Abstract
The invention discloses a hydrogenation gas-liquid mixing and filtering device which comprises a cylinder, a gas phase inlet, a liquid phase inlet, an agent discharging port, a material outlet, a liquid phase distributor, a filter group, a metal wire mesh and a filter tower tray. The filter group comprises a plurality of filter monomers, the filter monomers are of a cylindrical structure which is communicated up and down, the metal wire mesh is arranged at the bottom of the filter group, the filter monomers are arranged on the filter tower tray, a gap between each filter monomer forms a filter central channel, and a baffle is arranged at an opening above the filter central channel. The inlet of the liquid phase distributor is connected with the liquid phase inlet, and the outlet is arranged right above the filter monomer so that the liquid flowing out from the outlet of the liquid phase distributor enters the filter monomer. The invention has good mixing and filtering effect and strong anti-blocking performance, avoids scales from entering the hydrogenation reactor, prolongs the operation period of a hydrogenation device, improves the activity of the hydrogenation catalyst and prolongs the service life of the hydrogenation catalyst.
