type and the description information of the required resource; and acquiring the resource corresponding to the matched resource making information.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of multimedia production, and in particular, to a method and system for multiplexing multimedia resources.
Background
In many multimedia-related fields, when a producer produces a multimedia work such as animation, various types of resources as raw materials need to be produced. The resource may be embodied as a computer-readable file that is needed or generated during the process of making the work. For example, the types of resources may include script, storyboard, original, model, action, special effects, material, dubbing, etc. (the types may be stored with textual information).
In order to improve the production efficiency, a producer often needs to reuse existing resources as much as possible. Fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of a conventional resource multiplexing method. When the producer needs to reuse the historical resources, the historical resources are firstly searched manually or searched by a resource manager, if the required resources are found, the historical resources are reused, otherwise, the required resources are newly produced. This method has the disadvantage that it is inefficient to find historical resources, for example, it is difficult to find a suitable resource by one search.
Disclosure of Invention
According to one aspect of the invention, a method for searching for a required resource is disclosed, which comprises the following steps: searching matched resource making information according to the type and the description information of the required resource; and acquiring the resource corresponding to the matched resource making information.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is disclosed a resource manager for finding a desired resource, comprising: means for finding matching resource production information based on the type and description information of the required resource, wherein the matching resource production information corresponds to the required resource.
According to yet another aspect of the present invention, a system for finding a desired resource is disclosed, comprising: a storage medium for storing a resource; a resource manager according to an embodiment of the invention; and the client is used for sending the type and the description information of the required resource to the resource manager.
According to yet another aspect of the present invention, a computer readable medium is disclosed, having computer readable instructions stored thereon, which, when executed by a computer, are capable of performing a method according to embodiments of the present invention.
The resource multiplexing mode of the embodiment of the invention can automatically search the required resources, thereby improving the resource manufacturing efficiency.

Detailed Description
The content of the invention will now be described with reference to a number of exemplary embodiments. It is to be understood that these examples are set forth merely to enable those of ordinary skill in the art to better understand and thereby implement the teachings of the present invention, and are not intended to suggest any limitation as to the scope of the invention.
As used herein, the term "include" and its variants should be read as open-ended terms meaning "including, but not limited to. The term "based on" should be read as "based, at least in part, on. The terms "one embodiment" and "an embodiment" should be read as "at least one embodiment". The term "another embodiment" should be read as "at least one other embodiment".
The invention provides a system capable of realizing resource reuse. Fig. 2 shows an embodiment of the system comprising a client 201, a resource manager 202, a computer-readable storage medium 203 and a communication network 204.
The client 201 may transmit the type of resource and description information required by the producer to the resource manager 202 through the communication network 204. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the description information may be a text description, which may be one or more sentences or one or more words. According to the embodiment of the invention, the producer can browse the resource through the client 201 and upload and download the resource.
The resource manager 202 may receive and match the type and description information of the required resource from the client 201, store the resource to a resource storage area in the computer readable and writable storage medium 203, and manage the resource storage area. The resource production information may be centrally stored in the resource manager 202, or may be centrally stored in a storage area outside the resource manager 202 but may be accessed and managed by the resource manager 202. The functions of the resource manager 202 will be described in detail below.
The communication network 204 may serve as a communication medium to provide communication services for the client 201 and the resource manager 202.
The invention also provides a resource multiplexing method. Fig. 3 shows an embodiment of the method, comprising the steps of:
step 101: the producer sends the type and description information of the required resource to the resource manager 202 via the client 201.
Step 102: the resource manager 202 matches the resource production information managed by the resource manager 202 according to the received type and description information.
The resource production information is specific information about a resource that is held when the production of the resource is completed, and includes, for example, a name of a producer (including a code number similar to a regular name and the like), a storage path of the resource, a name of the resource, a type of the resource, a label of the resource (for example, running, orangutan, black clothes, indoor, table and the like), a production situation, a movie and television drama to which the resource belongs, a season thereof, and the like. According to the embodiment of the present invention, all resource creation information of a resource is stored as a data packet managed by the resource manager 202, and the specific data structure implementing the data packet may be selected according to specific situations, for example, may be a row in a table of a relational database.
