respectively taking two equal parts of raw materials for preparing the water-lock breaking agent (each part of raw materials comprises 5kg of nano silicon dioxide, 40kg of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and 20kg of sodium didodecyldicarboxylate), fully mixing one part of raw materials, and weighing 35kg of water-lock breaking agent obtained by reaction; another portion was prepared by the method of example 7 to obtain 48kg of a water-lock releasing agent. Obviously, the preparation method of the invention can obtain better effect on preparing the water-unlocking agent.
As shown in fig. 1, the invention also provides a preparation method of the enhanced gas production material for gas well comprehensive treatment, the preparation method of the invention comprises the step of reacting liquid reaction raw materials with solid raw materials in a reaction device for three times to prepare the water-lock breaking agent, wherein the reaction device comprises:
the bottom of the reaction kettle 1 is provided with an outlet;
the top of the anti-corrosion cover 2 is fixedly connected with the top of the inner side of the reaction kettle 1, and the opening of the anti-corrosion cover 2 faces the bottom of the reaction kettle 1;
the material guide groove 3 penetrates through the top of the anti-corrosion cover 2, and one end of the material guide groove 3 is communicated with a solid raw material source outside the reaction kettle 1;
a multistage reaction tank 4 including a first reaction tank 41, a second reaction tank 42, and a third reaction tank 43, wherein the first reaction tank 41 is located below the corrosion protection cover 2 and opens toward the corrosion protection cover 2, an outlet is provided at the bottom of the first reaction tank 41, the second reaction tank 42 is located below the first reaction tank 41 and opens toward the first reaction tank 41, the outlet of the first reaction tank 41 extends into the second reaction tank 42, an outlet is provided at the bottom of the second reaction tank 42, the outlet of the second reaction tank 42 is communicated with an inlet of a water pump 45 through a conduit 44, the outlet of the water pump 45 is communicated with a spray pipe 46, the third reaction tank 43 is located below the second reaction tank 42 and opens toward the second reaction tank 42, and the spray direction of the spray pipe 46 faces the inside of the third reaction tank 43, the bottom of the third reaction tank 43 is provided with an outlet and faces the bottom of the reaction kettle 1;
the other end of the material guide groove 3 extends into the first reaction tank 41, a first spray nozzle 411 is arranged on the inner side of the first reaction tank 41, the spraying direction of the first spray nozzle 411 faces the material guide groove 3, the first spray nozzle 411 is communicated with a liquid raw material source outside the reaction kettle 1, a second spray nozzle 421 is arranged on the inner side of the second reaction tank 42, the spraying direction of the second spray nozzle 421 faces the outlet of the first reaction tank 41, the second spray nozzle 421 is communicated with the liquid raw material source outside the reaction kettle 1, a third spray nozzle 431 is arranged on the inner side of the third reaction tank 43, the spraying direction of the third spray nozzle 431 faces the spray pipe 46, and the third spray nozzle 431 is communicated with the liquid raw material source outside the reaction kettle 1.
In the above technical solution, the preparation method of the present invention includes reacting a liquid reaction raw material (the liquid reaction raw material mainly refers to ethylene glycol monobutyl ether in the foregoing technical solution) with a solid reaction raw material (the solid reaction raw material specifically refers to nano silica and sodium didodecyldicarboxylate in the foregoing technical solution) in a reaction apparatus three times to prepare the water-lock releasing agent, and the preparation method can make the chemical reaction between the liquid reaction raw material and the solid reaction raw material more sufficient, so as to improve the utilization rate of the raw material and avoid the waste of the raw material. The reaction device mainly comprises: the device comprises a reaction kettle 1, an anti-corrosion cover 2, a material guide groove 3 and a multistage reaction groove 4; the reaction kettle 1 is used for providing a reaction site for liquid reaction raw materials and solid reaction raw materials, the anti-corrosion cover 2 is used for preventing chemical reaction raw materials from corroding the inner wall of the reaction kettle 1 and damaging the reaction kettle 1, the guide chute 3 is used for adding the solid reaction raw materials into the reaction kettle 1, and the multistage reaction tank 4 is used for realizing multiple times of full reactions between the liquid reaction raw materials and the solid reaction raw materials.
