Referring to fig. 1A, the washing tub includes a tub body 100 formed by combining a circumferential surface 110 and end caps 120 disposed at both ends of the circumferential surface 110.
A washing chamber 101 is formed inside the tub 100, and the laundry is washed in the washing chamber 101;
a water inlet hole 102 communicated with the washing cavity 101 and the outside of the barrel body 100 is formed in the circumferential surface 110 of the barrel body 100;
a feeding opening 103 for feeding the clothes into the washing chamber 101 is formed on the circumferential surface 110 of the tub 100;
the door 130 for controlling the opening/closing of the input port 103 is disposed on the barrel 100, so as to prevent the laundry from being thrown out when the barrel 100 rotates.
The tub 100 is substantially cylindrical, and the tub 100 is driven by the driving unit 200 to rotate around its central axis to perform a washing operation.
The barrel 100 may be made of a plastic material or a metal material.
When the barrel is made of plastic, the circumferential surface 110 and the end cover 120 may be formed by integral injection molding or may be of a split structure, as long as a cylindrical barrel body can be formed.
Referring to fig. 2, the input port 103 can be opened by the door 130 to input the laundry.
The input port 103 is disposed on the circumferential surface 110, and the door 130 is slidably opened along the axial direction of the barrel 100.
As shown in fig. 1A and 1B, in order to facilitate the sliding opening of the door 130, a sliding rail 140 is disposed on the opening wall of the barrel 100 corresponding to the input opening 103, a sliding groove 141 is disposed on the sliding rail 140, and two sides of the door 130 corresponding to the sliding groove 141 are formed with a locking protrusion 131 for being inserted into the sliding groove 141, so as to facilitate the sliding movement of the door 130 along the sliding groove 141.
In some embodiments, a locking protrusion may be further disposed on the barrel 100, and sliding grooves are correspondingly disposed on inner walls of two sides of the door 130, so that the sliding opening of the door 130 is assisted by the cooperation of the locking protrusion and the sliding grooves.
In some embodiments, pulleys may be further disposed at the moving positions of the door body 130 and the sliding rail 140.
In some embodiments, a guide bar 105 may be additionally disposed on the outer wall of the barrel 100, and the guide bar 105 is disposed along the sliding opening path of the door 130;
the inner wall of the door 130 is correspondingly provided with a groove body, and the guide bar 105 is clamped in the groove body to assist the door 130 to be opened correctly. The trough is not shown in the figures, but is a common trough structure in the prior art and is well known.
In order to stably close the door 130 and prevent the door 130 from automatically opening when the door 130 rotates for washing, a limiting member 150 is additionally arranged between the door 130 and the input port 103.
The limiting member 150 may be a magnetic member.
Referring to fig. 2, specifically, the end cover 120 on one side of the barrel 100 is provided with a magnetic member a151, the magnetic member a151 corresponds to the input port 103, and the door 130 is also provided with a magnetic member B152, when the door 130 is closed, the magnetic member a151 and the magnetic member B152 are attracted to each other, so that the door 130 is prevented from being automatically opened when the barrel 100 rotates.
The magnetic members a151 and B152 may be magnets.
In some embodiments, the limiting member 150 may be a conventional fastener, and limits the opening and closing of the door 130 by means of fastening.
In some embodiments, the door 130 may also be configured to be opened in a flip-open manner.
The flip type opening of the door 130 can be provided with a pivot part at one side of the door 130, one side of the door 130 is pivoted at the opening wall of the input opening 103, and the door 130 is turned around the pivot part.
In order to stably close the door 130, a stopper is also provided in the flip-type structure.
The specific arrangement of the stopper may refer to the structure of the stopper 150 of the sliding door 130.
The tub 100 is assembled in the washing machine 300 and driven by the driving device 200.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4-5, the end cap 120 protrudes outward along the central axis of the barrel 100 to form a connection portion 121 for connecting the driving device 200.
The connection part 121 is of a protruding shaft type, a shaft hole for inserting the output shaft 210 of the driving device 200 is formed at the center of the connection part 121, and the output shaft 210 is fixed to the connection part by a pin shaft and drives the barrel 100 to rotate by the driving device.
In some embodiments, the connecting arm 121 may be modified to be a rotating shaft.
The driving device 200 may be a motor, and the specific type is not limited.
When the barrel 100 rotates, the end cover 120 of the barrel 100 bears the output torque force generated when the driving device 200 drives the barrel to rotate, and therefore, in order to enhance the strength of the barrel 100 and prolong the service life, the end cover 120 is additionally provided with a reinforcing rib 122.
The circumferential surface 110 and the end cover 120 of the barrel 100 are uniformly provided with the water inlet holes 102.
Referring to fig. 6, the tub 100 is installed in the washing machine 300.
The washing machine 300 has an outer case 310 and an inner case 320, and the tub 100 is mounted in the inner case 320.
As can be seen in FIG. 6, the tub 100 is horizontally installed inside the inner case 320.
The cap 120 of one side of the tub 100 is coupled to the output shaft 210 of the driving unit 200, and a stub shaft 123 is installed in the coupling portion 121 of the cap 120 of the other side of the tub 100.
The driving device 200 is installed in a space formed between the outer case 310 and the inner case 320, and the tub 100 is suspended in the inner case 320 with the output shaft 210 by the stub shaft 123.
The stub shaft 123 and the output shaft 210 are both supported through the inner wall of the inner housing 320.
The driving unit 200 drives the barrel 100 to rotate around the central axis in the inner casing 320.
The water is stored in the inner casing 320, a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe are connected to the inner casing 320, the water inlet pipe is used for water injection, and the water outlet pipe is used for water drainage.
When water is filled, the water level inside the inner case 320 needs to be at least over the lower end of the tub 100 so that water can be introduced into the tub 100 through the water inlet 102.
When the tub 100 rotates, the laundry is rotated to be washed.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, the tub 100 is provided with a lifting rib 160 therein.
The lifting rib 160 may be detachably mounted or fixedly mounted;
the fixed mounting may be by direct injection molding of the lifting rib 160 during the molding of the tub 100;
the detachable installation mode can be that the lifting rib 160 is installed inside the barrel body 100 in a buckling and inserting mode, and only the corresponding insertion column capable of being inserted into the water inlet hole 102 needs to be arranged.
The lifting rib 160 is arranged in the barrel body 100 relative to the feeding port 103; when the tub 100 rotates, the laundry will be tightly adhered to the inner wall of the tub 100 due to centrifugal force, and the lifting rib 160 can prevent the laundry from moving along the inner wall of the tub 100, so that the laundry can be smoothly driven to the highest point of rotation and then fall from the highest point to the lowest point, thereby enhancing the washing strength and enabling the laundry to be cleaned more cleanly.
The previous description of the disclosed embodiments is provided to enable any person skilled in the art to make or use the present invention. Various modifications to these embodiments will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the generic principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. Thus, the present invention is not intended to be limited to the embodiments shown herein but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features disclosed herein.