The production scenario represents various details related to the production process of the resource, and may include the status of the resource (e.g., not started, in production, pending review, pending modification, modified, completed), the feedback comments of the upper level to the resource, the priority of the resource, etc.
The storage path of the resource records a specific location of a file corresponding to the resource (which may also be a storage location in the database), and the specific file or an object in the database can be located through the storage path. The name of a resource is the full name of the file or object corresponding to the resource.
According to embodiments of the present invention, the resource production information may be stored in one or more tables in a relational database.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the step of matching the resource production information may include: the type and description information from the client 201 is received through the resource manager 202, and a lookup is made in all resource production information. When a match occurs, the required resource can be found in the resource storage area of the storage medium 203 according to the storage path included in the matched resource creation information.
More specifically, the step of matching the resource production information may include:
(1) and screening out the resource production information with the required type according to the type of the required resource.
For example, when a producer needs to produce a model, the type of resource needed is the "model". By this step, the search range can be narrowed.
(2) And splitting the description information and extracting keywords in the description information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the description information may be a sentence including a plurality of words, and the sentence may be split using punctuation marks (e.g., comma, semicolon, pause, etc.) in the description information according to an existing natural language processing technique to extract keywords. In the embodiment of the present invention, the description information may also be a word including a plurality of words, and thus the word may be directly used as a keyword.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the description information may be split into words (e.g., verbs, nouns, etc.) having different parts of speech according to an existing natural language processing technology to serve as keywords. For example, the description information may be: monkeys with black clothing at jump. The split words will be the verb "jump", the noun "black clothes" and "monkey".
(3) And according to the extracted keywords, searching the resource production information with the corresponding label in the resource production information screened by the utilization type to serve as the matched resource production information.
In some embodiments, the "corresponding" indicates that the two are identical, but in other embodiments, the two are not identical, but may be determined to be substantially identical by natural language processing techniques (e.g., "monkey" and "monkey"), and the two may also be considered to correspond to each other. In some embodiments, the matching resource production information should have tags corresponding to all keywords, while in other embodiments, a resource production information may be considered a matching resource production information as long as it has a tag corresponding to one keyword.
Step 104: the resource manager 202 determines whether at least one item of resource making information is matched by the type and the description information; if yes, go to step 105, otherwise go to step 109.
Step 105: the resource manager 202 reads the resource in the storage medium 203 using the storage path in the matched resource production information. The resource manager 202 may also call an external module (e.g., the client 201 or an additional module) to read the resource in the storage medium 203, and may also notify the client 201 that the client 201 then completes the reading operation. Then, the producer can manually determine whether the matched resources actually meet the requirements of the producer through the client 201.
Step 106: when the producer considers that the matched resource meets the demand, the resource is multiplexed by the client 201, and the resource multiplexing information is updated to the storage medium 203. The resource multiplexing information may be, for example, the number of times the resource is multiplexed; the "update" operation described above at this time is to add 1 to the number. The resource multiplexing information may also include the name of the producer who multiplexed the resource. The resource reuse information may have some reference value to the producer, for example, a higher number of times of reuse may indicate a higher value of utilization of the resource.
Step 107: when the producer considers that the matched resources actually do not meet the requirements, the producer decides whether to produce the required resources from the new resources.
Step 108: if the producer decides not to produce the required resource from the new, the producer may modify the matched resource through the client 201, and may update the modified resource to the storage medium 203 (may replace the original resource or may store the modified resource concurrently with the original resource), while prompting the resource manager 202 to update the resource production information of the modified resource. At this time, for example, the state information of the resource may be modified, or the producer may be changed to the current producer who performs the modification.
Step 109: if the resource manager 202 does not find the resource creation information matching the required resource, or the producer decides to create a resource from a new resource in step 107, the producer may update the newly created resource to the storage medium 203 and update the resource creation information of the newly created resource to the resource manager 202 from the newly created resource through the client 201.
