Detailed Description
In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the disclosure, reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments of the disclosure as illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a stepping device in a use state according to the present invention; FIG. 2 is a side view of the stepping apparatus shown in FIG. 1; FIG. 3 is a side view of the stepping apparatus of the present invention in a non-use state.
The stepping device provided by the embodiment is used for a truck, and is particularly installed on a rear baffle plate 70 of the truck; the rear cargo barrier 70 of the truck is used to open or close the rear port of the cargo box for loading and unloading cargo; the rear barrier 70 is substantially flush with the floor of the cargo box when in the open position.
In this embodiment, the rear barrier 70 is a hollow structure having an inner cavity, and the step device is specifically mounted in the inner cavity of the rear barrier 70; specifically, the rear barrier 70 includes an outer panel 72, an inner panel 71, and a connecting plate 74 connecting the two, with a cavity formed between the outer panel 72 and the inner panel 71, in which the pedal device is installed.
Typically, a handle 73 is provided on the outer panel 72 of the rear barrier 70 to facilitate opening of the rear barrier 70 when opening the cargo box.
As shown in fig. 1, the stepping apparatus includes a guide rail 10, a moving hinge 20, a connecting rod 30, a pedal mounting bracket 40, and a pedal 50.
The movable hinge 20 is slidably connected with the guide rail 10, one end of the connecting rod 30 is hinged with the movable hinge 20, the other end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the pedal mounting rack 40, and the pedal 50 is mounted on the pedal mounting rack 40; the connecting rod 30 is able to slide along the guide 10 with the mobile hinge 20 to switch between a use condition and a non-use condition, and is configured to:
in the non-use state, the connecting rod 30 and the pedal 50 are both accommodated in the inner cavity of the rear baffle 70, as shown in fig. 3;
in the use position, the connecting rod 30 and the footrests 50 are extended out of the rear barrier 70, and the connecting rod 30 is rotated downwardly about the moving hinge 20 to the limit position such that the footrests 50 are parallel to the ground, as shown in fig. 1 and 2.
It will be appreciated that in use of the stepping apparatus, the rear barrier 70 is in an open cargo box condition which is substantially flush with the floor of the cargo box of the wagon, i.e. the rear barrier 70 is also in a substantially flush condition with the floor.
When the rear barrier 70 is just opened, the stepping device is accommodated in the rear barrier 70, as shown in fig. 3, when the stepping device is used, a worker pulls the pedal mounting rack 40 outwards, because the pedal mounting rack 40 is fixedly connected with the connecting rod 30, the connecting rod 30 is hinged with the moving hinge 20, and the moving hinge 20 is slidably connected with the guide rail 10, when the pedal mounting rack 40 is pulled outwards, the pedal mounting rack 40, the connecting rod 30 and the moving hinge 20 slide outwards along the guide rail 10 together, when the connecting rod 30 extends out of the rear barrier 70 completely, the connecting rod 30 is not limited by the rear barrier 70, and rotates downwards around the moving hinge 20 under the action of gravity, although the connecting rod 30 can also be rotated downwards around the moving hinge 20 manually, the pedal mounting rack 40 rotates towards the direction close to the ground, and cannot rotate continuously after the connecting rod 30 rotates downwards to the extreme position, at this time, the pedal 50 mounted on the pedal mounting rack 40 is parallel to the ground, as shown in fig. 2, and the stepping device is in a use state.
It will be appreciated that in the use position of the step apparatus, the treads 50 are located between the floor and the floor of the cargo box, the floor, the treads and the floor of the cargo box forming a step structure, and the steps 50 allow access to the cargo box by a worker.
In actual installation, the height from the ground and the height from the floor of the container can be set according to requirements when the pedal 50 is in a use state; it will be appreciated that the height of the step 50 from the ground or from the floor of the cargo box in the use state, the length of the connecting rod 30, the rotation angle of the connecting rod 30 about the moving hinge 20, etc., can be set according to the actual application.
When the stepping device is not required, the above operation can be reversed, that is, the connecting rod 30 is rotated upward around the movable hinge 20 to a state parallel to the ground, and the pedal-mounting bracket 40 is pushed inward, so that the pedal-mounting bracket 40 and the connecting rod 30 are retracted toward the inside of the rear barrier 70 along with the movable hinge 20 to a state shown in fig. 3.
