Abstract
The invention discloses a portable fire extinguisher comprehensive management system based on the Internet of things and an implementation method thereof, wherein the system comprises a controller, a handheld terminal with an electromagnetic signal emitter, a control center, a power supply, an acousto-optic alarm, a locator for locating a fire extinguisher, a time monitoring module for recording the effective period of the fire extinguisher, an electromagnetic signal receiver for receiving an electromagnetic signal emitted by the handheld terminal and a communication module which is connected to the controller and is used for transmitting a control signal between the controller and the control center. The invention achieves the purposes of comprehensive management and high working efficiency.

(2) The camera provided by the invention shoots the environment around the fire extinguisher and transmits the image information to the control center, so that for inspection personnel familiar with the terrain, the position where the fire extinguisher is placed can be quickly found according to the image, and the camera is used for assisting in knowing the real-time placement position of the fire extinguisher.
(3) The invention is detachably arranged on the bottleneck of the fire extinguisher, is convenient and simple to detach and install, and realizes cyclic utilization.
(4) The acousto-optic alarms are uniformly embedded on the fixing ring, so that workers or firefighters can observe the acousto-optic alarms from any direction around the fire extinguisher, and observation is facilitated.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the integrated management system for portable fire extinguisher based on internet of things disclosed in the present invention comprises a controller 12, a handheld terminal 17 with an electromagnetic signal transmitter, a control center 15, a power supply 8 connected to the controller 12, an audible and visual alarm 14, a locator 13 for locating the fire extinguisher 18, a time monitoring module 11 for recording the expiration date of the fire extinguisher 18 and an electromagnetic signal receiver 16 for receiving the electromagnetic signal sent by the handheld terminal 17, and a communication module connected to the controller 12 for transmitting a control signal between the controller 12 and the control center 15, wherein the controller 12 takes a 16-bit single chip microcomputer of MSP430 series or a 32-bit single chip microcomputer of STM32 series as a core, and the control signal comprises a position signal representing the position of the fire extinguisher 18 and a node signal representing that the fire extinguisher 18 reaches the expiration date; the locator 13 adopts UWB (Ultra Wide Band) locator or/and GPS locator, generally speaking, the existing infrastructure that realizes GPS location is the most mature, can only adopt GPS locator under its environment that can satisfy the user demand, and UWB locator is a technology that is comparatively suitable for indoor scene location, needs the support of UWB positioning base station, can directly or independently use in the service environment that has existed UWB positioning base station, or additionally lays corresponding UWB positioning base station, and the two also can use simultaneously in order to improve the positioning accuracy, and the locator can also dispose the inertial navigation locating element to accurate positioning application under the environment of supplementary indoor, building.
The invention provides two communication modules, one is a wireless module 7, the other is an antenna 10, the wireless module 7 is used for transmitting control signals under normal conditions, and the antenna 10 is used for sending the control signals to a control center 15 when no network exists, so that the normal transmission of the control signals is ensured.

The wireless module adopted by the invention is the prior art and can be obtained by purchasing directly, and the technical personnel in the field can use the wireless module reasonably according to the content recorded in the specification, and the specific structure of the wireless module is not described again.
