Abstract
The invention provides an ecological magnetization filtering system based on aquatic plants, which is characterized in that a first filtering assembly is arranged and comprises a plurality of fiber box units, the fiber box units are mutually clamped to form a fiber filtering layer, a second filtering assembly comprises a plurality of guide plates, a magnetic flocculating agent and a magnetic filter screen, the guide plates are arranged in the fiber box units, the magnetic flocculating agent is injected into the fiber box units and flows along the guide plates, the magnetic filter screen is arranged on the water outlet surface of the fiber box units, a third filtering assembly comprises a plurality of aquatic plants, and the aquatic plants are uniformly planted on the water inlet surface of the fiber box. Compared with the prior art, the invention carries out triple filtration through fiber filtration, magnetic filtration and ecological filtration, thereby improving the filtration effect of the polluted water.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to water quality filtration, in particular to an ecological magnetization filtration system based on aquatic plants.
Background
The main treatment technologies at present in China comprise gravity precipitation, advection precipitation and filtration. The treatment process carries out turbid water purification treatment. The traditional process for treating turbid circulating water of steel and iron has large floor area, long flow and low treatment efficiency, limits the production efficiency of production enterprises, and can influence the product quality due to the effluent water quality, the magnetic separation technology is to separate impurity particles in wastewater by utilizing the magnetism of the impurity particles, and for non-magnetic or weakly magnetic particles in water, the magnetic inoculation technology can enable the particles to have magnetism, and magnetic suspended solids in the wastewater are separated under the action of an external magnetic field, so that the aim of purifying water is fulfilled, however, the purification is not thorough only by the magnetic separation technology, and comprehensive water quality treatment needs to be carried out by combining an ecological purification method.

In view of the above, the invention provides an ecological magnetization filtration system based on aquatic plants, which performs triple filtration through fiber filtration, magnetic filtration and ecological filtration, and improves the filtration effect of polluted water.

Referring to fig. 1 to 2, two adjacent fiber box units 1 are clamped by a first clamping member 11 and a second clamping member 12, the first clamping member 11 includes a first clamping plate 111, a second clamping plate 112, a first clamping groove 113 and a second clamping groove 114, the second clamping member 12 includes a third clamping plate 121, a fourth clamping plate 122, a third clamping groove 123 and a fourth clamping groove 124, the first clamping plate 111 is clamped in the third clamping groove 123, the second clamping plate 112 is clamped in the fourth clamping groove 124, the third clamping plate 121 is clamped in the first clamping groove 113, the fourth clamping plate 122 is clamped in the second clamping groove 114, the first clamping member 11 and the second clamping member 12 are both F-shaped clamping members, the guide plates 2 are obliquely and upwards arranged in the fiber box units 1 with the sewage inlet as the starting end, a plurality of the guide plates 2 are parallel to each other and have equal intervals, a cavity 21 is formed between two adjacent guide plates 2, the magnetic flocculating agent 3 flows in the cavity 21 under the impact of sewage, the aquatic plant 5 is rush, and the magnetic filter screen 4 is a high gradient magnetic filter screen.

Because the purifying capacities of different aquatic plants to pollutants are different and the purifying capacities of the same aquatic plant to different pollutants are also different, the removal rate of the cane shoots and the arrowheads to the BOD of the urban sewage can reach more than 80 percent, the removal rate of organic pollutants of the petroleum wastewater by the reed, the cattail, the eyebright herb, the anemone can reduce the COD in the wastewater of food factories by 70 to 80 percent and the BOD by 60 to 90 percent. Therefore, more suitable aquatic plants are needed to be selected according to local conditions, steel plants mainly contain harmful substances such as phenol, cyanogen and the like, the phenol purifying capacity of the halophyte rush, the rush and the allium mongolicum regel is very strong, and the phenol absorption of 100g of plants in 100h is 204mg/L, 230mg/L and 202mg/L respectively, so the rush with the highest absorption capacity is selected.

referring to fig. 1 to fig. 2, an ecological magnetized filtration system based on aquatic plants according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown, and the present embodiment further adopts the following improvements on the basis of the above embodiments: two adjacent fiber box units 1 are clamped by a first clamping piece 11 and a second clamping piece 12, the first clamping piece 11 comprises a first clamping plate 111, a second clamping plate 112, a first clamping groove 113 and a second clamping groove 114, the second clamping piece 12 comprises a third clamping plate 121, a fourth clamping plate 122, a third clamping groove 123 and a fourth clamping groove 124, the first clamping plate 111 is clamped in the third clamping groove 123, the second clamping plate 112 is clamped in the fourth clamping groove 124, the third clamping plate 121 is clamped in the first clamping groove 113, the fourth clamping plate 122 is clamped in the second clamping groove 114, avoiding grooves are formed in the first clamping groove 113, the second clamping groove 114, the third clamping groove 123 and the fourth clamping groove 124, and the problem that the first clamping piece 11 and the second clamping piece 12 are difficult to disassemble due to too tight clamping is avoided.