The multistage reaction tank 4 mainly includes a first reaction tank 41, a second reaction tank 42, and a third reaction tank 43, and the liquid reaction material and the solid reaction material react in the first reaction tank 41, the second reaction tank 42, and the third reaction tank 43 in this order to complete a multistage chemical reaction. The specific scheme is that the other end of the guide chute 3 extends into a first reaction tank 41, a first spray nozzle 411 is arranged on the inner side of the first reaction tank 41, the spraying direction of the first spray nozzle 411 faces the guide chute 3, the first spray nozzle 411 is communicated with a liquid raw material source outside the reaction kettle 1, the first reaction tank 41 is positioned below the anti-corrosion cover 2, the opening of the first reaction tank 41 faces the anti-corrosion cover 2, and an outlet is arranged at the bottom of the first reaction tank 41; during operation, solid reaction raw materials are added into the first reaction tank 41 from the material guide groove 3, liquid reaction raw materials are added into the first reaction tank 41 from the first nozzle 411 to complete the reaction between the two, and the reacted liquid enters the second reaction tank 42 through the outlet of the first reaction tank 41 to prepare for further subsequent reaction. The second reaction tank 42 is positioned below the first reaction tank 41, the opening of the second reaction tank is towards the first reaction tank 41, the outlet of the first reaction tank 41 extends into the second reaction tank 42, the bottom of the second reaction tank 42 is provided with an outlet, the inner side of the second reaction tank 42 is provided with a second nozzle 421, the spraying direction of the second nozzle 421 is towards the outlet of the first reaction tank 41, and the second nozzle 421 is communicated with a liquid raw material source outside the reaction kettle 1; when the liquid reacted in the first reaction tank 41 enters the second reaction tank 42, the second nozzle 421 is opened to provide a new liquid reaction raw material for further reaction, so that the solid reaction raw material in the previous reaction and the liquid reaction raw materials provided twice are more fully reacted. In addition, the outlet of the second reaction tank 42 is further communicated with the inlet of a water pump 45 through a conduit 44, the outlet of the water pump 45 is communicated with a spray pipe 46, the third reaction tank 43 is positioned below the second reaction tank 42 and opens towards the second reaction tank 42, the spray direction of the spray pipe 46 faces towards the inside of the third reaction tank 43, the bottom of the third reaction tank 43 is provided with an outlet and faces towards the bottom of the reaction kettle 1, the inner side of the third reaction tank 43 is provided with a third spray head 431, the spray direction of the third spray head 431 faces towards the spray pipe 46, and the third spray head 431 is communicated with a liquid raw material source outside the reaction kettle 1. After the reaction in the second reaction tank 42 is completed, the reaction liquid therein is pumped into the water pump 45 and sprayed into the third reaction tank 43 from the spray pipe 46 in an atomized manner, at this time, the third spray nozzle 431 is opened, and new liquid reaction raw material is sprayed to the spray nozzle of the spray pipe 46, thereby completing the third reaction. In the third reaction, the liquid reaction liquid is reacted in an atomization mode, so that the reaction time is prolonged, the reaction among the raw materials is more sufficient, and the utilization rate of the raw materials is greatly improved.
In another technical scheme, in the preparation method of the enhanced gas production material for gas well comprehensive treatment, the first reaction tank 41 is a cone with a hollow interior, and the large end of the cone faces the material guide chute 3. The first reaction tank 41 of the cone facilitates the liquid flow.

Claims (6)

1. The enhanced gas production material for the comprehensive treatment of the gas well is characterized by comprising a water-lock releasing agent, wherein the water-lock releasing agent comprises 5 parts by mass of nano silicon dioxide, 40-60 parts by mass of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and 20-30 parts by mass of sodium didodecyldicarboxylate.
