The social application software may be, but is not limited to, instant messaging software, and the independent application may be, but is not limited to, an application installed in an operating system.
S120: and detecting whether the terminal stores the query page or not according to the query instruction.
It can be understood that the server detects whether the terminal stores the query page according to the query instruction. And the server analyzes the query instruction to obtain a preset identifier at a preset position in the query instruction so as to detect whether the terminal stores a query page. The preset position refers to any one designated position in the query instruction, and the preset identifier refers to an identifier used for indicating whether the terminal contains the query page. For example, the query instruction "01100001", the last two bits of the instruction are preset positions, the instruction of the preset position is a preset identifier "01", and the preset identifier "01" indicates that the terminal stores a query page. The server analyzes the query instruction '01100001', detects the last two instructions '01' in the query instruction, and the preset identifier '01' indicates that the terminal stores the query page, so that the server detects that the terminal stores the query page.
S130: and if the terminal stores the query page, sending a first instruction to the terminal, wherein the first instruction is used for displaying the query page on the terminal.
It can be understood that, if the terminal stores the query page, the server sends a first instruction to the terminal, where the first instruction is used to display the query page on the terminal. In this embodiment, the query page is integrated into the social application. In other embodiments, the query page is integrated into a stand-alone application.
S140: and acquiring the inquiry number sent by the terminal, wherein the inquiry page comprises an inquiry number used for inquiring the service information, and the inquiry number comprises a historical inquiry number and a current inquiry number.
The server obtains the query number sent by the terminal, wherein the query page includes the query number used for querying the service information, and the query number includes a historical query number and a current query number. For example, at a first time, the server obtains the query number, such as "01", sent by the terminal; at a second time after the first time, the server obtains the inquiry number, such as "02", sent by the terminal; then at the second moment, the query number "01" is the historical query number, and the query number "02" is the current query number.
S150: and sending a second instruction to the terminal according to the inquiry number so as to display the service information corresponding to the inquiry number on the inquiry page.
It can be understood that, after the server obtains the query number sent by the terminal, the server sends a second instruction to the terminal according to the query number, so as to display the service information corresponding to the query number on the query page. Referring to fig. 3 again, after the terminal receives the second instruction, a query page in an interface of the terminal displays service information corresponding to the query number.
Specifically, the service information corresponding to the query number includes service information corresponding to a historical query number and service information corresponding to a current query number. The historical inquiry number is not limited to the inquiry number in the user historical inquiry record and the business inquiry number transacted by the user; the service inquiry number transacted by the user is not limited to include a repayment operation consultation number, a repayment plan consultation number, a transaction settlement number and the like. The service information corresponding to the service inquiry number transacted by the user comprises repayment operation consultation, repayment plan consultation, transaction settlement and the like. And the service information corresponding to different historical inquiry numbers corresponds to different servers. For example, the repayment operation consultation corresponds to a repayment operation consultation server, the repayment plan consultation plan server and the clearing corresponding to a clearing server. And when the historical inquiry number in the inquiry numbers sent by the terminal comprises a repayment operation consultation number, a repayment plan consultation number, a clearing number and the like, correspondingly acquiring corresponding service information from the repayment operation consultation server, the repayment plan server and the clearing server so as to display the service information on the inquiry page.

The individual steps are described in detail below:
s210: and acquiring a query instruction sent by the terminal.
It can be understood that the server obtains the query instruction sent by the terminal. The query instruction sent by the terminal may be, but is not limited to, one or more of a telephone, a short message, a picture, application software, and the like. In this embodiment, the terminal sends the query instruction through application software. The application software can be, but is not limited to, one or more of existing social application software and independent applications. The social application software may be, but is not limited to, instant messaging software, and the independent application may be, but is not limited to, an application installed in an operating system.
S220: and detecting whether the terminal stores the query page or not according to the query instruction.
S230-I: and if the terminal stores the query page, sending a first instruction to the terminal, wherein the first instruction is used for displaying the query page on the terminal.
It can be understood that, if the terminal stores the query page, the server sends a first instruction to the terminal, where the first instruction is used to display the query page on the terminal. In this embodiment, the query page is integrated into the social application. In other embodiments, the query page is integrated into a stand-alone application.
S230-II: and if the terminal does not have the query page, sending the query page to the terminal, and displaying the query page on the terminal.
It is to be understood that, if the terminal does not have the query page, the server sends the query page to the terminal and causes the query page to be displayed on the terminal.
Optionally, after dividing the query page into N parts, the server sends the N parts to the terminal one by one, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 1. The server divides the query page into N parts and sends the N parts to the terminal one by one, so that network resources occupied by server sending are reduced, and network congestion is avoided.
Optionally, after dividing the query page into N parts, the server sends the N parts to the terminal at the same time, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 1. The server divides the inquiry page into N parts and simultaneously sends the N parts to the terminal, so that the time for the server to send the inquiry page to the terminal is reduced, and the efficiency for the server to send the inquiry page to the terminal is improved.
Optionally, after dividing the query page into N parts, the server sends the 1 st part to the M th part to the terminal one by one, and sends the M th part to the N th part to the terminal at the same time.
