Description

Ozone water generating device, ozone micro-nano bubble water device, application of ozone micro-nano bubble water device and household appliance
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of household appliances, in particular to an ozone water generating device, an ozone micro-nano bubble water device, application thereof and a household appliance, and more particularly relates to the ozone water generating device, the ozone micro-nano bubble water device, a method for preparing the ozone micro-nano bubble water by using the ozone micro-nano bubble water device and the household appliance.
Background
The micro-nano bubbles have long retention time in water; the size of the bubbles is small, so that the bubbles can deeply enter pores and fiber gaps can be deeply cleaned; the bubble blasting can generate strong impact force to break stains; has the characteristics of double electric layers, oil stain adsorption and the like, thereby being widely concerned by people. Ozone has the performance of efficiently sterilizing and decomposing organic matters, can be completely decomposed into harmless oxygen, and does not have harmful substance residues, so the ozone has important application in the fields of sterilization, disinfection, pesticide residue decomposition and the like. The ozone and micro-nano bubble technology are combined, the prepared ozone micro-nano bubble fully utilizes the advantages of the ozone micro-nano bubble and the ozone micro-nano bubble, and the ozone micro-nano bubble are widely applied to the fields of sterilization and disinfection, fruit and vegetable fresh keeping, cleaning, sewage treatment and the like.
However, at present, the related research on the ozone micro-nano bubbles still needs to be conducted deeply.
Disclosure of Invention
It should be noted that the present invention is based on the discovery by the inventors of the following facts and problems:
1) most of existing ozone micro-nano bubble generators inject ozone generated by ozone generators into a dissolved air tank after being pressurized by a booster pump to generate ozone micro-nano bubbles. Because the pressure at the outlet end of the booster pump is very high, gas is difficult to inject into the dissolved gas tank, and the pressure at the inlet end of the booster pump is relatively low, the ozone inlet is generally arranged at the inlet end of the booster pump, and the booster pump is used for boosting the gas-liquid mixed two-phase fluid. Once ozone passes through the booster pump, when ozone gas is mixed in water, the pressure at the outlet of the booster pump is reduced, and the problems of cavitation and corrosion of ozone on materials of the booster pump also occur, so that the service life of the booster pump is influenced. In addition, the gas can also cause the vibration of the booster pump to be aggravated after entering the booster pump, so that vibration noise is generated, and the user experience is influenced.
2) The existing ozone generator mainly generates ozone by electrolyzing air. The generation principle is that plasma is used for ionizing air, a part of oxygen in the air is ionized into ozone, and the generation efficiency is only 10-50% according to the power of the device. However, most of the air is nitrogen, the oxygen content is only 20%, and the ozone generation amount is very limited. On the other hand, the ionized air can oxidize the nitrogen to generate a part of nitrogen oxides, and the nitrogen oxides are very easy to dissolve in water and generate nitrous acid or nitric acid, which is not good for human health.
In view of the above, the invention provides an ozone water generating device, an ozone micro-nano bubble water device, applications thereof and a household appliance.
