Abstract

The invention provides a double-sided tape with a base material, which is characterized by comprising an acrylic adhesive layer, a base material layer, a thermosensitive adhesive layer and a release layer which are sequentially arranged; the preparation raw materials of the thermosensitive adhesive layer comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 40-50% of acryl resin, 10-15% of ethyl acetate, 3-10% of rosin resin, 3-10% of petroleum resin, 1-3% of cross-linking agent and 30-40% of toluene. According to the invention, different types of adhesives are coated on two surfaces of a substrate layer, and a high-viscosity surface is an acrylic adhesive layer which has high viscosity and is attached to and wraps a battery cell; the non-adhesive surface is a thermosensitive adhesive layer, is non-adhesive or slightly adhesive at normal temperature, generates viscosity after being hot-pressed by the battery packaging aluminum-plastic film, and can be firmly adhered to the battery packaging aluminum-plastic film, so that the battery core is prevented from loosening.

Technical Field

Background
Lithium batteries refer to batteries that contain lithium (including metallic lithium, lithium alloys and lithium ions, lithium polymers) in an electrochemical system. Lithium batteries generally have two shapes: cylindrical and square. The battery is internally in a spiral winding structure and is formed by spacing a polyethylene film isolating material which is very fine and has strong permeability between a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The positive electrode comprises a current collector consisting of lithium cobaltate (or lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide, lithium manganate, lithium iron phosphate and the like) and an aluminum foil. The negative electrode is composed of a current collector composed of a graphitized carbon material and a copper foil. The battery is filled with organic electrolyte solution. In the packaging process of the lithium battery, the outer side of the battery core of the lithium battery is connected with the packaging aluminum-plastic film in a matching manner, the double-sided adhesive tape is generally adopted for adhesion and fixation, and the common double-sided adhesive tape is easy to displace and cause the looseness of the battery core in the fixing process due to the low glass transition temperature of the glue water under the conditions of normal temperature or high temperature.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a new double-sided adhesive tape to solve the above problems.
