Abstract
A cutting tool for a pipe coating layer relates to the technical field of cutting tools, and comprises a hand-operated main body and at least one blade; the hand operation main body comprises a first main body piece and a second main body piece; one side of the first main body part and one side of the second main body part are hinged, and the first main body part and/or the second main body part are/is provided with a containing hole, a blade fixing position and a limiting part; the containing hole is used for passing through a pipe to be cut; the blade is arranged in a blade fixing position by utilizing a detachable structure, and the blade fixing position is positioned at the periphery of the accommodating hole, so that the blade can act on a pipe to be cut in the accommodating hole; the limiting part is positioned on the inner side of the accommodating hole and used for abutting against the end part of the pipe to be cut. The cutting tool is provided with the limiting part, the distance between the limiting part and the blade is the length of the cutting coating layer, and the cutting part can be ensured to be uniform in length; the position of the blade relative to the pipe to be cut is determined, so that the cutting depth is determined, and the pipe cannot be cut too deeply or too shallowly; under the coating of the hand-operated main body, the blade is not easy to scratch the body.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cutting tools, in particular to a cutting tool for a pipe coating layer.
Background
For some coated pipes, it is sometimes necessary to remove the coating from the end to allow for pipe joining or other machining operations. For example, when installing a gas pipe, it is necessary to cut a coating layer on the end portion. In the prior art, a push-pull type dermatome commonly used in the market is generally adopted for cutting, the cutting means is to push a buckle of the dermatome open, adjust a proper position and buckle the buckle, and rotate a circle of dermatome to take down a cut coating layer to finish cutting.