Optionally, after dividing the query page into N parts, the server sends the 1 st part to the M th part to the terminal at the same time, and sends the M th part to the N th part to the terminal one by one.
In one embodiment, at said S230-II: if the terminal does not have the query page, the query page is sent to the terminal, and the step of displaying the query page on the terminal comprises the following steps:
if the terminal does not have the query page, the available memory capacity of the terminal is obtained, and if the available memory capacity is larger than or equal to the preset memory capacity, the query page is sent to the terminal and is displayed on the terminal.
The server firstly acquires the memory capacity of the terminal, and only when the memory capacity is larger than or equal to the preset memory capacity, the server sends the query page to the terminal, so that the problem that the terminal sends the query page under the condition that the available memory capacity is insufficient, and the available memory capacity of the terminal is further reduced is avoided. It is to be understood that the available memory capacity refers to a portion of the terminal memory that is not yet used. The terminal memory may be, but is not limited to, an operating memory or a body memory of the terminal. The operating memory refers to a random-access memory (RAM), and the body memory refers to a read-only memory (ROM). The preset memory capacity can be set to be one K times of the memory of the terminal. For example, when the available memory capacity of the terminal is greater than or equal to one-fourth of the terminal memory, the server sends the query page to the terminal and causes the query page to be displayed on the terminal.
In one embodiment, at said S230-II: if the terminal does not have the query page, the query page is sent to the terminal, and the step of displaying the query page on the terminal comprises the following steps:
if the terminal does not have the query page, acquiring available memory capacity of the terminal, and if the available memory capacity is smaller than preset memory capacity, sending the query page to the terminal after preset time, and enabling the query page to be displayed on the terminal.
The server firstly acquires the memory capacity of the terminal, and when the memory capacity is smaller than the preset memory capacity, the server sends the query page to the terminal after the preset time, so that the condition that the terminal sends the query page under the condition that the available memory capacity is insufficient is avoided, and the available memory capacity of the terminal is further reduced.
S240: and acquiring the inquiry number sent by the terminal, wherein the inquiry page comprises an inquiry number used for inquiring the service information, and the inquiry number comprises a historical inquiry number and a current inquiry number.
S250: and sending a second instruction to the terminal according to the inquiry number so as to display the service information corresponding to the inquiry number on the inquiry page.
It can be understood that, after the server obtains the query number sent by the terminal, the server sends a second instruction to the terminal according to the query number, so as to display the service information corresponding to the query number on the query page.
In this embodiment, since the service information corresponding to the query number can be displayed on the query page, the service information corresponding to the query number can be conveniently checked by the user. Furthermore, the server sends a first instruction to the terminal, and the first instruction is used for displaying the query page on the terminal, so that the terminal can display the query page in time, and the query page is convenient for a user to view. Further, if the terminal does not store the query page, the server sends the query page to the terminal, so that the terminal receives the query page sent by the server in time under the condition that the query page does not exist, and a user can conveniently check the query page. Furthermore, because the inquiry page comprises the historical inquiry number and the current inquiry number, the user can conveniently obtain the historical inquiry number and the current inquiry number, and the problem that the efficiency of inquiring the service information by the user is reduced because the user forgets the inquiry number is avoided.
Referring to fig. 5 to 6 together, fig. 5 is a service query method according to a third embodiment of the present application; fig. 6 is a schematic interface diagram of a terminal according to a third embodiment of the present application. The service query method provided by this embodiment may be combined with any of the foregoing embodiments, and in this embodiment, the query page includes a first area and a second area that are set at an interval, and a range of the first area is smaller than a range of the second area, and a second instruction is issued to the terminal according to the query number, so as to display the service information corresponding to the query number on the query page, including but not limited to steps S350-I, S350-II and S350-III.
The individual steps are described in detail below:
S350-I: and sending a second instruction to the terminal according to the inquiry number so as to display the service information corresponding to the inquiry number on the inquiry page.
S350-II: and displaying the historical inquiry number in a first area of the inquiry page.
S350-III: and displaying the current inquiry number in a second area of the inquiry page.
Referring to fig. 6 again, the server sends a second instruction to the terminal according to the query page, after the terminal receives the second instruction, the historical query number is displayed in the first area of the query page on the query page of the interface of the terminal, and the current query number is displayed in the second area of the query page.
The historical inquiry number is displayed in the first area of the inquiry page, and the current inquiry number is displayed in the second area, so that the user is prompted to know the historical inquiry number and the current inquiry number, and the efficiency of inquiring the service information by the user is improved. Because the range of the first area is smaller than that of the second area, the user can be guided to focus attention on the second area, and the efficiency of obtaining the current query number by the user is improved.
It is understood that the order of the S350-I, S350-II, S350-III is not limited to the order according to the above, and the order of the S350-I, S350-II, S350-III may be the order of the S350-I, S350-III, S350-II.
Optionally, the first area and the second area are respectively disposed at different positions of the query page. Because the first area and the second area are respectively arranged at different positions of the inquiry page, the overlapping of the content displayed by the first area and the content displayed by the second area is avoided.
