Abstract
The invention discloses a cutter for deeply processing 2.5D and 3D glass panels, which consists of a cylindrical cutter body and a cutter handle, wherein the cutter body and the cutter handle are integrally formed; the method is characterized in that: the cutter body is divided into a rough polishing part, a fine polishing part and a hole polishing part according to different diameters; the outside of the knife body is covered with a strong adhesive layer and a polyamide polishing skin layer. According to the invention, the cutter bodies with different diameters are provided with the processing ends with different shapes, and the different processing ends are provided with the strong adhesive water layer and the polyurethane polishing skin layer, so that the hardness of the polyurethane layer is moderate, and the cutter not only can polish and polish glass, but also cannot damage the glass. The invention solves the problem that the production of glass with an arc surface is limited because of lack of equipment for polishing the arc surface, the through hole and the blind hole at the edge, only small-size glass can be simply and integrally polished, and large-size glass panels cannot be produced, and the requirements of 2.5D and 3D arc surface, through hole and blind hole polishing of the same cutter can be realized; the efficiency and the quality are improved, and the processing flow is simplified.

Background
At present, the commodities such as mobile phones, flat panels, industrial control, vehicle-mounted screens and the like are all provided with 2.5D or 3D touch screens. The 2.5D touch screen is a touch screen which is still pure plane, and the edge of the screen glass adopts a 2.5D cambered surface design; the 3D touch screen adopts an arc design in the middle or at the edge.