In order to solve at least one of the above technical problems, an embodiment of the present application provides a cutting tool for a pipe coating layer, including a hand-operated main body and at least one blade; the hand operation main body comprises a first main body piece and a second main body piece; one side of the first main body part and one side of the second main body part are hinged, and the first main body part and/or the second main body part are/is provided with a containing hole, a blade fixing position and a limiting part; the accommodating hole is used for passing through a pipe to be cut; the blade is arranged in the blade fixing position, and the blade fixing position is positioned at the periphery of the accommodating hole, so that the blade can act on a pipe to be cut in the accommodating hole; the limiting part is positioned on the inner side of the accommodating hole and used for abutting against the end part of the pipe to be cut.
In the above technical solution, further, a first side of the first main body is hinged to a first side of the second main body, a second side of the first main body opposite to the first side is provided with a first switch, a second side of the second main body opposite to the first side is provided with a second switch, and the first switch and the second switch are detachably connected.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present application provides a cutting tool for a pipe cladding layer, which includes a hand-operated main body, four blades, and a flat head bolt corresponding to the blades one by one.
The hand operation main body comprises a first main body piece and a second main body piece; one side of the first body piece and one side of the second body piece are hinged, so that the first body piece and the second body piece can be unfolded and closed relatively.
The first main body part and the second main body part are provided with accommodating holes, and the accommodating holes can be used for allowing pipes to be cut. First main part and second main part still are equipped with the fixed position of blade, and specifically, the fixed position of blade is the slot that sets up in the holding hole. The first main body part and the second main body part are also provided with limiting parts, specifically, the first main body part and the second main body part are both provided with cavities, a plurality of reinforcing ribs are arranged in the cavities, and the limiting parts are parts of the reinforcing ribs opposite to the accommodating holes. In some embodiments, the part of the reinforcing rib opposite to the accommodating hole is also provided with a positioning projection or a positioning rod.
After the end part of the pipe to be cut passes through the accommodating hole and abuts against the limiting part, positioning is completed.
In this embodiment, the hand-operated body is made of polypropylene, which has the advantages of low density, good bending fatigue resistance, voltage resistance, arc resistance, etc. Of course, this is only one embodiment of the present application, and the material of the hand-operated main body of the present application is not limited thereto, and may be other materials, and preferably, a plastic material with certain elasticity and anti-slip performance is used.
The blade is installed in the slot, copper inserts are arranged on the positions, corresponding to the slot, of the first main body part and the second main body part, threaded holes are formed in the copper inserts, the end portion of the flat-head bolt abuts against the blade after passing through the threaded holes, and the blade is fixed by means of friction force between the end portion of the flat-head bolt and the blade.
Of course, this is only one specific embodiment of the present application, and the manner of fixing the insert of the present application is not limited thereto, for example, in some embodiments, a through hole is provided on the insert, and the fixing of the insert is achieved by passing a bolt through the through hole. Further, the blade and the blade fixing positions are provided with holes through which the bolts can pass, at least one of the blade and the blade fixing positions is provided with at least two groups of holes, and when the bolts are matched with the holes of different groups, the depths of the blades in the slots are different.
In this embodiment, the insert is made of an alloy material with good wear resistance.
The cutting tool for the pipe coating layer provided by the embodiment of the application has the following using method:
the first main body part and the second main body part are unfolded at a certain angle, as shown in figure 1, the pipe to be cut is inserted into the accommodating hole until the end part of the pipe to be cut abuts against the limiting part; kneading the first main body piece and the second main body piece to enable the blade to cut the coating layer of the pipe to be cut; the kneading state is kept, and the manual operation main body is rotated for two or three circles to realize the circular cutting of the coating layer; and (4) unfolding the first main body piece and the second main body piece, and taking down the cut coating layer.
As shown in fig. 1-3, a set of accommodating holes, a blade fixing position and a limiting portion are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end of the hand-operated main body, namely, both ends of the hand-operated main body can complete cutting operation. On one hand, the method is favorable for adapting to the left and right hand use habits of different users; on the other hand, after the blade at one end is damaged, the blade at the other end can be used for continuously cutting, so that the reliability is higher.
In some embodiments, the cutting criteria are not the same at both ends. Specifically, one end of the first main body piece and one end of the second main body piece are provided with a first containing hole, a first blade fixing position and a first limiting part; the other end is provided with a second containing hole, a second blade fixing position and a second limiting part. The first containing hole and the second containing hole are different in size and can adapt to pipes to be cut with different diameters; the distance between the first blade fixing position and the first limiting part is not equal to the distance between the second blade fixing position and the second limiting part, and the lengths of the cut coating layers are different; the depth of the blades in the first blade fixing position and the second blade fixing position is different, the cutting depth of the pipe to be cut is different, and the cutting requirements of coating layers with different thicknesses are met.
FIG. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a cutting tool for pipe coatings according to an embodiment of the present application when a hand-operated body is deployed; fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a cutting tool for a pipe coating layer according to an embodiment of the present application when a hand-operated body is closed.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in the cutting tool for a tube covering layer provided in the embodiment of the present application, a first side of a first main body is hinged to a first side of a second main body, a second side of the first main body is provided with a hook, a second side of the second main body is provided with a jack, and the hook is in adaptive connection with the jack.

Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the present application provides a cutting tool for pipe cladding, which has at least two cutting modes of blades. As shown in fig. 6, opposing blades are provided on the first and second body members, the opposing blades acting together on the pipe to be cut; as shown in fig. 7, the blade is provided only on the first body member or the second body member, and a single blade is used for cutting.

1. A cutting tool for a pipe coating layer is characterized by comprising a hand-operated main body and at least one blade; the hand operation main body comprises a first main body piece and a second main body piece; one side of the first main body part and one side of the second main body part are hinged, and the first main body part and/or the second main body part are/is provided with a containing hole, a blade fixing position and a limiting part; the accommodating hole is used for passing through a pipe to be cut; the blade is arranged in the blade fixing position, and the blade fixing position is positioned at the periphery of the accommodating hole, so that the blade can act on a pipe to be cut in the accommodating hole; the limiting part is positioned on the inner side of the containing hole and used for limiting the pipe to be cut.

A cutting tool for pipe coatings according to claim 1, characterized in that a first side of said first body member is hinged to a first side of said second body member, a second side of said first body member opposite to said first side is provided with a first switch member, a second side of said second body member opposite to said first side is provided with a second switch member, said first switch member and said second switch member are detachably connected.

A cutting tool for pipe cladding according to claim 3, wherein the blade and blade holding station each have holes through which the bolt can pass, wherein at least one of the blade and blade holding station has at least two sets of holes, and wherein the depth of the blade in the slot is different when the bolt is engaged with a different set of holes.
