We have therefore proposed a surface impurity cleaning device for gear machining so as to solve the problems set forth above.

A cleaning method of a surface impurity cleaning device for gear machining comprises the following steps: when the surface impurity cleaning device for gear processing is used, firstly, as shown in figure 1-2, the power supply of a first driving motor 2 is switched on, the output end of the first driving motor 2 drives a conveying roller 3 to rotate, the conveying roller 3 drives a conveying belt 4 to move, as shown in figure 1-3, a gear is sleeved on the outer side of a rotary seat 7, the gear presses a movable rod 10 downwards under the action of gravity, the movable rod 10 slides in a sliding groove 701 to extrude a gas storage bag 8, so that gas in the gas storage bag 8 enters an elastic gas bag 9, the air pressure in the elastic gas bag 9 rises to deform, so that the gear is fixed, then a power supply is provided for a second driving motor 6 through a mobile power supply 16, so that the rotary seat 7 and the gear rotate, when the rotary seat 7 passes through a soft brush 11, the soft brush 11 sweeps impurities on the surface of the gear down, and the purpose of multi-angle cleaning is achieved, after cleaning, when the rotating base 7 moves to the edge of the device along with the conveyor belt 4, the rotating base 7 is inclined, the gear falls off from the rotating base 7 under the action of potential energy, manual taking is not needed, and the cleaning effect and convenience of the device are improved;
as shown in fig. 1-2, during the cleaning process, the power of the fan 14 is turned on, the fan 14 can collect the swept impurities through the dust collection cover 12 and the dust guide hose 13, and store the impurities in the dust collection box 15, and the metal in the impurities can be recycled through the later screening, so that the impurities are prevented from affecting the normal operation of the cleaning device, and meanwhile, the practicability and environmental protection of the device are increased, thereby completing a series of operations, and the content not described in detail in the present specification belongs to the prior art known by the professional skilled in the art.
