Description

Organic coating steel plate and manufacturing method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of manufacturing of steel plate materials of bolt-linked tanks, in particular to an organic coating steel plate and a manufacturing method and application thereof.
Background
Compared with other tank bodies, the organic coating bolt-linked tank realizes breakthrough innovation of materials, anticorrosion technology and installation mode, and is an advanced tank manufacturing technology in the world. Compared with other similar products (enamel assembled tank, concrete tank, welded tank, lipp tank, etc.) in the market, the organic coating bolted tank has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, stable quality, strong corrosion resistance, short installation period, simple installation and maintenance, capacity expansion and migration, equipment standardization, high equipment degree, lower manufacturing cost, etc.
Specifically, compared with a carbon steel welding tank constructed in an on-site corrosion-resistant manner, the organic coating bolted tank saves more cost, and greatly improves the working quality and efficiency; compared with an enamel assembling tank, the enamel coating is used as an inert coating and shows excellent protection effect in a plurality of heavy corrosion environments, but for actual engineering operation, the enamel assembling tank does not have the corrosion resistance requirements in some strong corrosion environments due to the non-uniformity and local defects of the enamel ceramic layer which are easy to appear. The existing tank body coating technology is to perform coating anticorrosion construction on a welded tank with a tank body shape, a bolt connection tank is to perform bolt connection installation engineering by adopting an organic coating steel plate coated with a coating in a factory, the manufacture of the organic coating bolt connection tank has higher requirements on toughness, bending property, adhesive force, hardness and the like of the used organic coating, and research needs to be performed from the aspect of coating performance to design a corresponding coating formula. In order to meet the practical application of the organic coating steel plate bolted tank, the organic coating is improved in strength, flexibility, adhesion property, friction resistance and durability by means of coating formula design, coating performance optimization, development of advanced anticorrosion construction process matched with the formula and the like, and the bolted tank made of the novel organic coating has great application prospect.
For the site corrosion prevention project of the carbon steel tank body, the problems of poor stability of surface treatment and coating equipment, a plurality of artificial influence factors and large influence by the change of the surrounding environment exist in the construction site, the coating project can be implemented in an equipment and automation mode by adopting the organic coating steel tank connected by the bolt, the surface treatment and coating can be completed in a factory so as to avoid the problems, and the quality and the stability of the surface treatment, the coating process and the curing process are high. Because the bolt connection construction is adopted after the coating, higher requirements are provided for the adhesiveness, the impact resistance, the hardness and the flexibility of the organic coating of the steel plate, and higher requirements are provided for the formula of the coating and the preparation technology of the coating.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an organic coating steel plate with excellent organic coating strength, flexibility, adhesion performance, friction resistance, durability and the like, so that the organic coating steel plate is suitable for manufacturing bolt-linked cans.
The organic coating steel plate provided by the invention consists of a steel plate, priming paint coated on two sides of the steel plate and finish paint coated on the priming paint;
the primer is epoxy zinc-rich primer, and the epoxy zinc-rich primer consists of bisphenol S type epoxy resin, 300-mesh 400-mesh superfine zinc powder, a mixed solvent, a curing agent and a defoaming agent;
the finish paint is epoxy-polyurethane composite finish paint which is composed of epoxy resin, 50-200 mesh polyurethane powder, a mixed solvent, a curing agent and other components; the epoxy resin is bisphenol S type epoxy resin, bisphenol A type epoxy resin or bisphenol AF type epoxy resin; the other components are one or more of titanium dioxide, talcum powder, micaceous iron oxide, medium chrome yellow and zinc phosphate, and are used for increasing strength, providing color and the like;
the curing agent in the primer and the finish paint comprises one or more of dendritic polyamidoamine, hyperbranched polyamideimide, hyperbranched polyimide and hyperbranched polyamide; the mixed solvent is two or more of methyl ethyl ketone, ethyl amyl ketone, toluene, xylene, propyl ether, propylene glycol methyl ether, n-butanol, propylene glycol, water, ethylene glycol ethyl ether and ethylene glycol monomethyl ether.
The zinc powder in the primer is used for electrochemical protection of the base steel plate, the conductivity of the polymer film-forming component in the primer is obviously improved due to the use of polyamide, polyimide strong-polarity curing agent and epoxy resin, and the zinc powder is easily and uniformly dispersed in the coating to form a continuous organic-inorganic composite protective layer. Because the zinc powder content of the primer is obviously lower than about 80 wt% of the common epoxy zinc-rich primer, the organic-inorganic composite protective layer is easy to form only when the fineness of the zinc powder reaches more than 300 meshes, thereby achieving the purpose of cathode protection. The polyurethane is a dry film composition with the maximum content in the finish paint, the used polyurethane is required to have a relatively high molecular weight, the molecular weight of the polyurethane is selected from 20000-80000, preferably 30000-50000, and the polyurethane is required to use relatively fine powder to be easily dispersed in an organic solvent. The defoaming agent is mainly an ether type defoaming agent.
Preferably, in the organic coating steel plate, the primer contains the following components by mass percent:
Figure BDA0002234070730000021
Figure BDA0002234070730000031
preferably, in the organic coating steel plate, the content of each component in the finish paint is as follows by mass percent:
Figure BDA0002234070730000032
preferably, in the organic coating steel plate, the steel plate is made of Q235, Q275, Q345 or SRT 480.