The inventor of the application finds that the embodiment of the invention is particularly convenient and effective for searching the required resources when the animation is executed.
The method and apparatus of the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented as a pure software module (for example, a software program written in Java language), as a pure hardware module (for example, a special ASIC chip or an FPGA chip) as required, or as a module combining software and hardware (for example, a firmware system storing fixed codes).
Another aspect of the invention is a computer-readable medium having computer-readable instructions stored thereon that, when executed, perform a method of embodiments of the invention.

Any modifications and variations within the spirit and scope of the present invention should be included within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (28)
1. A method of finding a desired resource, comprising:
searching matched resource making information according to the type and the description information of the required resource; and
and acquiring the resource corresponding to the matched resource making information.
2. The method of claim 1, the finding operation comprising:
screening out resource making information with the same type according to the type;
extracting key words in the description information; and
and searching the resource making information with the label corresponding to the keyword in the screened resource making information as the matched resource making information.
3. The method of claim 2, the extracting operation comprising splitting the descriptive information based on punctuation in the descriptive information.
4. The method of claim 2, the extracting operation comprising splitting the descriptive information based on parts of speech of words in the descriptive information.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the matching resource production information is resource production information having tags corresponding to all keywords.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein the matching resource production information is resource production information having a label corresponding to at least one of all keywords.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and updating the resource multiplexing information of the acquired resources.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
modifying the acquired resource;
storing the modified resource; and
updating resource production information corresponding to the modified resource.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the retrieving step is performed based on a memory path in the matched asset production information.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein the resource is a multimedia resource.
11. The method of claim 13, wherein the multimedia asset is an animation asset.
12. A resource manager for locating a desired resource, comprising:
means for finding matching resource production information based on the type and description information of the required resource, wherein the matching resource production information corresponds to the required resource.
13. The explorer of claim 12, wherein the types include at least one of a script, a storyboard, a sprite, a model, an action, a special effect, a material, and a dubbing.
14. The resource manager of claim 12, wherein the resource production information includes a storage path, a tag, a type of the resource.
15. The resource manager of claim 14, wherein the resource production information further comprises at least one of a name of the resource, a production status, and a movie or television show to which it belongs and a season thereof.
16. The resource manager of claim 12, wherein said means for finding matching resource production information based on the type and description information of the required resource comprises:
means for screening out resource production information having the same type according to the type;
means for extracting keywords from the description information; and
and means for searching the selected resource creation information for resource creation information having a label corresponding to the keyword as the matched resource creation information.
17. The resource manager of claim 16, wherein the means for extracting keywords in the description information comprises means for splitting the description information based on punctuation marks in the description information.
18. The resource manager of claim 16, wherein the means for extracting keywords in the description information comprises means for splitting the description information based on parts of speech of words in the description information.
19. The resource manager of claim 16, wherein the matching resource production information is resource production information having tags corresponding to all keywords.
20. The resource manager of claim 16, wherein the matching resource production information is resource production information having a label corresponding to at least one of all keywords.
21. The resource manager of claim 12, further comprising:
and means for obtaining a resource corresponding to the matched resource creation information.
22. The resource manager of claim 21, wherein the means for retrieving a resource corresponding to the matching resource production information is capable of retrieving a resource corresponding to the matching resource production information according to a storage path in the matching resource production information.
23. The resource manager of claim 12, wherein the resource is a multimedia resource.
24. The resource manager of claim 12, wherein the multimedia resource is an animation resource.
25. A system for finding a desired resource, comprising:
a storage medium for storing a resource;
the resource manager of any of claims 12-24; and
a client for sending the type and description information of the required resource to the resource manager.
26. The system of claim 25, wherein the resource manager is further configured to update resource multiplexing information for the retrieved resources.
27. The system of claim 25, wherein the client is further configured to modify the retrieved resource, the storage medium is further configured to store the modified resource, and the resource manager is further configured to update resource production information corresponding to the modified resource.
28. A computer readable medium having computer readable instructions stored thereon which, when executed by a computer, are capable of performing the method of any one of claims 1-11.
