Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a skid steer loader, in particular to an electronic double-throttle system of the skid steer loader, and belongs to the technical field of engineering machinery and industrial vehicles.
Background
The skid steer loader is a wheel type special chassis device which realizes vehicle steering by utilizing linear velocity difference of wheels at two sides. The device is mainly used for occasions with narrow operation places, uneven ground and frequent operation content change.
The throttle adjusting system of the skid steer loader mainly adopts a mechanical flexible shaft to match with a throttle sensor to realize the adjustment of the rotating speed of the engine, for example, a flexible shaft linkage connecting rod mechanism (CN 101831934A) controlled by double throttle disclosed in Chinese patent comprises a hand throttle assembly, a hand throttle flexible shaft, a pedal flexible shaft bracket, a return spring, a pedal, an engine connecting throttle fork joint, a foot throttle flexible shaft and foot throttle bracket fixing bolt, a foot throttle limiting bolt, a hand brake pulling plate and a hand brake bracket fixing bolt, wherein one end of the hand throttle flexible shaft is connected with the hand throttle assembly, and the other end is connected with the pedal flexible shaft bracket; the pedal is connected on the pedal flexible shaft support, the pedal extends downwards from the rotating shaft, a return spring is connected between the extending end and the pedal flexible shaft support, pedal flexible shaft supports on two sides of the extending section are connected with foot accelerator support fixing bolts, the extending end is connected with the foot accelerator flexible shaft, the end of the foot accelerator flexible shaft is provided with an engine to be connected with an accelerator fork joint, a hand brake pulling plate is further connected on the rotating shaft of the pedal, and the hand brake pulling plate is connected with a core shaft of the hand accelerator flexible shaft.
In practice, this system has two disadvantages:
firstly, the whole space of the skid steer loader is limited, if the accelerator flexible shaft is unreasonably arranged, the flexible shaft is easy to be stuck, the idle stroke is large, the rotating speed of an engine does not change when the accelerator is operated, and the whole vehicle cannot normally walk and work.
Second, in cold regions, vehicles are stored in the open air. The icing phenomenon of the accelerator flexible shaft is very common, after the accelerator flexible shaft is iced, the flexible shaft is completely blocked, the rotating speed of an engine cannot be adjusted, and the whole vehicle cannot normally walk and work.

The power supply end of the hand throttle is connected to an E38 pin of the electronic control unit through a lead, the signal end of the hand throttle is connected to an E35 pin of the electronic control unit through a lead, and the grounding end of the hand throttle is connected to an E28 pin of the electronic control unit through a lead;
the power supply end of the foot accelerator is connected to an E38 pin of the electronic control unit through a wire, the signal end of the foot accelerator is connected to an E37 pin of the electronic control unit through a wire, and the grounding end of the foot accelerator is connected to an E28 pin of the electronic control unit through a wire.
The output voltage of the signal end of the hand throttle is 0.75V-3.84V.
And operating the hand throttle to any position and then releasing the hand throttle, wherein the output voltage of the signal end of the hand throttle is kept at the voltage value of the position.
The output voltage of the signal end of the foot accelerator is 0.75V-3.84V.
And the electronic control unit is connected with a fault indicator lamp.
The electronic control unit receives a voltage signal of a signal end of the hand throttle and a voltage signal of a signal end of the foot throttle at the same time, and executes relatively large operation in the hand throttle voltage signal and the foot throttle voltage signal.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the problems that the flexible shaft is frozen and knotted in a low-temperature environment, the idle stroke is large, the rotating speed of an engine cannot be adjusted, and the whole vehicle cannot normally walk and work are solved;
the requirement that the engine runs at a constant rotating speed is met through the hand throttle, and the precision efficiency of the whole machine operation is improved;
the electronic control unit executes the operation with relatively large signals of the hand throttle and the foot throttle, and improves the working efficiency.

the output end of the electronic control unit is connected with the oil injection pump through a lead in a control way and is used for controlling the oil injection quantity of the oil injection pump;
the hand throttle 1 is arranged in the cab, the output end of the hand throttle is connected with the electronic control unit through a lead, and an operation signal of the hand throttle 1 is output to the electronic control unit through the lead;
the foot accelerator 2 is installed on the frame, the output end of the foot accelerator is connected with the electronic control unit through a wire, and an operation signal of the foot accelerator 2 is output to the electronic control unit through the wire.

The electronic control unit executes a relatively large operation of the hand throttle voltage signal and the foot throttle voltage signal.
When the hand throttle is operated to any position and then the hand throttle is released, according to the mechanical characteristics of the hand throttle, the output voltage of the signal end of the hand throttle can be kept at the voltage value of the position, then the electronic control unit keeps the oil supply quantity of the oil injection pump at a fixed value according to the fixed voltage value received by the E35 pin, so that the rotating speed of the engine is kept at a fixed value, the requirement that the engine runs at a constant rotating speed is met, and the precision efficiency of the whole machine operation is improved.
The electronic control unit is connected with a fault indicator lamp, and when the hand throttle and the foot throttle are in fault, an operator is reminded to troubleshoot related faults through the flashing frequency of the electronic control unit indicator lamp.

the foot accelerator is arranged on the frame, and the output end of the foot accelerator is connected with the electronic control unit through a wire.

5. The electronic dual throttle system of a skid steer loader of claim 3, wherein: and operating the hand throttle to any position and then releasing the hand throttle, wherein the output voltage of the signal end of the hand throttle is kept at the voltage value of the position.