It should be noted that the terms of orientation, inward and outward, are defined with reference to the interior cavity of the cargo box or the interior cavity of the rear barrier 70, with the direction toward the interior cavity of the cargo box or the interior cavity of the rear barrier 70 being inward and the direction away from the interior cavity of the cargo box or the interior cavity of the rear barrier 70 being outward; the upper and lower azimuth terms are based on the azimuth of the truck in normal operation; the same applies hereinafter; it is to be understood that the directional terms are used merely for clarity and convenience in describing the technical solutions and should not be construed as limiting the scope of protection.
It should also be noted that the above-described deck 50 is not absolutely parallel in an exponential sense to the ground, it being understood that the deck 50 may be substantially parallel to the ground to facilitate safe ingress and egress of personnel into and from the cargo box.
It can be understood that a limit structure is provided between the guide rail 10 and the moving hinge 20 to prevent the moving hinge 20 from falling off the guide rail 10.
In order to ensure the stability and safety of the stepping device, in the illustrated scheme, the stepping device is provided with two guide rails 10 arranged in parallel, and correspondingly, two movable hinges 20 and two connecting rods 30 are provided, and the two connecting rods 30 are respectively fixedly connected with two ends of a pedal mounting rack 40.
In a specific scheme, a limit structure is arranged between the movable hinge 20 and the connecting rod 30 to limit the downward rotation angle of the connecting rod 30 around the movable hinge 20. It can be understood that under the action of the limiting structure, the connecting rod 30 can only rotate downwards around the moving hinge 20 by a set angle, and after the connecting rod 30 rotates downwards around the moving hinge 20 by the set angle, the connecting rod 30 cannot rotate further, which is the limiting position of the connecting rod 30 rotating downwards around the moving hinge 20, at this time, the pedal 50 is substantially parallel to the ground and is in a usable state.
In a specific scheme, the guide rail 10 is arranged perpendicular to the movable end of the rear baffle 70, that is, when the rear baffle 70 is in an open state, the guide rail 10 is perpendicular to the opening direction of the cargo box, so that the telescopic stroke of the pedal mounting rack 40 and the connecting rod 30 is designed to be relatively shortest; it will be understood that, on the basis of this, the axis of articulation of the connecting rod 30 with the mobile hinge 20 is perpendicular to the guide 10.
Please refer to fig. 4 to 6 together, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of the movable hinge shown in fig. 1; FIG. 5 is a schematic view of the end of the connecting rod of FIG. 1 connected to a moving hinge; fig. 6 is a sectional view illustrating a connection portion of the moving hinge shown in fig. 4 and the connection rod shown in fig. 5.
As shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, the movable hinge 20 includes two side plates 21 disposed in parallel, a hinge shaft 22 is fixed to the end of each side plate 21, and a bottom plate 23 is fixed to the bottom end of each side plate 21. The hinge shaft 22 is disposed perpendicular to the extending direction of the guide rail 10.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, both side portions of the hinged end of the connecting rod 30 have notches 31 adapted to the hinge shaft 22, and the connecting rod 30 is rotatably fitted to the hinge shaft 22 through the notches 31.
As shown in fig. 6, in the using state, after the connecting rod 30 rotates downwards around the moving hinge 20 by a set angle, the bottom plate 23 of the moving hinge 20 abuts against the connecting rod 30 to limit the relative position of the two, that is, to prevent the connecting rod 30 from continuing to rotate downwards, in other words, the connecting rod 30 rotates downwards around the moving hinge 20 to a position where the bottom plate 23 abuts against the connecting rod 30, which is a limit position of the connecting rod 30 rotating downwards.
It can be seen that in this solution, the bottom plate 23 of the mobile hinge 20 forms the aforesaid limit structure.
Further, to prevent the connecting rod 30 from being separated from the movable hinge 20, a limiting plate 32 bent toward the top of the connecting rod 30 is fixed at the bottom of the hinged end, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, and after the assembly, the hinge shaft 22 is located in a space formed by the limiting plate 32 and the two notches 31.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8 together, fig. 7 is an exploded view of the pedal mounting bracket and the pedal according to the embodiment; FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of the step mount of FIG. 7 assembled with the step.
As shown in fig. 7, in this embodiment, the pedal mounting bracket 40 includes a mounting plate 41 and a support plate 42 fixed to the inner side of the mounting plate 41 at a predetermined angle.
In this embodiment, the pedal 50 is hinged to the inner side of the mounting plate 41 through the pin 43, and in the use state, the pedal 50 is supported by the support plate 42; as will be understood from the foregoing description of fig. 1 and 2, in the use state, the step 50 is substantially parallel to the ground, that is, the support plate 42 supporting the step 50 is also substantially parallel to the ground.