The invention also provides a preparation method of any one of the organic coating steel plates, which comprises the following steps of:
(1) surface treatment: performing sand blasting until the surface cleanliness of the steel plate is Sa2 or Sa2.5 grade, and performing shot blasting until the surface roughness of the steel plate is 10-30 mu m;
(2) coating and curing a paint film: and (3) coating a primer on the steel plate after surface treatment, curing at the high temperature of 100-280 ℃ for 0.1-0.5 h, coating a layer of finish on a primer film, and curing at the high temperature of 100-280 ℃ for 0.1-0.5 h again to obtain the organic coating steel plate.
The invention also provides application of any one of the organic coating steel plates in manufacturing of the bolt-linked tank.
The invention also provides a bolt-linked tank which is formed by connecting any one of the organic coating steel plates through bolts. The two surfaces of the used organic coating steel plate adopt the same primer, and the types of the finish paint are distinguished according to the positions of the steel plate on the tank body, and can be the same or different. When the interior of the tank body is contacted with a gas-phase medium, the type of the finish coat does not need to be distinguished due to the difference between the medium-resistant side and the environment-resistant side, and when the interior of the tank body is contacted with a liquid-phase medium, different finish coats are adopted. The organic coating adopts two layers of primer and finish at most, and does not need to use an intermediate coating.
Preferably, the organic coating steel plate used for the bolt-linked tank has a length of 5-8 m, a height of 2-3 m and a thickness of 3-35 mm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the organic coating steel plate, the curing agents are used, the curing agents with higher polarity such as dendritic polyamidoamine, hyperbranched polyamideimide, hyperbranched polyimide, hyperbranched polyamide and the like are adopted in the primer and the finish, the molecular polarity of organic matters in the coating is improved, the conductivity of the coating can be improved, and when local corrosion is generated due to damage of the local coating, zinc powder used as cathode protection can more easily play a role in sacrificial protection of steel. The dendritic or hyperbranched structure is introduced to increase the overall fluidity of the coating, so that the coating has better leveling property, and the coating can rapidly flow and level after being sprayed on the surface of a steel plate. The dendritic or hyperbranched structure is introduced, so that more reactive groups at the molecular chain terminal are provided under the condition of consistent molecular weight, the curing capability of the curing agent can be improved, and the curing process is accelerated. The introduction of the dendritic or hyperbranched structure can further improve the crosslinking density of the polymer film substance in the coating, thereby improving the flexibility and the bendability of the coating.
Secondly, in the selection of the resin, the epoxy resin in the primer of the organic coating steel plate provided by the invention is rich in oxygen atoms and has an excellent adsorption effect on the surface of steel, bisphenol S is used as diphenol for synthesizing the epoxy resin, a sulfone group structure contained in the diphenol can promote the adsorption performance of the epoxy resin coating on the surface of the steel, and the coating has better binding force after the bisphenol S structure is introduced. In the presence of the curing agent, the adhesion of the coating to the steel surface and the strength of the coating are further improved in the presence of dipole interaction.
Thirdly, in the aspect of curing conditions, the curing temperature of the primer and the finish of the organic coating steel plate is low and is not more than 300 ℃, the curing time is short, and the curing is completed within 0.5 h. The curing temperature of the paint film coating is low and is not more than 300 ℃, and the strength of the steel plate can not be reduced due to the heat treatment process. If the heat treatment temperature exceeds 600 ℃ or more, for example, the steel plate for enameling results in a decrease in the strength of the steel plate, so that the amount of steel used in constructing bolted cans of the same size is greatly increased.
Fourthly, in the aspect of surface treatment degree of the steel plate, the organic coating steel plate provided by the invention has low requirement on the cleanliness of the surface treatment of the steel plate, can meet the cleanliness requirement of the coating engineering of the organic coating at Sa2, can meet the requirement at Sa1 in occasions with low requirement on the service life of the tank body, and has obvious process and cost advantages compared with enamel. The enamel is an enamel compatible with metal two phases, the cleanness and impurity composition of the metal surface can seriously affect the performance of an enamel layer, and the cleanness grade of surface treatment is required to be more than Sa2.5.
Fifthly, in the aspect of surface roughness, the roughness of the surface of the steel plate substrate of the organic coating steel plate can meet the coating engineering requirement of the coating only by reaching 10-30 μm.
Sixthly, in terms of performance, the strength of the organic coated steel sheet of the present invention is not reduced in the coating and curing processes unlike the enamel steel sheet; in the aspect of adhesion performance, the organic coating has excellent adhesion performance, and has the best 0-grade adhesion performance when being detected according to the standard of GB/T9286; the hardness and the wear resistance can reach 86-90D Shore hardness, and the wear resistance is excellent; can satisfy 300m in bending property3The manufacturing radian requirement of the small-sized bolt connection tank is met; in the aspect of impact resistance, the detection is carried out according to the standard of GB/T9286, and no cracking or falling-off occurs under the conditions that the diameter of the punch is 16 +/-0.3 mm and the depth of the pit is 2.5 +/-0.3 mm; in the aspects of durability and acid and alkali resistance, a 10 wt% sodium hydroxide solution is soaked for 8500h at 80 ℃ and has no obvious change, a 10 wt% sulfuric acid solution is soaked for 8500h at 80 ℃, a xylene solution is soaked for 1 year at normal temperature and has no obvious change, a water boiling temperature and a salt spray test show that the solution is soaked for 10000h and has no obvious change.
