Technical Field

Background
With the development of times, the multifunctional board has completely exposed corners on the market. The ecological board, also called melamine impregnated bond paper veneer artificial board, is a decorative board made by laying bond paper impregnated with amino resin on a plywood or a joinery board base material and hot-pressing. The ecological plate has the advantages of high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, moisture resistance, fire resistance and the like, and is popular with consumers.
Impregnated paper faced plywood and core-board are prone to surface cracking when used in the northern environment, and cannot be sold in the northern market. The national standard requires that the crack resistance of the surface of the ecological plate reaches more than 4 grades, but the products of most manufacturers can not meet the performance requirement so far.
Therefore, the cracking resistance is always a difficult problem to break through in the plate manufacturing industry. Disclosure of Invention

The ecological plate has poor cracking resistance, the main reason is the anisotropy of the veneer layer, and particularly in the dry environment in the north, the veneer is shrunk to cause the cracking of the plate surface; the principle of the invention is to add a layer of isotropic material on the veneer layer to solve the problem of cracking of the board surface.
In some embodiments of the invention, the impregnated crack resistant layer is selected from impregnated kraft paper, impregnated non-woven fabric, impregnated fiberglass fabric.
The invention further provides a method for toughening and modifying melamine resin used in a crack-resistant layer, and further improves the crack-resistant performance of an ecological board, so that the problem that the crack-resistant performance is improved by modifying the adhesive used for impregnating an adhesive film paper layer is solved, and the method has the advantages that: (1) the excellent performances of the surface layer dipped glue film paper layer, especially the scratch resistance and the cigarette burning resistance, are reserved; (2) the influence of the toughening agent on the appearance performance such as surface texture, color and the like is avoided; specifically, in some embodiments of the present invention, the dipping glue used for dipping the crack-resistant layer is a modified melamine adhesive; preferably, the modified melamine adhesive is: adding a toughening agent into a melamine adhesive, wherein the toughening agent is selected from one or more of polyvinyl acetate emulsion, carboxylic styrene-butadiene emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion, polyethylene-vinyl acetate emulsion and polyvinyl alcohol solution; more preferably, the toughening agent is added in a mass ratio of 3% to 5%.
