Detailed Description
To facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
It is to be noted that, unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used herein in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only, and is for the purpose of illustration only, such as "inner", "outer", "left", "right", and the like, and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a snow chain comprises a body 1, a fixing device (not shown) arranged at the left side of the body 1, a tightening device 3 arranged at the right side of the body 1, and six tightening ropes 4 uniformly distributed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the body 1.
Referring to fig. 2, the body 1 includes three round anti-slip strips 11 and six anti-slip sheets 12, and anti-slip lines are disposed on the surfaces of the anti-slip strips 11 and the anti-slip sheets 12. Three antislip strips 11 are arranged in parallel and are cylindrical, six antislip sheets 12 are arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the antislip strips 11 at equal intervals, the two ends of each antislip sheet 12 are flush with the outer side edges of the two antislip strips 11 on the outer side respectively, and the two ends of each antislip strip 11 and the two ends of each antislip sheet 12 form the outer side edge of the body 1 together.
As shown in fig. 3, the fixing device 2 includes a fixed disk 21 and six pulleys 22 installed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the fixed disk 21. The fixed disk 21 is formed by splicing two inserting pieces. Particularly, set up draw-in groove and the buckle of mutually supporting on two inserted sheets respectively, realize pegging graft each other of inserted sheet through the cooperation of draw-in groove and buckle. When the anti-skid chain needs to be installed, the fixed disc 21 is fixed on the axle through insertion.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the tightening device 3 includes a housing 31, a rotating column 32, and six ratchet bars 33. The rotary post 32 is rotatably disposed in the housing 31 and has six ratchets 34 and six grooves 36 spaced apart therefrom. The outer ends of the six ratchets 33 are respectively hinged on the six anti-slip sheets 12 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the other ends penetrate into the shell 31 from holes formed on the surface thereof and abut against the ratchets 34 of the rotating column 32. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the pawl 35 of the ratchet bar 33 cooperates with the teeth of the ratchet wheel 34 to allow the rotation of the rotation post 32 in only one direction. The six ratchets 33, however, penetrate the casing 31 from different directions against the rotation post 32 and also support the casing 31 and the rotation post 32, so that the tightening device 3 of the snow chain does not need to be fixed to the wheel.
The tightening ropes 4 are steel wire ropes, and six tightening ropes 4 are correspondingly arranged in the pulleys 2) in a penetrating way. The end part of the tightening rope 4 positioned on the left side of the body 1 is connected to the antiskid sheet 12, and the other end of the tightening rope 4 sequentially penetrates through the through hole 13 of the antiskid sheet 12 and the hole arranged on the shell 31 and is respectively connected to the grooves 36 of the rotary column 32.
When the rotary post 32 is rotated by rotating the knob 37, the rotary post 32 is wound around the tightening cord 4, so that the tightening cord 4 is tightened, thereby fixing the entire snow chain to the wheel. When the anti-skid chain is disassembled, the tightening rope 4 can be loosened only by opening the fixed disc 21, and the anti-skid chain can be disassembled quickly.
