FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram of the four-way simultaneous reciprocating jacquard knitting mode of the present invention, wherein when the needle cylinder rotates in reverse direction for knitting, the needle selector 2-8 is used for picking up the left jacquard knitting cam 12 of the fourth way, and the relay needle passes through the middle diamond 16 of the fourth way and then is pressed by the right half high jacquard knitting cam 111 for jacquard knitting and knitting; the needle selector 2-6 is corresponding to the left jacquard looping cam 12 of the third path for raising jacquard, and the relay needle passes through the middle water caltrop 16 of the third path and then is pressed by the right jacquard looping cam 11 for jacquard embroidery looping; the needle selector 2-4 is corresponding to the left jacquard half-height looping cam 121 of the second path for raising the needle and jacquard, and the relay needle passes through the middle water caltrop 16 of the second path and then is pressed by the right jacquard half-height looping cam 111 for jacquard embroidery and looping; the needle selector 2-2 works corresponding to the jacquard lifting and needle-moving of the left half-height jacquard looping cam 12 of the first path, and the relay needle passes through the middle water caltrop 16 of the first path and then is pressed by the right jacquard looping cam 11 to perform jacquard embroidery looping work.
When the needle cylinder rotates in a reciprocating manner to perform jacquard work and weave a certain circle of patterns in the needed patterns, the needle cylinder can weave the patterns with different four colors of a complete circle four-way looping system only by rotating half circle or more than one circle in a forward or reverse direction, one side of the first way of jacquard looping patterns is connected with one side of the second way of jacquard looping patterns, and the other side of the first way of jacquard looping patterns is connected with the fourth way of jacquard looping patterns; one side of the second path of jacquard looping patterns is connected with one side of the first path of jacquard looping patterns, and the other side of the second path of jacquard looping patterns is connected with the third path of jacquard looping patterns; one side of the third way jacquard looping pattern is connected with one side of the second way jacquard looping pattern, and the other side of the third way jacquard looping pattern is connected with the fourth way jacquard looping pattern; one side of the fourth way jacquard looping pattern is connected with one side of the third way jacquard looping pattern, and the other side of the fourth way jacquard looping pattern is connected with the first way jacquard looping pattern; thus, weaving of a pattern without a dotted line can be completed.

Claims (8)
1. A four-way reciprocating jacquard needle-moving device is characterized in that: comprises four groups of reciprocating jacquard mechanisms which are arranged in sequence; each group of reciprocating jacquard mechanisms comprises a needle device, the needle device comprises a needle cylinder, one side of the needle cylinder is provided with a needle passing component, the needle passing component comprises a needle passing component mounting base, one side of the needle passing component mounting base, which is close to the needle cylinder, is provided with a jacquard needle, a relay needle is arranged above the jacquard needle, and a knitting needle is connected above the relay needle; the upper end part of the jacquard needle is positioned between the lower end part of the relay needle and the needle cylinder, and the upper end part of the jacquard needle is in contact connection with the lower end part of the relay needle; the outer side of the lower part of the jacquard needle is provided with jacquard teeth, the jacquard teeth are connected with a needle selector, the needle selector is positioned at the bottom of the needle feeding part mounting base, the upper part of the jacquard needle is connected with an upper jacquard needle protecting ring, the lower end part of the jacquard needle is connected with a lower jacquard needle protecting ring, and the upper jacquard needle protecting ring and the lower jacquard needle protecting ring are respectively positioned on the needle feeding part mounting base; and a knitting component is arranged outside the needle moving component.
2. Four-way reciprocating jacquard threading device according to claim 1, characterized in that: the knitting part comprises an upper relay needle guard plate of a diamond structure positioned outside the relay needle, and a lower relay needle guard plate of an isosceles trapezoid structure is arranged below the upper relay needle guard plate; a right needle-returning triangle and a left needle-returning triangle are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the upper relay needle protection plate, a middle diamond-corner triangle is respectively arranged on the outer sides of the left needle-returning triangle and the right needle-returning triangle, an upper middle diamond-corner is arranged at the top of the middle diamond-corner triangle, a rectangular needle protection block is arranged at the bottom of the middle diamond-corner triangle, an upper plain stitch block is connected to the bottom of the right needle-returning triangle, and a full-high relay needle raising triangle and a right jacquard looping triangle are obliquely arranged between the upper plain block and the lower relay needle protection plate; a full-high relay needle lifting cam and a left jacquard looping cam are obliquely arranged between the bottom of the left needle returning cam and the lower relay needle guard plate.

