The patent application No. 201810181749.9 discloses a clamping device for clamping a sample during polishing of a polishing machine, which comprises an upper base, a lower base, a reciprocating motion frame, a pressure spring supporting seat, a pressure spring supporting rod, a pressure spring pressing rod, a sleeve, a material storage box, a pressing cover guide rod, a driving hook and a clamping assembly; the extrusion of the grinding paste is controlled by utilizing the balance principle of the friction force borne by the sample and the spring force of the pressure spring, and when the friction force is decomposed and is greater than the spring force of the pressure spring, the lower base slides and finally drives the pressing cover to slide downwards, so that the grinding paste is extruded; when the friction force is decomposed and is smaller than the spring force, the pressure spring pushes the pressure spring compression rod to return and finally drives the compression cover to slide upwards, and therefore the grinding paste is stopped being extruded; the polishing disc is repeatedly circulated, so that a proper amount of grinding paste is always stored on the friction surface between the polishing disc and the sample, the sample is effectively, stably and firmly clamped during polishing, and the polishing precision and the polishing quality are improved.
The structure of the patent is complex, and how to utilize a simple device to realize effective, stable and firm clamping of the sample during polishing is the problem solved by the research of the application.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a grinding, polishing and clamping device which comprises a bottom supporting seat and is characterized in that at least two ball screw supporting rods are vertically arranged at the top of the bottom supporting seat, a first driving mechanism is further arranged inside the bottom supporting seat and used for driving the ball screw supporting rods to move up and down, a motor mounting base is arranged on each ball screw supporting rod, a second driving mechanism is arranged on each motor mounting base, a circular fixing frame is arranged on each second driving mechanism, four clamping mechanisms are uniformly distributed on each circular fixing frame, clamps are arranged in the middles of the four clamping mechanisms, and the clamps are connected with the four clamping mechanisms through telescopic springs.
The bottom support seat is internally of a hollow structure.
The first driving mechanism is connected with a first driving motor, the second driving mechanism is connected with a second driving motor, and the first driving motor and the second driving motor work independently.
The clamp is also provided with a sponge sleeve.
In the above technical solution, the working principle of the grinding and polishing clamping device provided by the invention is as follows: firstly, clamping a polishing model to be polished by a spring telescopic clamping mechanism with a clamp, and then, adjusting the four clamping mechanisms to enable the model to be positioned in the center of the whole device; then, the first driving mechanism moves, and the model can move up and down to finish grinding and polishing at different heights; and finally, the second driving mechanism moves, and the model can rotate 360 degrees to finish grinding and polishing of different surfaces.

Fixture 7 adopts the flexible mode of spring, and when installing the model, spring 71 is compressed, and the model is pressed from both sides tightly by anchor clamps 8, accomplishes the centre gripping of model, makes things convenient for the later stage model burnishing and polishing.
The first driving mechanism 3 is connected with a first driving motor, the second driving mechanism 5 is connected with a second driving motor, the first driving motor and the second driving motor work independently, and a sponge sleeve is further arranged on the clamp.
In the above-described embodiment, the working principle is as follows: firstly, clamping a model to be polished by a spring telescopic clamping mechanism 7 with a clamp 8, and then, adjusting the four clamping mechanisms 7 to enable the model to be positioned in the center of the whole device; then, the first driving mechanism 3 moves, and the model can move up and down to finish grinding and polishing at different heights; and finally, the second driving mechanism 5 moves, and the model can rotate 360 degrees to finish grinding and polishing of different surfaces.
