When the dyestuff is discharged, the sleeve 11 can be pulled to move upwards, the sleeve 11 moves upwards to drive the limiting rod 12 to move upwards, the limiting rod 12 moves upwards and is not in contact with the charging box 3, and then the sleeve 107 moves upwards and is in contact with the limiting block 13, so that the upper part of the movable rod 92 can be pushed to move rightwards, and the discharging pipe 6 is not blocked by the first material blocking plate 8. When the sleeve 11 moves upwards to a proper position, a user pushes the guide rod 15 to move rightwards, the fifth spring 17 is compressed, the guide rod 15 moves rightwards to drive the inserted link 16 to move rightwards, the inserted link 16 moves rightwards to be inserted into the insertion hole 18, the inserted link 16 is matched with the insertion hole 18 to fix the sleeve 11, and therefore the upper portion of the movable rod 92 can be pushed to move rightwards. When the user releases the movable rod 92 to reset, the guide rod 15 moves leftwards due to the action of the fifth spring 17, so that the inserted rod 16 moves leftwards to be separated from the inserting hole 18, and the sleeve 11 moves downwards to reset. Thus, when the movable lever 92 is pushed, the movement of the sleeve 11 is prevented from causing the stopper rod 12 to come into contact with the charging box 3 prematurely.