Four-way reciprocating jacquard threading device according to claim 2, characterized in that: the middle water caltrop triangle main body is of a rhombus structure, and the top of the middle water caltrop triangle is flush with the horizontal ends of the upper parts of the right and left back stitch triangles; two bevel edges below the middle water caltrop triangle are provided with symmetrical concave arc structures.
4. Four-way reciprocating jacquard threading device according to claim 2, characterized in that: the right jacquard looping cam comprises a right half jacquard looping cam, and the left jacquard looping cam comprises a left plate jacquard looping cam.

Four-way reciprocating jacquard threading device according to claim 2, characterized in that: the upper end of the relay needle is connected with a relay needle upper stitch, and the lower end of the relay needle is connected with a relay needle lower stitch; the knitting needle is fixedly arranged at the upper stitch of the relay needle, and the upper end part of the jacquard needle is in contact connection with the lower stitch of the relay needle.

Four-way reciprocating jacquard threading device according to claim 2, characterized in that: the inner sides of the middle water caltrop triangle and the upper relay needle guard plate are respectively provided with a set of needle device equipment; the middle water caltrop triangle is positioned at the outer side of the relay needle.

Four-way reciprocating jacquard threading device according to claim 2, characterized in that: one side of the right back stitch triangle is provided with an arc-shaped groove matched with two adjacent bevel edges of the middle diamond-corner triangle, and the other side of the right back stitch triangle is provided with an arc-shaped groove matched with two bevel edges of the upper relay stitch needle protection needle plate; the upper end and the lower end of the right back stitch cam are horizontal, and an arc-shaped flange is arranged at the upper end of the right back stitch cam; the left back stitch triangle and the right back stitch triangle are the same in structure and are symmetrically arranged.
8. A four-way reciprocating jacquard knitting method is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
step one; the needle selector applies pressure to jacquard teeth of the jacquard needle, so that the upper end of the jacquard needle moves outwards, the relay needle is pushed to move towards the outer side of the needle cylinder, and the lower stitch of the relay needle is in contact with the left and right jacquard looping triangular jacquard looping work;
step two; the lower bottom in the middle of each left and right jacquard looping cam of the four groups of reciprocating jacquard mechanisms is provided with a needle selector which can carry out left-right reciprocating jacquard, the needle selector between the first group and the second group is responsible for the jacquard needle walking work of the left jacquard looping cam of the first path and the right jacquard looping cam of the second path, the needle selector between the second group and the third group is responsible for the jacquard needle walking work of the left jacquard looping cam of the second path and the right jacquard looping cam of the third path, the needle selector between the third group and the fourth group is responsible for the jacquard needle walking work of the left jacquard looping cam of the third path and the right jacquard needle walking work of the right jacquard looping cam of the fourth path, and the needle selector between the first group of the fourth group and the next path is responsible for the jacquard needle walking work of the left jacquard looping cam of the fourth path and the right jacquard looping cam of the first path;
step three; an auxiliary needle selector is arranged at the lower bottom of the water chestnut position in each group, and the lower stitch of the relay needle in the needle groove is pressed and warped out of the needle groove, so that the relay needle passes through a left jacquard looping triangle in each group and then is looped;
step four; and after the lower stitch of the relay stitch is pressed and looped by the left and right loop cams of each group, the upper stitch of the relay stitch is knitted and raised by the left and right loop cams of each group, so that the lower stitch of the relay stitch returns to a position where the relay stitch can wait for the next left and right jacquard operation.
