Trams are a common type of public transportation vehicle, which generally consists of a vehicle head and several carriages. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. The cab chassis 2 is located at the bottom side of the cockpit, and a floor is generally installed at the upper side of the cab chassis 2 to provide a space for a driver to move, and a chair or the like is also generally installed on the floor. Alternatively, the vehicle head structure may be connected to the main vehicle body structure by bolts or rivets, for example, the headwall 1 is connected to the main vehicle body structure by bolts or rivets.
The anti-collision waist rail 3 is semi-annular and has an opening facing the end wall 1, and the anti-collision waist rail 3 is fixedly connected to the upper side of the locomotive underframe 2; the headstock underframe 2 and the anti-collision waist beam 3 are both fixedly connected to the bottom of one side face of the end wall 1; here, in the long-term work practice of the inventor, it was found that most of the impacts on the car head occurred at the bottom of the car head during the traveling of the tramcar, and in the car head structure of the present embodiment, the car head underframe 2 and the impact-proof wale 3 were fixedly connected to the bottom of the front side surface of the headwall 1, and the impact-proof structure was not installed on the upper side of the impact-proof wale 3, so that not only the weight of the car head can be reduced, but also the safety of the car head is not reduced.
The two connecting parts of the anti-collision waist rail 3 and the end wall 1 are respectively provided with an inclined rib 4, and the inclined ribs 4 are respectively fixedly connected with the anti-collision waist rail 3 and the end wall 1; here, the diagonal reinforcement 4 can greatly improve the stability of the connection between the impact wale 3 and the end wall 1.
The anti-collision waist rail 3 is formed by buckling and welding a plurality of cross beams 31 end to end, horizontal flanges 32 are respectively and fixedly arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the inner side surface of each cross beam 31, and a first vertical plate 331 is fixedly connected between the horizontal flanges 32 at the upper end and the lower end. As shown in fig. 3, one mask mount 34 is provided on each of the left and right sides of the end member 31A, and one mask mount 34 is provided on each of the front side member 31B, the center side member 31C, and the rear side member 31D. Optionally, the second vertical plate 332 is fixedly connected to the inner side surface of the vertical plate 35.
In this embodiment, a coupler mounting seat 26 is disposed on the second side plate 22 of the head chassis 2 away from the end wall 1, and a floor mounting seat 27 and a seat mounting seat 28 are disposed on the upper side of the head chassis 2. Here, a hook may be attached to the coupler mounting seat 26, a floor may be attached to the floor mounting seat 27, and a seat may be attached to the seat mounting seat 28. As shown in fig. 4, the upper and lower sides of the first, second and two third side plates are provided with flanges, so that the strength of the vehicle head chassis 2 is greatly improved. Alternatively, the height of the fourth side plate 24 positioned at the upper side gradually decreases in the front-to-rear direction, and the angle between the fourth side plate 24 positioned at the upper side and the horizontal plane may be 15 ° to 25 °.
In this embodiment, an anti-creeper mounting seat 5 is installed on the front side surface of the locomotive underframe 2.
