2. when the drilling machine drills the alumina square tube, the drilling position of the square tube is sunken to a certain extent due to the fact that the drilling position of the square tube is not supported, and particularly the sunken degree of the square tube with a thinner tube wall is larger, so that the use of the alumina square tube is influenced.

The inner supporting mechanism comprises an upright post, an inner supporting column, an inner supporting block, an adjusting stud, a stabilizing seat, a stabilizing spring, a stabilizing clamping plate and a stirring block, the upright post is installed on the top of the left end of the operating platform, a square groove with a sliding groove formed in the side wall is formed in the right side face of the upright post, the left end of the inner supporting column is located in the square groove formed in the upright post, sliding blocks are arranged on the front side face and the rear side face of the left end of the inner supporting column, and the sliding blocks on the inner supporting column are connected with the sliding groove formed in the upper square groove of the upright post in a sliding;

As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the front side and the rear side of the upright post are respectively provided with a locking mechanism; the locking mechanism comprises a locking connecting column, a locking bolt, a limiting column and a locking clamping plate, the left end of the locking connecting column is arranged on the side surface of the upright column, the right end of the locking connecting column is arranged on the upper end surface of the middle part of the operating platform, and the middle part of the right end of the locking connecting column is connected with the middle part of the locking bolt in a thread fit mode;
the locking clamping plate is mounted on the inner end of the locking bolt through a bearing, the left end and the right end of the locking bolt are distributed with limiting columns, the inner ends of the limiting columns are mounted on the outer side face of the locking clamping plate, the outer ends of the limiting columns penetrate through the right end of the locking connecting column, in specific work, the locking mechanism can lock the square tube after the square tube is placed at a proper position, the square tube is prevented from shaking during punching, and the locking clamping plate can be locked on the outer side face of the upper end of the square tube by rotating the locking bolt.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, a round hole is formed in the middle of the inner supporting block, telescopic grooves are formed in the outer ends of the front side and the rear side of the inner supporting block, a telescopic connecting rod is mounted in each telescopic groove of the inner supporting block through a telescopic spring, a telescopic clamping block is mounted on the outer side surface of each telescopic connecting rod, and the telescopic clamping blocks can be supported on the front inner wall and the rear inner wall of square pipes of different types under the action of the telescopic springs, so that the stability of the inner supporting block is improved.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention can support the bottom and the inner wall of the upper end of an aluminum oxide square tube when the aluminum oxide square tube is punched, and prevent the outer end of a drilled hole of the aluminum oxide square tube from collapsing;
the upper supporting block can support the bottom of the square pipe, and the inner supporting block can support the inner side wall of the upper end of the square pipe by adjusting the height of the inner supporting block, so that the punching effect of the punching machine on the square pipe is improved;
thirdly, the clamping support plates on the clamping mechanism can be attached to the side faces of the square pipe, the clamping springs can automatically stretch and retract at the moment so as to be matched with the square pipes with different widths to perform punching actions, and the middle of the square pipe is positioned in the middle of the operating platform under the supporting action of the two clamping support plates with the same acting force, so that the punching precision of the square pipe is improved;
the locking mechanism can lock the square pipe after the square pipe is placed at a proper position, and the square pipe is prevented from shaking during punching operation.

Screens mechanism 3 include screens traveller 31, screens spring 32 and screens fagging 33, the middle part of screens traveller 31 is connected with the outer end of putting frame 2 through sliding fit's mode, install screens fagging 33 on the inner of screens traveller 31, the outer end of screens traveller 31 is provided with screens spring 32, screens spring 32 is installed at screens traveller 31 and is put between the lateral surface of frame 2, concrete during operation, screens fagging 33 on the screens mechanism 3 can laminate on the side of square pipe, screens spring 32 can stretch out and draw back automatically this moment, so that the action of punching is carried out to the square pipe of cooperation different width, square pipe makes its middle part be located operation platform 1's middle part under the supporting action of two screens fagging 33 same effort.
