As shown in fig. 1, the clamping tool clamps the partition plate and manually inserts the pipe 22 into the partition plate 23. The front and back positions of the pipe fitting depend on the positioning on the clamping tool. After the partition plate is clamped and the pipe fitting is placed, the screw rod of the equipment pushes the whole tool and the product parts to move forward, and the ridge part of the die is gradually inserted into the pipe fitting.
The clamping tool continues to move forward to the designated position and then stops.
The tooling is positioned to ensure that the rear ridge baffle is in the middle of the two ridge humps as shown in figure 3.
After the clamping tool is temporarily stopped in place, the spring of the positioning mechanism 6 of the ridge part is in a compressed state to ensure the relative size of the end part of the pipe and the length direction of the partition plate. Then the equipment oil cylinder drives the movable plate 1 to pull backwards. The movable plate 1 is connected with the pull rod 2, the pull rod is connected with the taper rod 7, and the positioning ring 3 plays a role in protecting and fixing the pull rod 2. Therefore, the movable plate is pulled backwards, the conical surface of the conical rod 7 and the conical surface of the clamping die 9 formed by the six petals have relative expansion motion, and the circumferential diameter of the clamping die 9 is increased. During the expansion process, the clamping die 9 stretches and deforms the pipe fitting from the inside of the pipe fitting, two humps of the clamping die 9 clamp two sides of the flanging of the partition plate, and finally the partition plate and the pipe fitting are fixed together as shown in figures 1-2, namely the ridge expansion process.
After the ridge is finished, the movable plate 1 is retracted to the original position as shown in the figure. Namely, the pull rod 2 and the taper rod 7 are relatively retracted to the original positions. The snap-lock mold is fitted with a spring ring 8. The oil cylinder clamps tightly, drives the movable plate 13 to press on the profile plate 15, the partition plate is clamped and fixed between the movable plate 13 and the profile plate 15, one end of the pipe 22 leans against the arc-shaped groove 14.1 of the pipe positioning block, the tool bottom plate 12 is fixed on external equipment, and the whole clamping tool can drive the whole clamping tool to advance along with the movement of the external screw rod to realize ridge operation.
After the ridge is formed, the tool returns, the oil cylinder is loosened, the gap between the tool fixing plate and the tool movable plate is enlarged, and the partition plate and the pipe fitting which are formed with the good ridge are manually taken out.
