starting a stirring motor 54, stirring materials in the material collecting box 51 to avoid the accumulation of the materials at an inlet, stopping feeding when a certain amount of the materials in the material collecting box 51 are accumulated, inputting hot nitrogen into the material collecting box 51 through a second air heater, heating the inner wall of the material collecting box 51 and the materials in the material collecting box 51, then introducing part of the hot nitrogen output by the second air heater 56 into an ethanol heating tank 58, heating ethanol in the ethanol heating tank 58, and enabling mixed gas of the high-temperature nitrogen and gaseous ethanol to enter the material collecting box 51 through a hot gas outlet 583;
when the temperature in the material collecting box 51 is reduced to a preset value, the amount of hot nitrogen directly entering the material collecting box 51 from the second air heater 56 is increased, the amount of hot nitrogen entering the ethanol heating tank 58 from the second air heater 56 is reduced, and when the temperature in the material collecting box 51 is increased to the preset value, the amount of hot nitrogen entering the ethanol heating tank 58 is gradually increased;
when the time of introducing the gaseous ethanol reaches the preset time, stopping introducing the gaseous ethanol into the material collecting box 51, simultaneously continuing introducing hot nitrogen into the material collecting box 51, and removing ethanol remained in the materials in the material collecting box 51 to obtain the sterilized traditional Chinese medicine preparation.

the ultraviolet sterilization device (4) comprises a mounting seat (41), an ultraviolet sterilization conveying pipe (42) is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the mounting seat (41), one feeding end of the ultraviolet sterilization conveying pipe (42) is communicated with the conveying pipe (23) and the hot air inlet pipe (35), a plurality of ultraviolet sterilizing lamps (43) are fixedly mounted at the bottom of the mounting seat (41), and the ultraviolet sterilizing lamps (43) are arranged in parallel with the ultraviolet sterilization conveying pipe (42);
the material transfer device (6) is used for transferring the material output from the ultraviolet sterilization conveying pipe (42) into the ethanol sterilization device (5);
the ethanol sterilization device (5) comprises a material collection box (51), a thermometer (52) and a transparent plate (53) are fixedly installed on one side surface of the material collection box (51), a stirring motor (54) and a connector (55) are further installed on the material collection box (51), and the stirring motor (54) is connected with a stirring paddle;

The Chinese medicine preparation sterilization device according to claim 1, wherein the hot air inlet pipe (35) and the ultraviolet sterilization conveying pipe (42) are coaxially arranged, an included angle is formed between the conveying pipe (23) and the ultraviolet sterilization conveying pipe (42), and the discharging end of the conveying pipe (23) is arranged along the tangential direction of the ultraviolet sterilization conveying pipe (42).

starting a stirring motor (54), stirring materials in a material collecting box (51), stopping feeding when the materials in the material collecting box (51) are accumulated by a preset amount, inputting hot nitrogen into the material collecting box (51) through a second air heater (56), heating the inner wall of the material collecting box (51) and the materials in the material collecting box (51), introducing part of the hot nitrogen output by the second air heater (56) into an ethanol heating tank (58), heating ethanol in the ethanol heating tank (58), and allowing mixed gas of the high-temperature nitrogen and gaseous ethanol to enter the material collecting box (51) through a hot air outlet (583);
when the temperature in the material collecting box (51) is reduced to a preset value, the amount of hot nitrogen directly entering the material collecting box (51) from the second air heater (56) is increased, the amount of hot nitrogen entering the ethanol heating tank (58) from the second air heater (56) is reduced, and when the temperature in the material collecting box (51) is increased to the preset value, the amount of hot nitrogen entering the ethanol heating tank (58) is gradually increased;
when the time of introducing the gaseous ethanol reaches the preset time, stopping introducing the gaseous ethanol into the material collecting box (51), simultaneously continuing introducing hot nitrogen into the material collecting box (51), and after removing ethanol remained in the materials in the material collecting box (51), finishing the sterilization treatment on the traditional Chinese medicine preparation.