2. The enhanced gas production material for the comprehensive treatment of the gas well as defined in claim 1, further comprising a foaming agent, wherein the mass ratio of the foaming agent to the water-locking releasing agent is 1-5: 20, and the foaming agent comprises 15-20 parts by mass of hexanol, 10-15 parts by mass of cyclohexanone, 16-23 parts by mass of diethyl adipate and 10-16 parts by mass of 4-methyl-3 pentenone.
3. The gas well comprehensive treatment enhanced gas production material as claimed in claim 2, further comprising an acidic blocking remover, wherein the mass ratio of the acidic blocking remover to the water-blocking remover is 1-3: 1, and the acidic blocking remover comprises, by mass, 30 parts of succinic acid, 20-25 parts of diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid, 10-15 parts of phosphono carboxylic acid copolymer, 5-10 parts of phytic acid, 3-5 parts of diethanolamine, 3-5 parts of polyacrylamide and 60-120 parts of water.

The enhanced gas production material for the comprehensive treatment of the gas well as defined in claim 2, further comprising an alkaline blocking remover, wherein the mass ratio of the alkaline blocking remover to the water-blocking remover is 1-3: 1, and the alkaline blocking remover comprises 20 parts of sodium ethylene diamine tetra methylene phosphonate, 15-20 parts of sodium acetate, 10-15 parts of sodium chloride, 20-40 parts of sodium heavy alkyl benzene sulfonate, 10-20 parts of isopropanol and 70-140 parts of water.

The method for preparing the enhanced gas production material for the comprehensive treatment of the gas well as defined in claim 1, wherein liquid reaction raw materials are reacted with solid reaction raw materials in three times in a reaction device to prepare the water-locking agent, and the reaction device comprises:
the bottom of the reaction kettle is provided with an outlet;
the top of the anti-corrosion cover is fixedly connected with the top of the inner side of the reaction kettle, and the opening of the anti-corrosion cover faces to the bottom of the reaction kettle;
the guide chute penetrates through the top of the anti-corrosion cover, and one end of the guide chute is communicated with a solid raw material source outside the reaction kettle;
a multi-stage reaction tank including a first reaction tank, a second reaction tank, and a third reaction tank, the first reaction tank being located below the corrosion prevention cover and having an opening facing the corrosion prevention cover, the bottom of the first reaction tank is provided with an outlet, the second reaction tank is positioned below the first reaction tank, and the opening of the second reaction tank faces the first reaction tank, the outlet of the first reaction tank extends into the second reaction tank, the bottom of the second reaction tank is provided with an outlet, the outlet of the second reaction tank is communicated with the inlet of a water pump through a conduit, the outlet of the water pump is communicated with a spray pipe, the third reaction tank is positioned below the second reaction tank and has an opening facing the second reaction tank, the spraying direction of the spray pipe faces to the inside of the third reaction tank, and the bottom of the third reaction tank is provided with an outlet and faces to the bottom of the reaction kettle;
the other end of the guide chute extends into the first reaction tank, a first spray head is arranged on the inner side of the first reaction tank, the spraying direction of the first spray head faces the guide chute, the first spray head is communicated with a liquid raw material source outside the reaction kettle, a second spray head is arranged on the inner side of the second reaction tank, the spraying direction of the second spray head faces the outlet of the first reaction tank, the second spray head is communicated with the liquid raw material source outside the reaction kettle, a third spray head is arranged on the inner side of the third reaction tank, the spraying direction of the third spray head faces the spray pipe, and the third spray head is communicated with the liquid raw material source outside the reaction kettle.
6. The method for preparing the enhanced gas production material for the comprehensive treatment of the gas well as recited in claim 5, wherein the first reaction tank is a cone with a hollow interior, and the large end of the cone faces the material guide groove.
