Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a double-sided adhesive tape, in particular to a double-sided adhesive tape with a base material for packaging a battery.
Background
Lithium batteries refer to batteries that contain lithium (including metallic lithium, lithium alloys and lithium ions, lithium polymers) in an electrochemical system. Lithium batteries generally have two shapes: cylindrical and square. The battery is internally in a spiral winding structure and is formed by spacing a polyethylene film isolating material which is very fine and has strong permeability between a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The positive electrode comprises a current collector consisting of lithium cobaltate (or lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide, lithium manganate, lithium iron phosphate and the like) and an aluminum foil. The negative electrode is composed of a current collector composed of a graphitized carbon material and a copper foil. The battery is filled with organic electrolyte solution. In addition, a safety valve and a PTC element (partially cylindrical) are provided to protect the battery from damage in case of abnormal state and output short circuit.
In the packaging process of the lithium battery, the outer side of the battery core of the lithium battery is connected with the packaging aluminum-plastic film in a matching manner, the double-sided adhesive tape is generally adopted for adhesion and fixation, and the common double-sided adhesive tape is easy to displace and cause the looseness of the battery core in the fixing process due to the low glass transition temperature of the glue water under the conditions of normal temperature or high temperature.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a new double-sided adhesive tape to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
For overcoming the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the double-sided tape with the base material, which is characterized in that the adhesive property of an adhesive layer and a battery packaging aluminum plastic film surface is changed, so that the adhesive is not easy to displace at normal temperature after being pasted, the pasting is firm, and the problem that the battery core is easy to loosen after being fixed is solved.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a double-sided tape with a base material comprises an acrylic acid adhesive layer, a base material layer, a thermosensitive adhesive layer and a release layer which are sequentially arranged; the preparation raw materials of the thermosensitive adhesive layer comprise the following components in percentage by weight:
further, the coating dry weight of the acrylic adhesive layer is 30-70g/m2。
Further, the 180 DEG peel strength of the acrylic adhesive layer to the aluminum plastic film is greater than 1.2kgf/25 mm.
Further, the 180 ° peel strength of the acrylic adhesive layer to the battery separator is greater than 0.8kgf/25 mm.
Further, the thickness of the substrate layer is 10-36 μm.
Further, the substrate layer is one of a PET film, a PVC film, a PP film and a PBT film; the base layer may be a film made of polyolefin such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), polyester such as polyethylene naphthalate (PEN), polyarylate, polyurethane, polycarbonate, polyamide, Polyimide (PI), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), polytetrafluoroethylene, a composite thereof, or the like.
Further, the coating dry weight of the thermosensitive adhesive layer is 30-50g/m2。
Further, the cross-linking agent is an isocyanate cross-linking agent.
Further, the release layer is one of a PET release film, a PVC release film and a PE release film.
Further, the PET double-sided adhesive tape is used for packaging a battery; the acrylic acid adhesive layer is adhered to the outer surface of the battery cell, and the thermosensitive adhesive layer is adhered to the inner surface of the battery packaging aluminum-plastic film.
Further, the melting point or the bonding temperature of the thermosensitive adhesive layer is lower than the thermal fusion temperature of the battery packaging aluminum plastic film.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the invention, different types of adhesives are coated on two surfaces of a substrate layer, and a high-viscosity surface is an acrylic adhesive layer which has high viscosity and is attached to and wraps a battery cell; the non-adhesive surface is a thermosensitive adhesive layer, is non-adhesive or slightly adhesive at normal temperature, generates viscosity after being hot-pressed by the battery packaging aluminum-plastic film, and can be firmly adhered to the battery packaging aluminum-plastic film, so that the battery core is prevented from loosening.
