(6) Obtaining the distance between each measuring point, and further obtaining the size value to be measured of the clothes;
(7) Inputting a clothes size standard value, comparing the clothes size value to be detected obtained in the step (6) with the clothes size standard value, further judging whether the clothes size and symmetry are qualified or not, and outputting a detection result.
2. The clothing size measurement method according to claim 1, wherein the step (4) specifically includes converting a clothing bottom edge line from a curve to a straight line by a least square method, then calculating an included angle of the straight line with a camera horizontal line, if the included angle is greater than or less than 0 °, rotating the clothing photograph so that the included angle between the straight line and the camera horizontal line is equal to 0 °, correcting the clothing image, and outputting the corrected clothing image.
3. The garment size measurement method according to claim 1, wherein the waist-wide points include a left waist-wide point and a right waist-wide point, and the obtaining step includes:
dividing the square area into two areas with equal upper and lower areas;
(II) dividing the lower area of the step (I) into two areas with equal upper and lower areas;
(III) taking the boundary between the two areas in the step (II);
and (IV) obtaining two intersection points of the boundary line in the step (III) and the trunk part of the edge contour line of the clothes, namely waist and broad points.
4. The garment size measurement method of claim 1, wherein the foot broad points comprise a left foot broad point and a right foot broad point, the obtaining step comprising:
the method comprises the steps of (I) obtaining a foot broad point mark line parallel to a boundary line at the lowest end of a square area above the boundary line at the lowest end of the square area, wherein the foot broad point mark line is positioned at a position 5-12 mm above the boundary line at the lowest end of the square area;
and (II) obtaining two intersection points of the foot wide point marking line in the step (I) and the trunk part of the edge contour line of the clothes, namely, the foot wide point.
5. The garment sizing method of claim 1, wherein the cuff upper end point comprises a left cuff upper end point and a right cuff upper end point, the cuff lower end point comprises a left cuff lower end point and a right cuff lower end point, the obtaining step comprising:
leading a vertical line to the upper end boundary line of the square area along the foot broad point, translating the left boundary line of the square area leftwards by 5 mm-10 mm, and enclosing a right sleeve acquisition area with the vertical line led by the foot broad point positioned on the left side; translating the right boundary line of the square area to the right by 5-10 mm, and enclosing a left sleeve acquisition area with a vertical line led by a foot wide point positioned on the right side;
(II) acquiring a garment edge contour line positioned in a right sleeve acquisition area, wherein a leftmost point and a topmost point positioned in the area are right cuff upper end points, and a leftmost point and a bottommost point positioned in the area are right cuff lower end points;
(III) acquiring a clothes edge contour line positioned in a left sleeve acquisition area, wherein the point positioned at the rightmost end and the uppermost end in the area is the upper end point of the left cuff, and the point positioned at the rightmost end and the lowermost end in the area is the lower end point of the left cuff.
6. The garment size measurement method according to claim 5, wherein the shoulder points include a right shoulder point and a left shoulder point, and the obtaining step includes:
connecting a collar point positioned on the right side with the upper end point of the left cuff to obtain a left shoulder point acquisition line, moving the left shoulder point acquisition line by a distance of a preset sleeve length standard value along the left shoulder point acquisition line direction by the upper end point of the left cuff, and intercepting the left shoulder point acquisition point;
(II) taking the left shoulder point acquisition point in the step (I) as a midpoint, extending the left shoulder point acquisition point to the periphery by 5-10 mm to obtain a left shoulder point acquisition area, acquiring the line with the deepest color in the left shoulder point acquisition area, connecting the lines which are positioned in the same direction and on the same extension line, wherein the line is a sleeve suture line, and extending the sleeve suture line to the upper edge line of the left shoulder point acquisition area, wherein the intersection point of the line and the edge contour line of the clothes is the left shoulder point;
(III) connecting the left neck point with the upper end point of the right cuff to obtain a right shoulder point acquisition line, moving the right shoulder point acquisition line by a distance of a preset sleeve length standard value along the direction of the right shoulder point acquisition line by the upper end point of the right cuff, and intercepting the right shoulder point acquisition point;
and (IV) taking the right shoulder point acquisition point in the step (III) as a midpoint, extending the right shoulder point acquisition point to the periphery by 5-10 mm to obtain a right shoulder point acquisition area, acquiring the line with the deepest color in the right shoulder point acquisition area, connecting the lines which are positioned in the same direction and on the same extension line, wherein the line is a sleeve suture line, and extending the sleeve suture line to the upper edge line of the right shoulder point acquisition area, wherein the intersection point of the line and the edge contour line of the clothes is the right shoulder point.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the garment size measurement comprises collar-wide, shoulder-wide, chest-wide, waist-wide, foot-wide, shirt-long, left shoulder-neck-long, right shoulder-neck-long, left sleeve-long, right sleeve-long, left-cuff-wide, and right-cuff-wide.
