When the casing film is installed, the cam 28 is rotated forward manually to rotate the second rotating shaft 29 connected with the cam 28, the first rotating shaft 6 is rotated synchronously when the second rotating shaft 29 rotates due to the connection between the first rotating shaft 6 and the second rotating shaft 29 through the butting cylinder 30, and the first rotating shaft 6 is also rotated synchronously due to the threaded connection between the first rotating shaft 6 and the first flange 7, so that when the first rotating shaft 6 rotates, the first rotating shaft 6 moves to the direction far away from the first flange 7, and secondly, because the baffle ring is welded on the outer surface of the first rotating shaft 6 at the position close to the rotating seat 5, when the first rotating shaft 6 moves, the baffle ring is driven to move to one end far away from the fixed rubber roller 3, the front end of the rotating seat 5 is pressed to the direction close to the compression spring 13, so that the fixed rubber roller 4 is separated from the fixed rubber roller 3, and then the casing film passes through the space between the fixed rubber roller 3 and the fixed rubber roller 4, after the device is installed, the rotating cam 28 is rotated manually in the reverse direction, so that the first rotating shaft 6 moves towards the direction close to the fixed rubber roller 3 under the action of the threads between the first flange plate 7 and the first rotating shaft, the compression spring 13 at the front end of the rotating seat 5 pushes the top end of the rotating seat 5 to move towards the cylinder 9, then the lower end of the rotating seat 5 moves towards the direction close to the fixed rubber roller 3, the butt gear 21 on one side of the movable rubber roller 4 is meshed with the transmission gear 25 on one side of the fixed rubber roller 3, the clamping of the casing film can be freely controlled, the device can be matched with an automatic clutch module for use, and the use stability of the device is improved.
During driving, the driving gear 14 is driven to rotate through the output shaft on one side of the speed changer, the driving gear 14 is meshed with the driven gear 16, so when the driving gear 14 rotates, the driven gear 16 also rotates, and because the driven gear 16 is meshed with the transmission gear 25, when the driven gear 16 rotates, the transmission gear 25 also correspondingly rotates, and finally the fixed rubber roller 3 is driven to rotate, secondly, when the movable rubber roller 4 moves towards the fixed rubber roller 3, the butt joint gear 21 on one side of the movable rubber roller 4 is meshed with the transmission gear 25 on one side of the fixed rubber roller 3, so when the fixed rubber roller 3 rotates, the movable rubber roller 4 also synchronously rotates, the casing film fixed between the movable rubber roller 3 and the fixed rubber roller 4 is conveyed, and the traction speed of the film pre-discharging mechanism can be adjusted through the speed changer during production.

A film pre-discharging mechanism is characterized by comprising a supporting module, a fixed roller module, a movable roller module, a driving module, an automatic clutch module and a manual clutch module, wherein the fixed roller module is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the top end of the supporting module and close to the front end;
the supporting module comprises a bracket (1), screws (22) and cylindrical pins (23), wherein a base (2) is arranged on one side of the bracket (1), the outer surface of the other side of the base (2) is fixedly connected with the cylindrical pins (23) through the screws (22), the number of the screws (22) is two, and the two screws (22) are arranged on two sides of the cylindrical pins (23) respectively;
the fixed roller module comprises a first shaft lever (17), the first shaft lever (17) is movably arranged between the bracket (1) and the base (2) through a bearing, a fixed rubber roller (3) is sleeved at the outer side of the outer surface of the first shaft lever (17) close to the bracket (1), and a transmission gear (25) is sleeved at the outer side of the outer surface of the first shaft lever (17) close to the base (2);
the movable roller module comprises a rotating seat (5), a fixed shaft (18) is arranged between the bracket (1) and the base (2) and close to the cylindrical pin (23), the rotating seat (5) is movably mounted on the outer surface of the fixed shaft (18), shaft sleeves (19) are respectively movably mounted on the outer surface of the fixed shaft (18) and close to two ends of the outer surface of the fixed shaft (18), the two shaft sleeves (19) are embedded in the positions, close to the fixed shaft (18), of the bracket (1) and the base (2) respectively, a second shaft lever (20) is movably mounted at the bottom end of the rotating seat (5) through a bearing, a movable rubber roller (4) is sleeved on the outer surface of the second shaft lever (20) and close to the outer side of the bracket (1), and a butt gear (21) is sleeved on the outer surface of the second shaft lever (20) and;
the driving module comprises a speed changer, the speed changer is positioned on one side of the base (2) far away from the bracket (1), an output shaft is arranged at the center of one side of the speed changer close to the base (2), and a driving gear (14) is fixedly connected to the outer surface of the output shaft;
the automatic clutch module comprises an air cylinder (9) and a first mounting plate (10), the air cylinder (9) is located at the rear end of the bracket (1), the air cylinder (9) is fixedly mounted on the outer surface of one side of the first mounting plate (10) through bolts, a jacking pin (8) is fixedly connected to the outer surface of the front end of the air cylinder (9), a second flange plate (11) and a first flange plate (7) are respectively arranged at two sides of the bracket (1) close to the driving gear (14), an adjusting bolt (12) is connected to the outer surface of the second flange plate (11) through threads, and a compression spring (13) is arranged between the adjusting bolt (12) and the rotating seat (5);
manual separation and reunion module includes first pivot (6), first pivot (6) front end passes through screw thread movable mounting and is close to one side of rotating seat (5) in first ring flange (7), and first pivot (6) keep away from the one end of first ring flange (7) and have a butt joint section of thick bamboo (30) through bolt fixed mounting, and the internal surface of butt joint section of thick bamboo (30) has second pivot (29) through bolt fixed mounting, the fixed surface of second pivot (29) installs cam (28).