In this embodiment, the step plate 50 is hinged to the mounting plate 41, so that when the step plate is received in the rear rail 70, the step plate 50 can be rotated in a direction away from the mounting plate 41 according to the space of the inner cavity of the rear rail 70, and thus, the width of the step plate 50 can be designed to be relatively wide, which is convenient for a worker to step on when using.
Naturally, in practical applications, the pedal 50 may also be fixedly mounted on the pedal mounting bracket 40, for example, the pedal mounting bracket 40 still adopts the above structure, and the pedal 50 is fixed to the supporting plate 42 by a fixing connection manner (such as welding, bolting, etc.); or the pedal mounting bracket 40 may be provided with only the mounting plate 41, and the pedal 50 is directly fixedly connected to the inner side of the mounting plate 41 as long as the use strength is ensured.
Further, in the non-use state, the mounting plate 41 of the pedal mounting bracket 40 is flush with the end of the rear barrier 70. It will be appreciated that in order to facilitate the extension and retraction of the step device relative to the rear barrier 70, an opening is provided at the end of the rear barrier 70 to accommodate the step device, and in the non-use state, the mounting plate 41 of the step mounting bracket 40 is flush with the end of the rear barrier 70 to facilitate the engagement of the rear barrier 70 with the opening of the cargo box, thereby preventing the step device from interfering with the rear barrier 70 due to protrusion of the step device or being inconvenient to pull out due to retraction of the step device into the rear barrier 70.
It can be understood that the predetermined angle between the mounting plate 41 and the supporting plate 42 of the pedal mounting bracket 40 is related to the set angle of the downward rotation of the connecting rod 30 and the relative position relationship between the mounting plate 41 and the rear rail 70 in the non-use state, and can be set according to specific requirements in practical use.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the stepping device further comprises a locking mechanism 60, wherein the locking mechanism 60 is used for locking or unlocking the relative position of the pedal mounting rack 40 and the rear barrier 70; thus, the step device is prevented from protruding from the rear barrier 70 when the step device is not required to be used, and the step mounting bracket 40 can be pulled out from the rear barrier 70 only when the step device is required to be used by unlocking the step mounting bracket 40 and the rear barrier 70 by the locking mechanism 60.
Referring to FIG. 9, FIG. 9 is a simplified structural diagram of a locking mechanism of the stepping device in an embodiment.
The locking mechanism 60 includes a locking tongue 62 installed in the pedal mounting bracket 40 and a locking hook 64 fixedly installed on the rear rail 70, wherein the locking tongue 62 can be rotated to be locked with the locking hook 64 to fix the relative position of the pedal mounting bracket 40 and the rear rail 70, or the locking tongue 62 can be rotated to be disengaged from the locking hook 64 so as to release the locking between the pedal mounting bracket 40 and the rear rail 70.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9, the locking mechanism 60 further includes a button 61, the button 61 is disposed on the mounting plate 41 of the pedal mounting bracket 40, the latch 62 is rotatably connected to the pedal mounting bracket 40 through a rotating shaft 63, and a rotation center line thereof is perpendicular to the mounting plate 41; the inner end of the button 61 is abutted with the bolt 62, and the abutting position of the button and the bolt is of a cone structure and is configured as follows: when the button 61 is pressed, the inner end of the button 61 presses the latch 62 to rotate about the pivot 63 to disengage the catch 64, thereby unlocking the pedal-mounting bracket 40 to be pulled out relative to the rear rail 70. Fig. 9 shows a state in which the latch 62 is locked to the lock hook 64.
The matching position of the latch 62 and the lock hook 64 is also a cone structure, when the pedal mounting rack 40 is contracted, the latch 62 is contacted with the lock hook 64 and then rotates around the rotating shaft 63 under the extrusion of the lock hook 64, after the pedal mounting rack 40 is contracted in place, the latch 62 bypasses the lock hook 64 and returns under the action of gravity and a spring (not shown in the figure) to be blocked with the lock hook 64 so as to lock the pedal mounting rack 40 and the rear baffle plate 70.
In addition, a spring (not shown) is also provided at the button 61 so that the button 61 is returned after the button 61 is pressed.
The above-mentioned design of the locking tongue 62 and the locking hook 64, and the arrangement of the spring, etc. can refer to the design of the existing locking structure, and will not be described in detail here.
It is understood that the locking mechanism 60 can be designed as a conventional lock structure, in addition to the above structure, and a key is used to rotate the bolt to lock or unlock the bolt with the hook. And will not be described in detail herein.
The stepping device and the truck with the stepping device are described in detail above. The principles and embodiments of the present invention are explained herein using specific examples, which are presented only to assist in understanding the method and its core concepts.
