The invention provides a ground steering device of an air cushion type landing gear system and a control method thereof. The retractable undercarriage with the steering mechanism comprises an unlocking actuating cylinder, a retractable actuating cylinder, a piston rod, an undercarriage outer cylinder, a steering mechanism, a torsion arm and an airplane wheel; the bottom of the air cushion type landing system is provided with a supporting plate, an outer cylinder of the landing gear is connected with the bottom of the supporting plate of the air cushion type landing system through an unlocking actuating cylinder and a retracting actuating cylinder, an airplane wheel structure is connected below the outer cylinder of the landing gear sequentially through a steering mechanism and a piston rod, and the steering mechanism is connected with the airplane wheel structure through a torsion arm. The air cushion type landing system replaces the traditional wheel type landing gear, reduces the overall quality of the airplane, lowers the requirements on the taking-off and landing site, greatly expands the taking-off and landing environment of the fixed wing airplane and solves the problem of poor operation performance of the traditional air cushion type landing system.

Technical Field

The amphibious take-off and landing aircraft is a hotspot of controversial research in various countries, and the air cushion landing gear is one of landing gears for realizing amphibious take-off and landing, can adapt to various complicated take-off and landing terrains, and greatly expands the take-off and landing environment of fixed wing airplanes.
The airbed landing gear was developed in the last 70 th century. The air cushion is characterized in that an annular elastic air cushion body with holes is arranged at the bottom of an airplane body, when the bag pressure in the air cushion body is increased, the internal air is discharged from an exhaust hole, and when the air is filled in a cavity formed by the annular air cushion body and the ground, the air overflows from the cavity, so that an air lubricating layer is formed between the air cushion body and the ground. When the airplane flies, the air in the air cushion body is pumped away and is tightly adsorbed on the airplane body. When the air cushion body is filled with gas, the elastic material extends outwards to form a slender air bag protruding out of the bottom of the airplane, and when the airplane lands, the purpose of buffering is achieved by pressure relief and energy consumption through compression deformation of the air cushion body and air leakage of the exhaust hole.
Hovercraft is an important component of amphibious aircraft design. The ground handling performance of the hoverboard system is one of the key technologies of the hoverboard system. Most of the existing airplane types adopt a rear propeller air rudder, and the problem of the form is that a rectifying support arm needs to be installed, so that the weight of the airplane is increased, and the pneumatic performance of the whole airplane is poor.
At present, the research on the air cushion landing gear abroad is still in the exploration stage, the scheme design on the air cushion landing gear at home is still in the blank, the patent provides a design scheme for the air cushion landing gear, and provides a scheme for the air cushion landing gear and the course control mode of the air cushion landing gear.
